I’m pretty sure they turn off the A/C at night. We thought ours broke at 1am. They came eventually to look at the thermostat and when we requested a new room they needed a second opinion.

That guy who came in gave my husband attitude as he only saw me on the room and said that he wasn’t registered because his ID isn’t at the front desk. My husband had to work all day and only came back with me after dinner. Also when they checked me in they forgot to give me the waiver that states if you have another person in your room. I know that because they gave it to me to sign when I checked out.

The second room the A/C also mysteriously stopped working so we had to sleep with the windows open which was fine until the sun came up. Missed the breakfast buffet so can’t say much about that.

Honestly wish I could get my money back. Couldn’t pay me to stay there again.

Very rude barman and other certain staff made us feel unwelcome during stay. Even to get a drink in the evening was made difficult as apparently there is no bar service between 8 & 10pm (when it suited them). Advertised as having a private beach but you have to pay nearly €40 per day to use. Very nice Reception Manager apologised and offered complimentary food voucher but wasn't the point of our complaint. If like us you save all year so your family can enjoy a holiday abroad then I wouldn't recommend giving your money to this hotel. Room was extra small for a family of 3 but was very clean and well kept with lovely cleaning staff. Oh...and €15 a day for parking is another profit maker for them. Tried to overcharge me twice on checkout. Stayed at much nicer 3* hotels so dismayed this is 4*.

The hotel was lovely and we enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately the floor seemed like it had not been vacuumed and there was still rubbish from the previous people, sad as we had a nice time there.
Great location but unfortunately for us the pool was unavailable due to it being painted and it cost 25 euro to sit on the beach with a fair each and an umbrella

Not bad, not great neither

The hotel has probably seen better days and could use a refresher. The room was quite big with a balcony accessible from the bathroom (which seems a bit odd...). The beds were ok while not great. As usual, there are no real big beds but rather two twins pushed together. The room was clean but again, a bit dated, as was the hotel. The breakfast was rather on the frugal side. While there was quite some choice, somehow it just wasn't that appealing. They sure tried their best, having a real honeycomb from where the honey dripped, but the long black hair strung across the comb could have been taken off by a staff member. We didn't use the pool nor the hotel beach (for which you have to pay extra). The staff was very nice and helpful. We found the kids room quite cool, something quite common for Italian hotel it seems.

Wonderful location, wonderful staff

We stayed at the Loano Hotel Garden Lido for 10 nights in late July/early August. And we loved everything about the hotel. The place was spotless. The staff were efficient, helpful, and warm. The breakfasts were amazing. The location is perfect -- right across from the beach and at the eastern side of the old town, which is also the shopping area. I can't think of anything negative to say about the place. We had a wonderful time there.

I stayed at this hotel 2 nights. The positive aspect is the location right in the seafront, with walking access to the beach and to the shopping area. However, this is an average hotel in need of serious refurbishment. The rooms are small, we found cracks in the shower and the furniture is seriously dated. The breakfast is of poor quality and all products are pre-packed.

Nice hotel in good location

The facilities of the hotel may be the high point of your stay. Although a little dated, the hotel boasts a pool and sunbeds in the garden which are free to use. There are bikes you can borrow which are great to explore the marina and also the beach. Also the breakfast is nice and catered for all sorts of dietary requirements. Overall we had a lovely stay and enjoyed ourselves greatly.

Nice room with beautiful view, but thin walls

First the positives: I had a nice single room with a balcony. The view from the balcony was really beautiful. The breakfast buffet was good as well. However, on the negative side, the walls were thin and I could hear the people next door. The hotel has a private beach, but access is not included in the room price. You need to pay additionally for accessing the beach. The least they could do is offer free access to the guests. Also, the hotel description say free parking but I was charged EUR 15 for parking. And the wifi was not working properly on the day.

Personale gentile e disponibile.
Colazione buona.
Camera confortevole e letto e cuscini buoni. (abbastanza rumorose per via dei serramenti poco insonorizzati.
Sicuramente hotel molto datato in tutte le sue parti lo dimostrano arredo camere, ecc.
Nota positiva, essendo molto datato dispone ancora delle tapparelle che sono ottime per non avere luce già alle 6 del mattino in camera.
Peccato perchè potrebbe essere un ottimo hotel ma sicuramente così non vale 4 stelle.

Je trouve que c’est pas un hôtel digne d’un 4 étoiles j’ai étais beaucoup mieux reçu dans un 3 étoiles. Je pense que ça veux pas dire qu’il sont un Spa Wellness que c’est obligé d’être un 4 étoiles. En plus que dans la piscine c’était obligatoire de mettre un bonnet de bain (je sais pas si c’est à cause du Covid). Et ensuite la plage étais payante en plus du parking. Sinon la propreté était nikel

L’hotel non è male. Non ho critiche particolari, certo per essere un 4 stelle non dovrei trovare polvere nei cassetti e che esce da sotto il letto come invece è successo, ma posso anche capirlo, la cosa veramente fastidiosa sono i 15€ di parcheggio a notte.
Altra pecca che è successa è stata durante la colazione, ho dovuto chiede 3 bicchieri prima di trovarne uno che fosse realmente pulito; ovviamente arrivavano dalla lavastoviglie ma bisognerebbe essere un po’ più attenti e passere uno straccio dentro in modo da togliere le macchie. La differenza dal 3 al 4 stelle la fanno queste cose e non un eventuale servizio SPA.

Dans l'ensemble cela s'est bien passé.
L'hôtel est beau et propre, la piscine est pas mal.
Le personnel est top surtout ceux qui s'occupent de vous pour le petit déjeuner.

Les points négatifs c'est que les chambres sont mal insonorisées.
Il y a beaucoup de bruit à l'extérieur on entend même le train et c'est dommage.
Quant à la clim elle ne se règle pas donc avec un bébé dans la chambre c'est compliqué.

visto il prezzo pagato trovo assolutamente scandoloso pagare il parcheggio €15 a notte , per di più il giorno della partenza devi portare fuori la macchina entro le ore 13.oo.
il giorno della partenza non si può neanche usufruire della piscina e dei servizi (docce) dell'hotel, trovo tutto questo scomodo e non vantaggioso per famiglie con figli piccoli.
Posso dire che questo hotel non vale 4 stelle e NON E' ASSOLUTAMENTE COMODO PER FAMIGLIE CON BIMBI PICCOLI.

Buona accoglienza e ottima posizione fronte spiaggia e vicinanza al centro di Loano. Eravamo i primi clienti dopo la riapertura post Covid-19. Personale disponibile. Spiaggia e la piscina non erano ancora agibili. Palestra e SPA non usufruiti. Albergo a mio parere andrebbe rimodernato, inizia a sentire il peso degli anni ma nonostante ciò confortevole. La stanza era spaziosa. Parcheggio a mio parere un tantino esagerato. La colazione abbondante, assortita e gustosa.

Ottima posizione, bella la piscina esterna. Camere un po’ vecchie, sicuramente da hotel 3 stelle e non 4. Purtroppo il giorno che siamo arrivati c’era il temporale e non avevamo pranzato. Abbiamo una bambina di 1 anno. Al bar non c’era nulla, neanche uno snack. Ci è stato detto che il ristorante dell’hotel è quello della spiaggia, quindi non c’è ristorante all’interno. Considerato il temporale mi aspettavo che qualcuno si offrisse di andare a prenderci qualcosa al bar della spiaggia, invece no, è dovuto andare mio marito tra fulmini e tuoni. Il servizio lascia un po’ desiderare.

Inesperienza del giovane receptionist che ci offre il pacchetto parcheggio ma dimentica di aprire la sbarra e verificare quante macchine ci fossero (non c'era posto...). Colazione con megabarattolo di Nutella (ottima scelta! ). Struttura comodissima,sul mare e vicina al centro, costo ombrellone e 2 sdraio decisamente alto (25€/gg)rispetto alle concessioni nei paraggi (14€/gg). Camera grande e tranquilla, buona pulizia e cortesia della receptionist \"con più esperienza\". Palestra interna bella e ben attrezzata. Consigliato!

Buona la vicinanza al mare, posizione ottima, fuori stagione non abbiamo sfruttato tanto la spiaggia ma dicono essere tra le migliori e più organizzate, buona la colazione, direi ottima la colazione dolce, un po’ scarsa quella salata. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Hotel datato, camera eccessivamente riscaldata, non si poteva stare, anche con le finestre aperte.. consiglierei un riscaldamento adeguato al periodo.. per il resto nessun problema, parcheggio un po’ caro (15 a notte) ma parcheggiare in riva al mare a Loano costa... buon soggiorno in complesso ma un po’ caro per quello che offre rispetto a altri della zona.

Ho alloggiato in una stanza superior che ha soddisfatto perfettamente le mie esigenze di staccare per qualche giorno dalla solita routine. Posto molto tranquillo, pulizia ottima, camera molto carina affacciata sul mare, lo staff è stato molto cortese rispondendo ai miei mille dubbi. Essendo chiuso nel periodo del mio soggiorno, non posso valutarne il ristorante ed il cibo. In ogni caso, ci tornerò!

Il checkin preciso anche se il personale è stato poco familiare. Camera n324 ampia e pulita, ben fornita di gadget. Il materasso per noi troppo duro ma comunque di qualità. Balcone attrezzato con vista laterare sul mare. Veramente ottima ed abbondante la colazione, di prima qualità, con parte dolce e salata. L'hotel è in prima posizione sul mare, basta attraversare la strada per trovarsi di fronte agli stabilimenti balneari. A pochi passi si arriva in centro paese, dista circa 300m e lungo il tragitto si trovano vari bar e ristoranti. Il parcheggio dell'hotel è escluso dal prezzo della stanza e costa 15€ al giorno, per questo abbiamo preferito lasciare l'auto in strada gratuitamente.

Nice location and rooms are excellent. Staff at reception could do better. I have two kids of ten years old I have required two rooms closed but at the beginning they told me I have wrongly booked two rooms with a kid each and it was not possible to have connected rooms ....not exactly in a polite way.... at the end when we arrived the rooms were connected and the stay was really pleasent.

Personale molto cordiale e preparato, l'hotel ha ottime rifiniture, così come le camere e i bagni , che sono anche ampi e molto ben puliti. Colazione a buffet con ottima scelta e molto spaziosa la sala colazioni. Mi è piaciuto molto che nel prezzo era inclusa la piscina e le biciclette per spostarsi in paese. Parcheggio privato all'interno, si paga a parte, ma la cifra che chiedono è onesta considerando che è un parcheggio ampio e molto sicuro.

방 크기는 약간 작은편이었고, 로비 등도 만족스럽지는 않았음

Posizione strategica davanti al Marina con prezzi altamente concorrenziali. Parcheggio interno e colazione non compresi nella prenotazione expedia ma supplemtari rispettivamente di 10E per il parcheggio e 12E per la colazione. A me la colazione non interessa perche' non la faccio mai ed ho pagato solo il parcheggio. Ci tornerei senz'altro.

Di 4 stelle ha solo il nome e il prezzo sono stato meglio e più servito in hotel con stelle in meno. Non inserite giornali gratuiti se non ci sono in camera o distribuiti dalla reception. Indicate in modo chiaro che il parcheggio dell'auto è a pagamento 10€ al giorno.
Letto scomodissimo con materassi divisi (letto matrimoniale) e troppo molli.
Visto che era fine anno la cortesia poteva essere di offrire ai clienti che rientravano dopo la mezza notte un calice di spumante, purtroppo a quell'ora avevano chiuso anche il bar!!!

Hotel garden una sicurezza.

Albergo in posizione strategica,non ho potuto usufruire dei servizi esterni per ovvi motivi (7 e 8 ottobre in piscina fa un po' freddo!!!) ma nell'immaginario di come è nell'insieme la struttura e il comfort delle camere offerte direi TOP.

Perfekt placerad. Poolen ett bra alternativ om man inte gillar sand. Rena rum, bra luftkonditionering. Teslaladdare finns. Underbart fin italiensk riviera feeling i gatorna bakom strandpromenaden. Orten och hotellet rekommenderas varmt.

albergo da consigliare per il rapporto prezzi/prestazioni ... spiaggia gestita per l'albergo da un'altra società secondo me almeno in questo periodo con prezzi alti e con nessuna possibilità di frazionare la giornata con prezzi diversi !!!

Sul lungomare vicino al centro.

Posizionato vicino al porto, dotato di SPA e spiaggia privata, si trova a pochi passi anche dal centro storico a cui si accede da una bella passeggiata sul lungomare.
Camera spaziosa, dotata di ogni confort, silenziosa e pulita. Colazione fatta in veranda con grande assortimento di cibo. Personale gentile e disponibile. Parcheggio interno dell'hotel al costo di 15 euro.

Praticamente sul mare, peccato che lo scorcio di mare venduto sul sito ( e pagato ) si veda soltanto dal balcone e sia veramente ristretto . Davanti alla finestra un condominio! I 10 euro di posteggio richiesti al ceck in , oltre a non essere citati on line durante la prenotazione, mi sembrano davvero eccessivi e totalmente fuori luogo ; è Novembre ed il posteggio dell'hotel totalmente vuoto .

Buongiorno la mia valutazione è negativa in quanto reputo inadeguato per un albergo 4 stelle far pagare il parcheggio 15 Euro a notte.
Considerando che ero in giro per lavoro e ho deciso di spostarmi di 30 km visto il prezzo, quantomeno il costo del parcheggio andrebbe segnalato.
Anche perché con 15 euro di più avrei trovato sistemazioni di livello pari o superiore nel posto in cui ero senza dovermi spostare.
