Perfect Location for Shenzhen Airport

The Hyatt House at Shenzhen Airport is perfectly positioned with in the airport complex and is completely undercover when transiting from the arrivals area.
The room is well appointed and the bathroom was superb.
I have stayed at this hotel many times and have found the same level of service everytime I have stayed here.
The breakfast has a great variety and the freshness and quality of food was excellent.
Would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely stay here again.

I was glad to be able to get one room for my daughter and 2 teenage granddaughters (which was really 2 rooms). The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable.

It would have been nice to have been able to get 4 complimentary breakfasts. As it was, 2 of us went one morning, and the other 2 went the next morning.

Very solid choice for late night arrival biz trip

Attached to terminal via exit 14, a 5 min walk from most gates so super convenient. Had black-out blinds in the room which was useful for jet-lag and a nice touch. Good speedy check in and fresh and clean room with apartment layout. Breakfast was slightly disappointing in terms of western selection food quality but overall fine.

Second stay and second time I had issues with my reservation. First time I was charged for two rooms and the same happened this time. Mistakes can happen, I understand that as a frequent traveler. What matters is how staff handles these incidents. Unfortunately the staff at Hyatt House is not very professional and completely fails to even try to solve these problems.

On the positive side, the hotel is in great condition, offers great amenities and couldn’t be any more convenient to reach. I hope my next visit will be better.

Don’t trust the rating........

Disappointing, like a cheap 2-3 star hotel, security was rude and impolite when checking room pass, breakfast was so so and hotel servicing staff attitude was not keen. Misguided by the good comments and rating. Will not book this hotel again.

Dont waste my time!

More than a 35 minite wait to check in. Every previous stay there was a long wait, but more like 10-15 mins. I only book this hotel to save time and avoid the shuttle to a local hotel. On this occasion it would bave been quicker and cheaper to stay at another nearby hotel.

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay before our early flight the next morning. It's only a few minutes walk to the airport. Front desk staff Daniel & Sharon were super friendly and helpful! The room was nice, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good too.

Did not check in until nearly 3 am due to a flight delay - the desk staff immediately suggested a late check out. This modern and guest-oriented hotel is a short indoor walk from the airport terminal. A very welcome experience after a long flight! I don't expect much from most airport hotels but this place is a gem. Adequate fitness room facilities ... and the breakfast (included) was excellent. Keep up the good work!

Awesome New Hotel

For the price to stay at the airport, this hotel cannot be beat. Free breakfast (great spread), the staff speaks excellent English, great gym and pool. If you are coming in on a late flight, this is the place to stay. Plus the metro is there so it's easy to get into the city.

Perfect Location to the Shenzhen Baoan International Airport with undercover access directly to the airport. The room was quite large and was spotless, it had a fridge, kitchenette and lounge area. The king size bed was very comfortable and the bedroom had individual air conditioning controls.
The included buffet breakfast was very good and had a reasonable selection of western and chinese food.The free wifi was very good as it had really good coverage and had exceptional speed.

Huge rooms in hyatt house for the same price as hyatt place. Convenient to the metro in the airport terminal and a bunch of food options (most of them not great). Also pretty good breakfast at the hotel.

At airport, big rooms, rare concept in China

Finding the hotel was a little different as it is new and the signage in the airport has not yet adapted to the new hotel. Room was prepaid and the hotel did not bother to take a deposit- something I have never experienced in China before. Hotel seems to be millennial friendly with lots of common areas and a coffee bar. Kitchen was nice, though the place is far from any supermarket. Bathroom was very big and clean. Hotel was new when I stayed in February 2017 so cleanliness may wear off over time.

Great place for business travel

Room is spacious with lots of kitchenette and modern bathroom facilities. Hotel is less than 1 year old so everything is new and clean. Breakfast buffet is full of Chinese and Western styles of foods and delicious. Transportation is very convenient – subway, bus, taxi, etc. I can go everywhere local without driving my car.

All hotel staff (front desk, restaurant, room cleaning) are professional and friendly.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hyatt House Shenzhen Airport. This hotel would be perfect for business travel except the following minor inconvenience:
- Signage for hotel direction is not clear – it took me a while to figure out how to get to the hotel.
- Security is very tight – all baggage must go through scanning machine.

Very convenient for a quick stay before flying. We came in late and had an extra day there to recuperate before heading off again. The layout of the room is excellent, all within easy reach and new. The quality could be improved with more attention to detail and fixing small items however overall very nice. Breakfast also efficient and the staff great.

Very friendly staff, but the proximity to the airport meant you could hear the aircrafts taking off. Also, my room was facing a giant parking lot, and you could hear the cars honking. The swimming pool was not heated and was too cold to swim in. Gym facilities were nice.

PERFECT STAY, MOST CONVENIENT LOCATION

The hotel is clean with friendly English-speaking staff. We stayed for a week and got a highly discounted rate, an amazing value. The best thing about this hotel is the location. It is far from certain areas of Shenzhen, like Longgang area, but the trade-off is that it is located in the Shenzhen Airport, which means access to a lot of amenities within minutes walk of your hotel room. A short elevator ride and walk through a corridor gives access to the airport food court, including McDonald's, Burger King, multiple noodle houses, a Hong Kong style casual restaurant, Starbucks, convenience stores like 7/11, and more. Also you will have access to the metro station, transportation/tour arrangements, currency exchange and an ATM. If you are from the USA and have a Bank of America account, you can access the China Construction Bank ATM without any ATM surcharges. There is never any hassle about finding a taxi, as there is a taxi stand with immediate availability of licensed taxis without any wait. The hotel wi-fi is extremely consistent, reliable, and fast, with no firewall and ability to access Google, etc. The breakfast was very good with a nice variety and selection of both Chinese and Western cuisine. If this is your first travel to China, I highly recommend this hotel, as it will \"cushion\" the culture shock for you and make it much easier to get around, keep yourself well fed, and well-connected. Room was quiet, no airplane noise. Perfect!

It's conveniently located next to the hotel. Easy accessibility to the airport and metro train. Because it is next to the airport, we have no problem finding food and convenience store. Felt safe as there is a security at the entrance to the hotel screening all visitors and guest. Free shuttle bus to Fuyong Ferry Terminal where I took a ferry to Macau.

房間還可以，沒什麼服務可言。

最初登記入住時，前枱職員說給我安排了10樓的房間，但後來不知為什麼給了我最低層的尾房房間（又沒有說房間樓層更改了），窗戶外對着的士站，有點吵，因為只是住一晚，所以沒太大所謂。

感覺前枱的服務真的有待改善，什麼東西都沒有介紹：Wi-fi怎麼連接、早餐用餐時間和地點等等都沒有說。

酒店房間有小廚房，而房間唯一的電視機面向沙發，反之床上則面向電視的背面（也就是不能躺在床上看電視），洗手枱離淋浴也有點距離，要放眼鏡和其他洗臉備品不方便。

枕頭還好，就是有點軟。

唯一比較好的地方是，由酒店步行至機場3號航站樓只需要5分鐘。

性價比不太高。

設備、清潔さ、便利さは文句なしです。
ホテルの問題ではないですが、除湿機はあったのですが、ほとんど機能しないというか、湿気が高すぎたので、これを何とかならないかなと。
ホテルの空調自体の除湿能力を高めるか、窓の機能を高めるかしないと厳しいですね。
あと、昼食、夕食時のレストランの料理が結構美味しかったです。わざわざ空港に食べに行く必要はないと思います。
