Hotel deixa muito a desejar. O prédio é visivelmente antigo, o quarto tinha mau cheiro e o sanitário apresentava problemas, já que a descarga não funcionava direito. Esses pontos de manutenção comprometem bastante a estadia.

I really liked this place and the staff, they are very friendly and helpful. Location is pretty good too, the beach is less than two minutes walk. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the area too. Hotel is not a fancy one but definitely family oriented, simple rooms and has the basic, perfect for those that want to explore the city and just need a place to sleep. They have breakfast in the mornings and it is fantastic and the staff that work there they are so kind and helpful, they even make you omelette and tapioca, a traditional dish from northeast of Brazil. We had a great time.

Durante minha estadia não tenho o que reclamar, estava tudo do jeito que eu queria, só a piscina que é um pouco pequena mas pra mim foi ótimo gostei muito e quando eu voltar a Fortaleza quero ficar no Maredomus dinovo ótima qualidade perto de tudo.

good value for money, but dodgy location

The staff is just amazing and breakfast is also superb. The location is not the best - a bit of a rough area - even though there is a nice beach with tranquil, warm waters just across the road. It is good value for money though. If it weren't for the location, I would stay there again just because breakfast and staff are so good and the beach closeby is just perfect.

They didn’t supply free parking and we had to walk to park our car. The gentleman at desk was an super nice young man. I felt the hotel was miss leading by the pictures showing it on the ocean but it is a block and half from the ocean. It has a view but it is not at the ocean. I guess ocean view is different than ocean front. The building next to it is condemned and in horrible shape and makes it seem really dark. Probably won’t be going back to stay there in the future. Breakfast was ok.

The property is absolutely not what you see in the advertising photos. It is not facing the sea, it has no pool, the sauna does not work, breakfast is very poor, the area is ugly, dirty, run down and full of prostitutes. It's not what you buy. The staff are helpful, hardworking and friendly, but this does not erase the sharp photographic fraud.

When we checked in the night check in tried to charge us an"additional fee" for the age of my daughter although I had already put in her age on Expedia when I booked.

Both nights here the safes did not work until considerable work had been done on them in our room just after check in.

Air conditioning did not work.

Everything you need in a budget hotel

I loved this hotel. Staff were friendly, location was good (close to bars - check out Tres Cozinhas, run by Norwegians, restaurants, beach)...room had everything you need and was clean, air-conditioned. I was pleasantly surprised by the front patio - great of people watching, and then the rooftop lounge/cabana/pool area - with a TV and also workout equipment. There's wifi service (free) and also a computer on the ground floor if you don't have your own equipment.

There's no reason to stay anywhere else in Fortaleza.

The hotel had a decent location, but more importantly the staff was amazing. Everyone was extremely nice and always willing to help. The hotel was in great condition and our room was very pleasant. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

I only spent two nights at this hotel. The front desk people were very helpful and accomodated a very early check-in. The hotel is located very close to the beach and had wonderful beachfront views. The room was somewhat dated and the bathroom was pretty basic..nothing fancy. But it was clean and comfortable. There are a few restaurants and clubs/bars close to the restaurant and the area seemed very safe to walk around at night.

O melhor do hotel é a localização e o rooftop. O quarto tinha móveis bem desgastados. O descarga do banheiro não funcionava bem e duas noites dormir com ela disparada com a água descendo a noite toda. O ralo do box estava solto. O café da manhã também não era bom. A goma da tapioca parecia passada, azeda e os frios também.

Hotel com ótima localização e equipe muito atenciosa e cordial. No entanto, o café da manhã poderia ser melhor organizado, com maior variedade e opções mais saudáveis. Há um excesso de itens à base de carboidratos e, em uma das manhãs, foi servida uma salada de frutas passada, o que demonstra falta de cuidado da cozinha, ao menos durante a minha hospedagem.
Considerando que não se trata de um hotel de baixo custo e sim médio, esse aspecto impactou a experiência e, por isso, registro essa avaliação.

Localização muito boa, quarto com vista à praia, porém perdi uma noite e um dia durante minha estadia, faltou água a noite toda até pela manhã, o ar condicionado não funcionou também, me fazendo perder a noite, e não descansar bem com uma noite mal dormida por conta do ar, quando voltou que fui dormir!

A vista do quarto é excelente, porém na ocasião da nossa hospedagem faltou água em todos os apartamentos, funcionários alegaram problemas com as bombas de recalque . A central de ar , que pelo visto tinha também dependência do fluxo de água tornou dormir com ar condicionado inviavel. Abrimos a janela , porém a rua é muito barulhenta

Meus pedidos de andar alto e quarto silencioso não foram atendidos por pura má vontade. Me colocaram no 1º andar e de frente pra rua. Uma colega que chegou depois foi acomodada em andar alto, então havia disponibilidade.
A TV tem poucos canais e não é smart. O chuveiro é muito fraco e o piso do box é escorregadio. Solicitei um tapete para o box, mas havia. Enfim, os banhos foram desagradáveis e perigosos.
A cama de casal na verdade são duas de solteiro encostadas uma na outra, com as costuras dos colchões bem proeminentes no meio.
O café da manhã é fraquíssimo! Um dos mais pobres que já vi, não só em variedade, mas em qualidade também.
Enfim, me arrependi da escolha e não voltarei.

Minha experiência no Maredomus foi bastante agradável. Desde a chegada, no momento do check-in, fui recebida com cordialidade e atenção, o que já transmitiu uma sensação de acolhimento. O ambiente do hotel é limpo, bem organizado e aconchegante, com áreas que convidam ao descanso e ao relaxamento.
Os quartos oferecem conforto, são bem equipados e garantem uma boa noite de sono após um dia de muito passeio.
A vista para o mar é encantadora e dá um toque especial à estadia, tornando tudo ainda mais agradável. A equipe sempre se mostrou disponível e atenciosa, algo que realmente fez diferença durante minha hospedagem.
A localização também é excelente: há uma farmácia e um mercado bem em frente, além de diversos restaurantes nas proximidades.
De modo geral, minha estadia foi muito positiva e certamente indico o hotel para quem procura conforto, atendimento de qualidade e tranquilidade. Sem dúvida, penso em retornar em futuras viagens.

Perfeitamente bem atendido pelos colaboradores do hotel e pela instalação. Tendo em mente que é um 3 estrelas, eu daria 3,5. Deixo apenas o alerta para algumas partes ao redor da piscina ter piso normal e não anti derrapante, o que me causou um escorregão e queda. Mas fui muito bem atendido pelo hotel mesmo não tendo me machucado. Creio que em breve irão considerar uma melhoria neste quesito.

A localização é ótima. Equipe muito legal e café da manhã ótimo também. Só achei um pouco “barulhento” pra dormir devido aos movimentos dos carros e etc na avenida. O hotel fica em uma das avenidas principais e praticamente de frente pra praia. É de se esperar que tenha muito movimento nas ruas. Então tudo bem também. Eu com certeza ficaria de novo. Só levar tampões de ouvido.

Muito boa experiência. Os pontos mais altos são para a localização e para o atendimento dos funcionários, todos muitos bons profissionais, receptivos e prestativos. 2 detalhes para melhorar(em minha opinião): uma tampa na lixeira do banheiro cairia legal e disponibilizar ferro de passar para os hóspedes, pois é um item necessário mas que incomoda pra levar em uma viagem.

Acústica muito ruim e sono prejudicado

Pontos negativos: péssimo isolamento acústico. O hotel fica na esquina de uma movimentada rua e o quarto não oferece qualquer redução ou proteção quanto ao barulho. Como fiquei no 2º andar, o trânsito é constante a noite toda e é muito difícil dormir com qualidade. Para mim, o mais importante em um hotel é proporcionar uma noite agradável aos hóspedes e isso não foi possível.

Pontos positivos: os colaboradores são muito atenciosos e prestativos. O café da manhã foi de qualidade, reposto com frequência e os produtos estavam deliciosos.

Minha estadia foi boa, fiquei 3 diárias. Contudo vale citar que no primeiro dia, tive problemas com o ar-condicionado que não funcionou. Depois de duas reclamações, eles resolveram. Porém, foi um dia sofrido no calor. Além disso, Tive informações mais concretas sobre o estacionamento depois de fechar a compra, como que era rotativo, mas ocorreu, sorte, tudo bem. Ressalto que a entrada tem declive acentuado que pode arrastar carros mais baixos, como o meu. Arrastou na entrada e na saída. Se não tivesse vaga, teria de pagar um estacionamento que fica bem perto. Afora isso, foi bom, podemos levar comida e bebida, podemos chegar a qualquer hora. Localização é ótima. Eu voltaria.
