If I could give zero stars, I would… AVOID
Room was not as described online, 2 single beds instead of a double (states online that the room sleeps 3, but nowhere for a 3rd person to sleep - lucky there was only 2 of us), smell of stale smoke as soon as you enter the room, no toilet roll provided, no towels provided, unclean room and balcony and incredibly run down, states online that parking is 5 euro per night and they expect 10 euro per night when you arrive. We are not fussy people and often sleep in hostels but this is not a 3 star ‘hotel’ - it should be a 1 star!

Great self catered experience.
The hotel is ideally situated, not far from the beach. There is also a great pool which the entire family enjoyed. We had a magnificent veranda offering panoramic views.The staff were quite friendly and spoke English.
The only drawback was that the breakfast of offer was quite minimal, but given that the room was selfcatered this was not a major problem.

I was with some friends visiting places of Italy on the motorbikes. So we found this hotel not expensive and covering our needs. We booked for 2 nights but we ended staying 3. Lovely pool, lovely staff, overall a nice place.

Great location for Exploring Liguria
Overall, very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was beautiful and the location is very convenient to Borgio Varezzi and Pietra. The free bikes was a nice plus. The rooms were old but many were in the process of renovation. There is no internet in the rooms, which I had mistakenly thought there would be.

We stayed here for two nights in early June for a quick beach break on our way to a wedding. The receptionist was very welcoming and quickly sorted our room.
We had a large studio room with a terrace looking out to sea. The residence also has a little restaurant and a large swimming pool which were great to have on site. It's a 5min walk to the beach and 15 to the main part if town. All in all a great value place to be.

Premetto che è il terzo anno che soggiorno nella struttura.
Quest anno ho trovato l'ascensore guasto già da tempo e non è stato riparato con evidente disagio.
L'appartamento standard risultava datato con evidente scarsa manutenzione e poca cura.
Il rapporto tra qualità e prezzo non risulta adeguato.

Déception à l'arrivée, l'appartement reservé n'est pas dans la résidence, mais dans un autre bâtiment a 1km. Du coup, bien plus difficile de profiter du bar et de la piscine. il a également été difficile d'avoir un interlocuteur a la réception. enfin l'appart est assez vétuste (bien que propre) et nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude le soir

Eine lange Warteschlange vor der Rezeption hätte uns schon stutzig machen sollen… Im ersten Zimmer für 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind um 160 Euro waren die Betten nicht frisch bezogen und der Mülleimer im Bad von Vorgängern noch befüllt, daraufhin bekamen wir ein anderes Zimmer diesmal kein eigenes Bett für unser Kind und mit 2 Eingangstüren wovon man eine gar nicht schließen konnte!!! Ein Gast hat auch ein gewisses Bedürfnis nach Sicherheit. Ausstattung war auch mehr schlecht als recht. Ein lärmender Kühlschrank im Schlafzimmer ist auch für das Wohl des Gastes nicht hilfreich.

Fint beliggende hotel med en rummelig lejlighed i gå afstand til en fin strand, hvor man kan leje solvogne og få adgang til stranden. Men lejligheden var meget slidt. Der var et lille the køkken, men uden meget køkkenudstyr. Der var meget lydt i ejendommen og man kunne tydeligt høre de andre beboere.

Ottimo villaggio/residence con diversi appartamenti sistemati in diverse palazzine. Tutto funzionale, bella la piscina e l'area ristorante/pizzeria. Comodi i parcheggi interni al costo di 5 euro al giorno.

voir historique de conversation avec l’agent. Sinon il a fallut tout nettoyer la vaisselle a notre arriver car elle etait très sale. Ensuite nous avions seulement une serviette pour la douche et aucune pour mettre a terre sur le béton glacial. la douche est petite avec le rideau qui te colle a la peau et l’eau qui coule partout dans la salle de bain. Les murs son fait en carton. Nous avons entendus des enfants crier de 6h le matin à minuit le soir. Ils frappaient dans les murs et pleuraient sans arrêt. Il a même fallut que j’aille m’acheter des bouchons pour les nuits précédentes. Nous avions très hâte de quitter cette enfer. Pourtant nous sommes pas un couple difficile sur le bruit ni la propreté. JE DÉCONSEILLE. Le prix est exorbitant pour la qualité! Nous sommes dans des hôtels ou Rb&b depuis bientot 3 semaines et c’est de loin un des plus cher et le moin de qualité que nous avons eu.

Innanzitutto le foto sul sito non corrispondo per nulla alla verità.Avevamo prenotato un monolocale con seguente descrizione: 40metri, divano letto letto matrimonale, zona giorno separata.
L'appartamento aveva un solo letto matrimoniale al quale poi ci è stata aggiunta una brandina, e sottolineo brandina non letto che non è la stessa cosa. Nella brandina non si è potuto dormire in quanto il materasso era talmente sottile che si sentivano le doghe nella schiena. La mattina seguente sono andata a farlo presente in reception chiedendo che mi venisse cambiato l'appartamento e chiedendo inoltre se tutti i monolocali fossero \"vecchi\" e mi è stato detto che ci sono dei monolocali ristrutturati , ma che purtroppo non poteva fare il cambio. Ho chiesto quindi di avere almeno un materasso normale da letto singolo e con spiacevole sorpresa anche il secondo materasso era a dir poco indecente , appena seduta sopra ci sono sprofondata, lei si immagina dormirci tutta la notte.
Per quanto riguarda il bagno , la barra di sostegno non c'era e non vi era nemmeno la possibilità di appendere la maniglia della doccia e per farsi la doccia bisognava tenerla in mano. Nella descrizione e nelle foto c'è scritto che l'area soggiorno doveva essere separata, invece non era affatto cosi'.L'appartamento che ho prenotato sul sito era di 40m quello in cui abbiamo soggiornato era molto più piccolo.
Io ho speso 232,90€ per un servizio diverso da quello che avevo prenotato.

Schöne Aussicht von der Terasse, es ist eigentlich seit 1960 nichts mehr erneuert worden. Sanitären Anlagen gehen kaputt, auf den Terassen gehen die Fliesen ab. 1970 wäre es schön und noch nicht kaputt gewesen. Zimmer mit Küche, habe sie nicht aus probiert. Schön das der Kühlschrank aus diesem Zeitalter war.

Ottima struttura, pulita, immersa nel verde uliveto e a pochi passi da stabilimenti balneari, spiagge libere con docce e servizi. La camera che ci hanno assegnato è un ampio monolocale, ben attrezzato,con balcone vista mare e climatizzatore. Nella struttura una splendida piscina e intrattenimento. Bravi, tornerò sicuramente.

Il residence di per sé ha del potenziale, in quanto si trova a pochi passi dal mare, ha una piscina dedicata ai più piccoli oltre a quella per gli adulti, diversi spazi verdi. Ma il tutto è poco curato, necessita di una ristrutturazione generale e la pulizia scarseggia. Tralasciando la cucina del ristorante/pizzeria che non è assolutamente qualificabile. Il personale cortese.

Endroit agréable car bien situé et avec une belle piscine. La climatisation est silencieuse et l'appart pour 2/4 personnes est parfait pour 2, mais petit pour 4. Le décor est daté -parfait si vous aimez le look soviétique 70's-. Pas de wi-fi dans les chambres. Le personnel est charmant mais pas toujours efficace. Il manque de matériels de cuisine.

La struttura è posizionata in una zona tranquilla e comunque vicina al centro del paese. Adatta a famiglie con bambini. Molto comodo il parcheggio interno. Risulta un po' datato l'arredamento della camera così come in generale l'intera struttura.

Såg väldigt bra ut när det bokades. Det fanns inte så många alternativ i detta område när vi bokade våra 4 nätter. Men trots allt så såg dessa lägenheter bra ut vid bokningen.
Kom väldigt sent och personalen satt kvar och väntade på oss, detta lovade gott. När vi väl kom till lägenheten så var den under all kritik. Ingen AC, smutsigt, läckande kranar, luktade gammal fylla och inpyrd rök. Detta är inte vad man vill utsätta barnen för.
Beslutade att byta hotell och det skulle inte vara några problem. När jag skulle betala för en natt och inte fyra som var bokat så var personalen tvungna att ringa chefen som befann sig på annan ort. Detta blev en procedur, han sa i telefon till mig att det var bokat för fyra nätter och skulle betala för fyra. Jag hävdade att rummet inte uppfyllde det som jag hade bokat. Jag stod på mig och då kom det fram att vi fått \"fel\" rum och erbjöds att byta. Men det var inte intressant trots att vi erbjöds rabatterat pris. Det var först när jag hotade med att driva detta vidare som ägaren gav med sig, men var först tvungen att avboka via Hotels.com. Naturligtvis så kommer jag inte in på hemsidan utan ringde till Hotels.com. De kunde heller inte avboka, det var först när Hotels.com ringde och pratade med ägaren som det hela löste sig. Tackar för den hjälpen.
