This should be downgraded to 3* hotel.

Flies flying around the whole hotel including food.
The room is a completes mess, with wallpaper falling off or just badly put on. Terrible slow mildly warm shower. Bed is okay. Luckily I didn't spend too much time at this hotel.

A pleasant but uncomfortable stay this time...

It was a personal trip....the room given had some sort of disturbance all the time....there was noise of doors closing with a bang...all 24 hours of the day...as soon as you try to sleep there would be a loud bang just enuf to wake you up and wonder whats happening....other than that in my last 4-5 stays it had been wonderful.

This property is located in a safe location and you will find a lot of dining places that are at a walking distance.
The rooms are slightly smaller than I had expected but they are clean.

It was a one day stay and they made it as comfortable as possible. Each request was addressed in a timely manner. Cleanliness was ensured. Polite staff and good breakfast spread. Hygeine was maintained.

Business Stay at Gomti Nagar

Built for business travelers, situated opposite Indira Gandhi partishthan, we had booked this for our vacation in Lucknow. It was a very nice hotel with small but cozy rooms, which my daughter liked a lot. Safety and Covid protocols are well maintained. Rooms have nice beds and served with quality amenities. Room maintenance could have been a little better.
We enjoyed the food there and service was very fast. Breakfast had plenty options. The staff was polite and helpful as well. The hotel is accessible by car and the nearest metro station is around 3 kms. Uber costs around 250 rupees to the city center.
Overall its a nice stay in heart of Gomti Nager.

My rooms featured blood stained linen, cigarette holes in upholstery, decaying, chipped & rundown furniture, rusty fittings, filthy bathroom, soiled blinds & sticky dirty floor.

Staff is rude, service is slow and hospitality is absent. I requested cleaner linens and was greeted with attitude.

Breakfast is subpar, both quality and experience wise. Crew is grumpy and fails to impress.

There is absolutely nothing that will take me back to this place. Please stay away from this property. Anywhere else in Lucknow is guaranteed to give you a better experience than this nightmare of a place.

The property looks a bit worn out as compared to the photographs. The staff at the reception was dull and cold. Lacked professionalism. Tlod me without properly checking thier data that I had not paid for fully and need to pay the balance. Although I had already laid in full. Were not apologetic also once they found thier error.

Initially, I had difficulty to get proper service but once I raised complaint to the higher level , they took corrective action, and turned my remaining stay in an enchanting experience.
I would say this hotel is value for money. You can get premium service in cheaper rates.

Location is nice.
Very small lobby with very few seating arrangements so we have to stand while others on counter. Staff on reception are like a trainees and for every small decisions they are visiting back office by keeping customers on waiting. Seniors are seating in cabin but not facing to customers.
We were shocked to hear that there is no basic facilities like swimming pool, spa or any small sports indoor activity in such a star catagary hotel.
Rooms furniture is average like any good corporate business hotel and not copairable for star catagary hotel.
This hotel is just like business hotel and suitable for bed and breakfast and not for families or for holidays.
Not worth then ranged Rs.2500-4500

Room was small. Paint was falling from ceiling on bed. In the morning there was so much paint I felt as if it’s a snow fall.

Location of hotel is good.

Food was good.

The guy on the front office who issued us the keys when we checked in was also not behaving properly.

Not worth the money. Big brand but not up to expectations.

Overall stay was pleasing with couple of things not woking as expected.

An excellent hotel with very professional and polite service. very well maintained hotel, seems to be very new. Good room/hotel with all latest amenities, nice breakfast, good location of hotel- next a mall where lots of eating options available. Hotel staff is very courtiers and friendly. I am of Indian origin and was visiting Lucknow on business with foreigners and was anxious about hotel in Lucknow. But Fairfield Lucknow was the best choice and that too at good prices. Not too far from airport via highway. Will surely stay at Fairfield on all next visits to Lucknow. I strongly suggest this hotel in Lucknow .
