Not as expected, no food and ina bad location.

Advertised as having a restaurant, not so. After having a long day on the road we booked this hotel expecting to be able to eat. In addition the evening member of staff was not helpful and quite surly. Location not good next to a lorry park in the middle of a junction , do not believe the photos. However the morning staff were helpful and friendly.

The room was clean but there was only decaffeinated coffee available.

This hotel served our purpose for a obe night stay. I'd say it's mainly for business travellers as the location is off a very busy road in an industrial area.

Recommended for business stays but definitely not a holiday hotel.

Comfortable, spotless and good value

This hotel was exactly as advertised. It is much better than the average motorway stop with regards to comfort, really comfy bed and an excellent shower. Seamless check-in and pleasant staff.
We did not eat here, but walked to the nearest eatery which was an American style diner which was fine but there were not great footpaths etc in the immediate area. We were too tired to get into the car again and so missed out on the local town.
I would recommend this hotel as a comfortable stop.

Like it's name, comfortable. The heater was a bit odd. Not hard to figure out exactly; it had clear instructions in several languages. But after turning it on and the temp up, it didn't do anything, so I kèpt fiddling with it. But then I thought maybe the fan doesn't start blowing until it has heated itself up for a few minutes, so I waited. That was it. That was really the only flaw to the room, and it was just confusing because I didn't have this review to explain it. So you're welcome. :)

Après avoir effectué mon check-in en fin de journée, j’ai déposé mes affaires dans la chambre puis suis ressortie, aucune information particulière ne m'a été indiquée sur l'accès à l'hôtel. À mon retour, dans la soirée, j’ai découvert que l’hôtel était totalement fermé.

J’ai tenté à plusieurs reprises de joindre le numéro d’astreinte et ai utilisé la sonnette de nuit, mais aucune réponse !!!
Le réceptionniste a oublié de m'avertir de la présence d'un code d'accès. Je me suis donc retrouvée seule, à l’extérieur, sans mes affaires et sans solution pour accéder à ma chambre, ce qui est inacceptable pour un établissement hôtelier. J'ai dû passer la nuit dehors ! Pour le moment je n'ai eu aucune compensation de l'hôtel, inadmissible, je déconseille vivement !!!

Dès mon arrivée, Florian s'est distingué par son professionnalisme et sa bienveillance. Accueil souriant, posture impeccable, et surtout une réactivité qui rassure. Il prend le temps d'expliquer clairement chaque détail, sans jamais se montrer expéditif. On sent qu'il aime son métier et qu'il tient à ce que tout se passe bien. Pas plu : une malheureuse petite bouteille d'eau à notre arrivée. Nous étions un couple.
Cloisons en varton. Bruits intérieurs à notre réveil.
Petit déjeuner : étant fatigués, nous avons dormi tard. Lorsque nous nous sommes présentés pour le petit déjeuner à 9 h 35 un employé peu aimable nous a informé que le petit déjeuner n'était servi que jusqu'à 9 h 30 !! Nous n'avions pas été informés lors de notre arrivée.Réflexion de fonctionnaire. On n'a pas le droit de se reposer dans cet hôtel. Il faut se plier aux horaires des fonctionnaires d'un hôtel privé !....

On a connu mieux !

Douche bouchée, lampe principale de la chambre en fin de vie (Clignote) , lit mal fait (Bordage trop court du drap du dessous), le PQ (Fallait pas être mal avec ce qui restait) et la meilleur, une odeur chimique persistante (Yeux et nez irrité le lendemain matin). A 99€ la nuit, je vous laisse juge.

J'ai passé un super moment à cette Hotel,le personnel rien à dire,je recommande à toutes personnes cette Hotel BW pour ce reposé, détendre,le confort du lit la propreté les couloirs sentent bon,pas d'odeur désagréable de fumée de cigarette comme dans certains hôtels.

Séjour il y a qq années : odeur si désagréable que j'avais demandé changement chambre.
Janvier 2015 : tjs odeur désagréable dans chambre/salle d'eau.
PROBLEME ESSENTIEL : CHAUFFAGE. Hôte accueil a porté radiateur appoint pour salle eau mais impossible à brancher = température 16° : nuit glacée/douche impossible !
Petit déj : pas de plateau dans salle = navette pour se servir ...

Tout d'abord nous avons été très bien accueillis, et aux petits oignons avec notre hôtesse d'accueil, Maëva. Nous avons passé un très beau week-end et mangé dans de très bons restaurants qu'elle nous a vivement conseillé. L'hôtel Best western était très propre, les petits déjeuners aussi bien que dans les autres hôtels français où nous avons pu séjourné, et le confort y était également.

La literie rien à redire. Présence de bouilloire ainsi que du café dans la chambre.
