Not a bad hotel. Living area very clean, bathroom was not bad except for ground-in dirt in the tub. Probably hard to remove maybe. Staff was excellent. I pre- checked in online, filling out ID, Credit Card and all that stuff, but had to fill out themsame information when i checked in at the front desk. I guess Travelocity didn't forward my pre-check in to the Hotel, or something like that. Sounds like it was a communication error between the two parties and made checking in a little difficult, but simple enough. Otherwise... we'll stop there again on our next trip because i feel the price was right. Hats off to the staff, janitorial might look into getting out the ground in dirt. Looks nasty.

Dalton was very helpful. However…. I asked for a 1st flr room for ADA w/2 queens and ended up with a 3rd flr room king suite. The elevator was out of order so I had to bring all of our things down the stairs. On the last landing, everything fell. I just let go rather than falling with it all.

Additionally, one of your cleaners was scrolling on his phone for 45 minutes in rm 313. Dalton addressed the situation and I left a note for mgmt.

Abandoned car in the parking lot should have been our first clue. Check-in was fine. Staff were friendly. No coffee in the room. Room was reasonably clean, however the chair had a bullet hole in it. Luckily, we were just passing through town and only had to stay for 8 hours before moving on.

Great place to stay!

It was a pleasant surprise. Nice quiet location, green lawn and gazebo with a BBQ. Comfortable, quiet, clean room. We had a dog who enjoyed the nice lawn with poop bags. Would stay here again.

Arrived early and a lovely lady helped us get one of our two rooms we booked. Waited to see if they would be able to fulfill our request to be close together we had called and asked for. She informed me they were all full and she couldn’t do that. Went to get our second room and my fiance went to check in, it was under my name so the guy informed him that he needed my license. He asked if the license number would work as I wasn’t right there yet, he made a snarky response of “I’m not the DMV”. Got our king room and we only had two pillows on the whole bed, a sheet a comforter no blankets. The carpet was not even all the way cleaned but by the time we realized all of this it was midnight when we arrived back to our room after our concert and we just wanted sleep. Our king bed was SOOOO hard and uncomfortable we couldn’t even sleep.

I was surprised by the high ratings after my stay. Front desk staff were polite, though not particularly friendly. I appreciated that my privacy was respected at check-in. Unfortunately, the room was not clean—there was a dirty cleaning rag left on the stovetop, a dried spill on the tile floor, a big glob of something sticky on the desk, dust on lamps, desk and nightstands, and crumbs and cobwebs in the bathroom. The TV had only one working channel. We went to our event and returned, change and left the same night. For the price - and with no breakfast - I expected a far better experience. It felt like I stayed at a completely different hotel than what the other Expedia reviewers described.

Have stayed here many times but the room looked light the rug hadn’t been swept. Clock had the incorrect time, but there was no way to know how to reset the time.
Probably will still stay here again, but was deeply disappointed this time.

Keep driving. This place is the worst place I have ever stayed. I am not one to write bad reviews, but this place deserved every zero star except the courteous young man in housekeeping. The tv was super small, the toilet ran all night, the tub faucets leaked. When we arrived and again when we went to check out there are no staff. Just a note saying Sorry, be back in 15 minuted. The top of the zero stars, the reservation was booked thru Expedia, who charged my debit card immediately. Then that night the charged my card $175 twice...and when we went back after having breakfast to \"officially\" check, they had no explaination. Said, there was no paper work and I would have to call management the next day. So, spent nearly $700 on a room for one night that wasn't worth $100. Will I ever get my money refunded, who knows! This place is unethical!

Reception staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, shower was good. The room was shabby, carpet was in need of replacement, creased and a hole. Corridors and reception were dull and not welcoming. Shocking value for money as we paid an exorbitant rip off rate during Pendleton round up. No effort made by the hotel to justify the massively inflated price during the round up. No shuttle service or even tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Disgraceful exploitation. No way would we stay here other than the round up. This is the reason why a lot of consumers dislike chain hotels so much. Money grabbing exploitation taken to the extreme. But they will not be embarrassed, nor will the fact that we will never use the chain again matter one iota to them. Shameful

Stay was acceptable and comfortable. No coffee in room, had to ask for a coffee pot and coffee I guess. We used our own instant coffee. Coffee pot in lobby was empty, no one making any fresh. Bathroom sink stopper was not working. Had to manually close stopper then open again with a sharp object that could get under the lip to reopen. Back/side door still not operating properly. Was the same way a year ago when we were at this property. King bed was very comfortable. Shower was roomy with bowed shower curtain rod and larger shower enclosure than standard. Shower head was nice and sprayed well. Bring your own bar of soap. Soap bar supplied in about 1\" by 1/2\". Room was large and roomy. We had a kitchenette (although no longer stocked with any dishes or anything else), and a full-size frig. Will stay again at this property.

They are not real dog friendly at all! They charge an extra $40 for dogs and their web site doesn’t say anything about dogs has to 25 lbs or less or you cannot stay there.

People who work on the railroad stay here between shifts. It would be great if the hotel admitted this in case you need help with your room while they're transferring the railroad people to and from the hotel. Besides that communication issue, iv thought it was clean and quiet.

I recently had a weeklong stay at this Travelodge. As a single woman, safety is always on my mind while traveling alone. I was going to the bathroom in my room at 4 AM when the door to my room was opened. I always keep the safety bar in place (again - very cognizant of my vulnerability as a single woman in a strange place), so the door wasn’t able to open completely and I screamed and slammed the door shut. I immediately called the front desk and the night manager (a man) answered, cut me off, and said it was the cleaning lady who went to the wrong room. He was not apologetic for scaring the hell out of one of his patrons. When I questioned why a cleaner would be going into rooms at 4 AM he said that they were a 24/7 establishment…I don’t know if there was something shady going on there, but I do know that I won’t ever be booking with them again.

The place was dirty inside the room and around the grounds. They pinch every penny possible! Thin, cheap, scratchy sheets and only a thin fleece blanket for bedding. We were there three days and they never came to replenish towels or anything. I had to go get more towels. They were rarely at the front desk. The back entrance door was broken. I had to get new door keys daily as they never worked more than one day. For the price and location it was a rip off!!

We rented 2 separate rooms. Both were very clean.
Our rooms were very close to the back entrance/exit to the hotel which guests (Union Pacific RR workers?) started exiting thru at 5:00 a.m. so very noisy from that point on. Entrance lobby is very shabby, torn upholstery on chairs etc. Coffee was available on the first morning but not on the second. Location was very convenient and room rates were very reasonable. We would likely stay there again but away from the back entrance/exit. Front desk hostess was very personable and friendly.

Check in was horrible. The staff had zero idea on how to run the computer. Manager could not be reached. They must have run my card 20 times. I hope none of them went through. Hotel is off main street in a very quiet area which is good. No extra blanket and tiny pillows. Gone in the morning. Not a multi night place.1
