Me and my pup had a really nice, restful stay at the Rodeway Inn in Boardman OR! Very low-drama, quiet, easiest check-in I have had (and I travel a lot!), and the gentleman at the front desk was very polite, friendly, and helpful- even as I checked in late!
He gave us an easy to find room right near the hotel office. The room was bright, spacious (huge bathroom), very clean!, and the bed was very comfortable. I loved that it was an older-style building with only single level rooms (no one above you), and you can park right in front of your room! Lots of parking.
I didn’t partake, but there was coffee and vending treats in the office. As well as an ice machine. Only recommendation would be a larger, lighted grass area for pets, close by -especially for night potty break. The front lawns have no pets signs,
and we had to walk to unlit areas in the dark. Overall, I would love to stay again!

We have nothing negative to say about our bargain stay at the Rodeway Inn Boardman. Staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Our room was dated but spotless. The bed and pillows (especially) were surprisingly comfortable for this price point. The coffee was hot and surprisingly rich for hotel coffee. The hotel is in a quiet location right off the interstate. There is a great food truck pod just up the street from the hotel.

Everything has been more than expected and I have had great sleep after working 12 hrs a day. There have been no issues, and the staff is very communicative and all of the above. Laundry service onsite would be wonderful - if it's available I haven't asked and that is on me. I'm just always too tired to go and get it done haha Will stay each time I'm here working. Lots of surrounding eateries that have been very good. Great location.

I booked a room on line thru Hotels . Com for what I thought was 8/20-8/21 but the calendar bounced to 8/25-8/26. Even though I had double checked my dates. Joseph the manager was AMAZING & so HAPPY. He canceled our previous date and rebooked us for the correct date with NO problems!! We got the last room within a 29 mile radius East and West of us.

3. In the bathroom there was a large dried booger on the wall next to the toilet, some strange white smears on the door and the tub had gunk in it.
4. I turned on the fan and air that smelled like cigarette smoke blew in (the room was non-smoking, but on our arrival I noted several people sitting outside their doors and smoking right next to the windows.)
5. The sheets were very thin and didn’t really fit the mattress, the mattress was covered in plastic and due to the above situation with the fan it was a very uncomfortable night of sweating and sticking to the disgusting mattress.

This is an old, no frills, roadside motel, but it wasn't bad or scary, you just need to temper your expectations. There was ample parking right in front of our unit which was helpful. The air conditioner in our room was an absolute beast, almost too cold but with it being in the upper 80s outside, it was welcome. The showerhead is pretty short and faucet was very difficult to use but the water got hot. The mini fridge/ freezer was on and ready to go when we arrived and it was nice to have a little dining area. The blankets were very thin but for the price point for a quick overnight, it's fine.

The terrible bed frame was resolved by great staff after hours. Mattress qas still soft & created nice hole for my bad back to eest in. Just kidding - old matress was barely acceptable, but I got some sleep. Shower was nice Water pressure goid, hot water very hot. Air conditioner good. I loved finding this quiet and cozy place to rest my head off. The room was very clean and equipped with a refrigerator and microwave. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Jessica at the front desk, as well as the very kind night shift attendant. And, without forgetting Alicia, the housekeeping employee, I congratulate her for her excellent work. I'm a truck driver and I sleep in hotels most nights, and this is one of the best places I've ever found. I will 100% recommend it to my colleagues. Due to whatever chemicals that were used to clean the room it was impossible to stay also the cleanliness and the comfort of the beds and just the overall look of the room it was just dirty but I've not had a worse experience since leaving Mexico and I didn't stay we immediately had to leave and get another hotel the staff is nice enough but the hotel itself is run down and need some very serious attention

We can only speak for our room and our encounters with staff but we have to say we were very pleased! Staff was friendly and attentive. Our room has obviously been updated--no carpet (yay!)--and was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We had everything we needed for a pleasant night's stay. We would highly recommend and definitely book again should our travels take us to Boardman.

The person checking me in kept saying that the internet was slow while processing my credit card. Upon checking my credit card statement I found out the person had paid for two purchases at Amazon. Plus they charged me $100 dollars because they found blood on the sheets. I will never stay there again and I may not use hotels.com to book another room.

The motel is well maintained and a good value for an inexpensive one. I have only a few issues. The pool was drained and looks like it had been for awhile. The in room coffee was undrinkable. There's not much in the way of food choices near by.

The room smelled terrible and was in bad condition but I was tired after 10 hours of driving and thought I would try to ignore it and get some sleep after spraying room deodorizer all over the place. But within half an hour I got bug bites while sitting in a chair at the table before I even got into bed. So I didn’t even unpack. With bugs that aggressive I knew how miserable I would be after a night in that bed. I told the woman at the front desk that I would have to leave and wanted a refund; she was unhelpful and said that she would “leave a note” for her supervisor. I said that I wanted to speak to her supervisor about a refund now, and she gave me a name and a phone number. I asked if the number was the supervisor’s. No, it was the number of the front desk and I could call her during the supervisor’s next shift, 6:00am to 4:00pm the next day. I am amazed that Rodeway Inn would associate its name with a property in this condition, and I believe that I was duped by reviews that couldn’t possibly have been referring to rooms remotely like the one I was expected to use.

I like staying here. Friendly staff, decent continental breakfast, quiet ….. nice big bathtub …..however there was no kleenex tissue ….. minor detail …..very convenient for my road trips …. Couldnt access wifi ……… pet friendly, thank you.

This place was filthy, inside and outside of the room. Cigarette butts everywhere, stains on the carpet in the room. No toilet paper at all in the room upon check-in. Missing the remote to turn on the TV in the morning I went to the office and asked the woman for a roll of toilet paper. She was glued to her computer screen playing a game and told me that the housekeeper would be bringing it to me shortly. I told her I needed it now. That got her up off of her butt and she walked 10 feet away and grabbed me a roll of toilet paper. Why couldn’t she have done that in the first place? Lazy and unprofessional. No wonder they haven’t received any awards from choice privileges since 2011, but they still hang the photos of the awards on the wall above a very chintzy and dirty continental breakfast that was set up by the same lazy clerk, and never policed in order to keep clean. Filthy dirty property all around.
