This was merely a stop off as it was close to Bas-Armagnac where we had a distillery tour. While we are more interested in French charm, this was more of a modern property but was perfect for our purposes. The room was huge and very clean with a pool view. The bathroom was awesome and even had a tub. The lobby area was nice and the staff was very friendly. Would definitely recommend the property.

Very tired hotel. Location if you dont have transport is very very poor. No buses nearby and taxi's in general in Agen are extremely sparse and very unreliable. Our room had an unpleasant odour coming from the bathroom sink. There was o ly one bath towel for two of usThere were no tea bags or milk cartons on the welcome tray and when I went down to reception, they didnt have any English tea bags either. We were supplied with another towel and some milk cartons. The terrace and swimming pool looked uninviting. No work surface for food prep in the room we were in so all needed to be done on the table.

Internet awful. YouTube blocked. Some front desk staff just plain rude and unhelpful. If fluent French speaking then I am sure they fine but at a hotel they can surely be polite to English speakers also. Noisy doors everywhere. They ask close doors gently but no handles on doors. I don't want to disturb other guests but also don't want catch finger in door. One must remove their own rubbish from room and walk out around hotel to outside bins every morning or be charged. This is very inconvenient when in rush for work in morning. Never heard of this anywhere else

This was an overnight stay. Pleasant location - straight drive of about 2 miles from the motorway. Though the hotel restaurant was closed (closes Sundays and Mondays), there are a number of fast food outlets within a short walking distance. Hotel is new and very well presented. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Rooms are very nice, well equipped, clean and comfortable. More than happy to recommend.

After staying at Appart'City Agen, it was a relief to have some space. The hotel is easy to find and there is lots of parking. The room is spacious and the living room is separate from the bedroom, which is nice. The bed is very comfortable compared with most that we've slept in, especially that of Appart'City. The bathroom is large with a bath tub and the kitchenette came equipped with a coffee maker. The pool and surrounding area is nice with a bit of green space. There is a bar just off of the reception area but nobody manning it (a note said to ask at reception if nobody was there) so we decided against having drinks. The hotel does seem a bit quiet and understaffed but understandably so since we just saw one other guest near the pool the entire time we were there. There isn't much in the way of touristy amenities nearby. There is a McDonalds across the street and a Chinese restaurant that we tried and was very good. Down the street past the Chinese restaurant there are a lot of large stores so we did our shopping there. One of our only complaints is due to the location on a busy roundabout so we could hear a bit of traffic noise and the occasional squealing tires. That aside, we had a very pleasant stay and recommend it highly.

1ère question : pourquoi n'ai-je pas été prévenu en amont avec une solution alternative ?
2ème question : pourquoi ne m'a-t-on pas proposé un chauffage d'appoint à mon arrivée alors que l’hôtel en était équipé et ce d’autant plus que nous avions un nourrissons de 6 mois et une fraîcheur ambiante de 17°

Personnel d'accueil très agréable par contre une des deux chambres on était pas forcément très propre nous avons dû faire changer les alèses assez tard dans la soirée sur deux lits car pleine de cheveux et de poils très réactive mais aucun dédommagement ni petite attention pour nos enfants qui ont dû attendre qu'on refasse le lit nous-même hôtel à proximité de la route et du coup assez bruyant toute la nuit

Nous avons séjourné dans un petit studio avec mon fils. Ce dernier donnait sur la piscine au dernier étage, Nous étions donc au calme. Le personnel est très agréable. La piscine n’est pas très grande mais suffisante. Des transats et des jeux sont à dispo. Attention toutefois certaines chambres sont à proximité de l’extraction de la climatisation et ces dernières doivent être très bruyantes. Le bâtiment est ancien, mais l’intérieur a été refait. En somme bon rapport qualité prix (70€ la nuit sans petit déjeuner).

Hôtel correct cependant l'accueil compliqué pour trouver quelqu'un, la seule qui nous a reçu debout avait un ordinateur, je n'ai pas très bien compris ce genre d'accueil.
D'autre part, le fait que notre invitée avait oublié de régler la taxe de séjour (4.05€), nous avons été harcelés dans la journée pour cette taxe, nous menaçant, si elle n'était pas réglée dans le journée de nous faire payer une nuitée de plus. Très bizarre alors que je suis porteur de la carte de fidélité de plusieurs années du groupe Accord.
Ensuite pour sortir du parking en tant que visiteur c'est le parcours du combattant.

Das Hotel hat die besten Zeiten hinter sich, vorne raus laut, Fenster schließen nicht richtig, Matratze durch, ich hatte bei 8 Tagen 2 Zimmer weil das eine zu laut war. Es gibt im vorderen Bereich zu den Zimmern extra Türen das es nicht so laut ist, gute Idee aber diese Türen machen beim schließen mehr Lärm als wenn sich Leute unterhalten. In 8 Tage einmal Zimmern säubern incl. Handtücher wechseln 😤82 cm Fernseher haha abzüglich 30 cm für die plastikumrandung.
