The hotel is brand new, the staff is amazing and the location is spectacular! We had a service dog and the process was a breeze. We strongly recommend!

I loved the staff … but that’s all. The front desk was extremely kind and helpful, but I would not stay here again. The rooms are really small. I could not walk around the room unless my husband was shoved into the bathroom. It’s tiny!!!! I felt very unsafe walking to the beach or around. It takes about 45 minutes to get to the “feirinha” market place. Even during the day it was not safe. Not a good location at all. I left one day earlier than planned because of the location and amenities of the hotel. The restaurant is not open on Monday or Tuesday and the breakfast had very limited options. The pool is also very tiny. There are only 2 tables for us to sit by the pool. Hotel has nothing else. I recommend to stay beach front, which is closer to the market place. Oh, Elizangela (our house keeper) took great care of us and she was wonderful!!!

A título de melhoria deixo duas observações: 1- Na área do box do banheiro senti falta de suportes para shampoo e sabontes. 2- No quarto fez falta uma pequena escrivaninha com cadeira para usar o computador.

O hotel é simplesmente maravilhoso! A piscina é incrível, perfeita para relaxar e se refrescar, e o quarto é muito confortável, com todas as comodidades que você precisa para uma estadia agradável. Os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos e fazem de tudo para garantir uma experiência única. O Wi-Fi é rápido e estável, o que é um grande diferencial para quem precisa trabalhar ou se conectar. O café da manhã é excelente, com uma grande variedade de opções, agradando todos os gostos.
A única questão que deixou a desejar foi a localização, que pode ser um pouco barulhenta em alguns momentos, o que pode interferir no descanso. Além disso, a luz que passa por debaixo da porta acaba iluminando bastante o quarto à noite, o que pode ser incômodo para quem prefere um ambiente bem escuro para dormir. Mas, no geral, a experiência foi muito positiva !"

O hotel é mto bonito e de muito bom gosto na decoração. O café da manhã é gostoso, mas sem grandes variedades. É um hotel novo, oq é bom pq tudo é novinho, mas eles ainda estavam pintando, fazendo reformas, achei que isso minimamente deveria ser avisado para os hóspedes antes. Acho q foi uma falha grande esse ponto. Se estivesse de férias querendo descansar ia ser mais incômodo ainda. Outro ponto é que achei barulhento, pq dá para uma avenida bem movimentada, acho que vale janelas anti ruídos e não colocar tampão de ouvido nos quartos.

Estadia muito boa.
Localização boa, no final da praia de Iracema, mas da para ir andando (2km) até a feira beira mar.
Em frente ao hotel tem restaurante italiano Lá Bella muito bom, vale a pena. Já o restaurante Picanha do Chefe não vale a pena.
Café da manhã excelente.
Acústica do hotel não é legal e passa iluminação da rua de baixo da cortina.
Área externa do hotel tem muito pernilongo.
Disponibilizaram berço infantil.

Café da manhã e piscina sao bonitos e gostoso. Porém o quarto foi uma completa decepção. Extremante barulhento, como se estivesse dormindo na rua. Escuta 100% o barulho da rua. A porta do banheiro não fechava. Estava sujo (cabelo, poeira, ferrugem…) o banheiro estava muito ruim mesmo. Engana muito nas fotos.

O hotel é maravilhoso! Ficamos um pouco receosos por causa dos comentários sobre a acústica, mas conseguimos dormir tranquilamente. O barulho das festas próximas quase não chega aos quartos. O café da manhã é excelente, com opções bem variadas. Os funcionários são muito educados, e o quarto é ótimo e confortável.

A única observação é para quem vem de carro: o hotel não possui estacionamento, e deixar o carro na rua próxima pode parecer um pouco inseguro. Mas, para quem vem sem carro, pode vir tranquilo a experiência é excelente!

Bom, mas tem falhas

Razoável, água do chuveiro não esquenta, sem estacionamento. Caso aconteça de vc perder o cartão que abre a porta dos quartos há uma cobraça de 20 reais. A limpeza é boa. os quartos são bons e modernos, mas nada de excepcional.

É um bom hotel, mas com localização ruim, ruas escuras ao redor. A piscina é boa, o cafe da manha muito bom. O quarto é pequeno porem com bom aproveitamento do espaço principalmente banheiro. Falta uma logistica melhor para consumo no hotel. Se vc quer um refri ou cafe vc tem quebir na recepção pegar pq nao tem quem te leve na piscina. Falta simpatia nos funcionarios. Parece que estao te fazendo um favor exceto por um ou dois da recepção que sao simpaticos.
IMPORTANTE: nao tem restaurante segundas e terças nem room service. FIM DE SEMANA nao tem proteção acustica nos quartos, entao o som das festas e bares ao redor entram no quarto e dormir pode ser um desafio grande.

O hotel é moderno, bonito, a localizacao é perfeita, o cafe da manha delicioso, todos sao muito atenciosos, e ha alguns detalhes bem pensados como um varal dentro do box, para pendurar as roupas molhadas.
Apenas alguns pontos de melhoria: os ralos do banheiro fazem com que a agua transborde, e nao ha um espelho no quarto. O quarto para mais de 2 pessoas pode ser apertado

O atendente foi muito atencioso, nosso quarto veio com uma cama de casal pequena e como na reserva falava que era uma cama queen, nós pedimos a mudança pois estávamos com nossa filha e não tinha condições de dormirmos os 3 numa cama de casal, ele prontamente conseguiu um quarto adequado e fomos muito bem atendidos, o café é maravilhoso, tem tapioca e omelete feitos na hora. Foi tudo perfeito!

O hotel Tintto é muito bem projetado, novo, com boas áreas comuns. O café da manhã é excelente!!!

Os apartamentos são confortáveis, mas deixaria como sugestão uma cama maior nos quartos. A manutenção dos apartamentos, como pintura, colocar um porta shampoo dentro do box e coisas desse tipo se fazem necessárias para que o hotel não perca o padrão oferecido.

As dependências são bonitas e agradáveis. Voltaria a me hospedar!

O hotel é impecável, super estético e lindo para tirar fotos. Adorei o restaurante e o café da manhã, tem uma grande variedade de opções, porém acho que seria interessante ter mais opções vegetarianas/veganas. O atendimento em inglês também é excelente. Os quartos são bem espaços e confortáveis, oferecem tudo que é necessário para uma boa estadia. Diria que, num geral, a única coisa que deixa a desejar é o fato de não possuir estacionamento.

Estadia muito ruim. Inclusive, paguei o local e sai bem antes do que foi pago. Local não tinha estacionamento e os arredores não ofereciam o mínimo de segurança. O único dia que jantei lá fizeram uma cobrança indevida e no último dia que fiquei o atendimento da recepção foi ruim ,justamente cobrando indevidamente uma bebida que eu não consumi no restaurante. Outro erro grave: local sem papel higiênico no banheiro e ao ser sinalizado, precisei sair do quarto para pegar o papel higiênico pois não existia um serviço para deixar o papel, sendo falha da própria limpeza do hotel. Acústica péssima também.

Melhorias para o tintto

Foi muito boa, mas tenho ressalvas, no banheiro precisa ter uma prateleira pra acomodar as coisas pessoais no banho, as toalhas são um pouco ásperas, e no café da manhã que inicia cedo as 06:30hs a chapa precisaria iniciar junto com o horário de abertura, pois quando os hóspedes solicitam passeios o horário de saída começa às 7hs então o hóspede tem vinte e cinco minutos em média pra tomar o café e se a chapa iniciar um pouco que seja depois a pessoa não consegue usufruir dessa parte do café.
De resto, tudo muito direitinho, estrutura, funcionários, localização.

Excelente hotel na região da Praia de Iracema

Acho que a cozinha tem que se preocupar em fazer uma comida que passe uma sensação de que seja algo mais caseiro a comida do café da manhã parecia muito artificial. Outro detalhe é o cuidado com o check-in sobre a questão da espera do hóspede além do necessário para poder adentrar o seu quarto já previamente determinado.

O Tintto é um hotel excelente, com uma boa estrutura e arquitetura muito bonita.

Os quartos tem um tamanho normal, com frigobar, cofre e demais amenities da categoria do hotel. O banheiro possui um chuveiro muito bom.

Café da manhã gostoso e variado, com opções a la carte de omeletes, tapiocas e waffles.

Piscina muito bonita e com boa temperatura da água, se dividindo entre uma piscina normal e uma menor com hidromassagem.

De pontos de melhoria, podemos citar:
Ausência de estacionamento: Para mim não foi empecilho pois não estava com carro, mas entendo que para aqueles que precisam de estacionamento, é um ponto crítico, uma vez que as ruas no entorno do hotel não transmitem segurança para deixar um carro durante a madrugada.

Para mim o ponto crítico é o barulho da vizinhança. Próximo ao hotel existe uma casa de eventos chamada jamRock. Caso você esteja hospedado em quartos com numeração par e esteja hospedado em dia que tenha evento lá, você tem a única opção de dormir após as 2h da manha, pois o barulho dentro do quarto é impossível dormir. Solicitamos a troca do quarto para um de numeração ímpar, o que foi realizado prontamente e abafou totalmente os ruídos da festa, porém fica-se ouvindo o barulho dos carros na avenida (mas suportável).

O Hotel precisa investir em soluções acústicas, como janelas anti-ruido, pois senão pode ter problemas sérios para retenção de clientes.
