Brilliant hotel

Had a lovely 3 days. Reception staff were very helpful. Rooms we had were nice, good size but outside space was very limited.
Pool was lovely, plent if beds and shade.
We didnt know b4 arriving but you have to wear swim hat . Can buy them.in shop for 3 euros.
Free shuttle bus into town
But we walked down, back up was a bit hsrder innthe heat. The town was lovely at night, plenty going on

We traveled with our three teenagers around Italy. This hotel was very well located and has a very convenient and easily accessible parking. The rooms and bathroom were comfortable and clean, we had a fully equipped kitchenette. The only reason I gave four stars is because the hotel was probably too “eco-friendly”. There was one blanket for 5 people and we couldn’t adjust the temperature at night when it dropped to 15C outside. Beautiful balconies but chilly at night.

We found this hotel amazing value for money. They did a special deal for Gold Expedia members and we snapped it up! It was very clean. One thing I didn’t like is that we arrived at 8:00pm. We wanted to get something to eat and the only thing that was available was leftover fish and potato and they wanted to charge us €25 each to eat the leftovers. We went to a pizza place down the road which was fine. Breakfast was great though!!

Staff and Service were great very welcoming and friendly and if you have kids they will make you feel at home. Only downside was the breakfast and not having our towels changed daily.

In the land of fruits and coffee we had a better time to buy some at the local market. Fruits will taste great at the local market, avoid supermarkets for fruits.

Otherwise free parking outside the resort was ok depending on which hours you leave and comeback. I recommend walking from the resort to the city as it can be very challenging to park next to the beach and the local police will fine you mercilessly, It didnt happen to us but local police work 24/7 so you better park in local train stations and walk a bit.

Again a big thank you for the staff, my pregnant wife forgot her phone in her room and we were about to leave and they were running across the parking to give it back to us, Thank you again ! :)

The AC was broken - hotter inside then outside. They kept on insisting that people were working on it. Defensively, the woman at the front office suggested that is was warm because the door is open to outside. And I said “Yes, I know because it is cooler outside. I am aware that the hotel keycard and doors stop the AC from running. We ran it all night and it does’t work.” It was nearly impossible to sleep in that room.

And after 24 hours of no resolution to fix the AC, provide a fan or suggest an alternative, we left early and asked for a refund. They told me to talk to Expedia who wrote up a request for refund. No answer. Very poor customer service.

And this is NOT a 4-star resort, it is a run down 2-star timeshare.

Room for improvement!

Some parts of the resort were excellent, like the pool, the sun beds and peaceful location. Other parts were not like the the unkept gardens, footpaths, let down on the activities particularly the football that our two boys were looking forward to, only to be told to go and speak to the activities team. The only suncream for sale in the on site shop was factor 6!! When asked the receptionist for a taxi, I was given a taxi business card, I had to ask them to call them for me! In the description of the room it says daily housekeeping, this is not correct, we had to pay extra for clean towels and toilet paper. In the hotel description it says near the beach, I would say that a 40 minute walk down hill and a 40 minute walk uphill is not close to the beach. The place is missing good vibes and decent leadership.

Hotel was perfectly located just a few minutes above old town Loano. Beautiful views. Every single staff person that we met was cheerful, friendly & helpful - from the front desk to the maintenance crew. Beautiful views. room had huge, sunny private patios. Rooms were a bit larger than normal. Fantastic breakfast included with our hotel room. Pool was sparkling clean. Free parking. We were on a ground floor level room - very quiet at night. AC worked perfectly. Room had mini-fridge and small safe for valuables. Excellent stay.

Had a great week staying here. Out of season but staff were great. Everywhere was spotless and grounds staff were busy getting grass and flowerbeds sorted. Spacious and clean, modern 2 bed apartments - perfect for families. Loved it.

Sol très glissant et très dangereux autour de la piscine .
L'appartement avait un manque de propreté , l'eau du lavabo ne s'evacuait pas bien, le ménage n'a été fait qu'une fois à l'arrivée durant le séjour , nous avons dû repartir en urgence et l'hôtel à refusé de nous faire un remboursement partiel pour la nuit que nous n'avons pas pu bénéficier.

Hôtel bien placé excentré du centre ville mais à 15min à pied avec restaurants à proximité.
Parking gratuit devant mais trop petit par rapport à la capacité d'accueil de l'hôtel du coup si pas de place l'hôtel dispose d'un parking sous terrain mais payant à 10€ la journée, c'est horriblement cher. D'ailleurs tout est payant ensuite à l'intérieur. Prévoir des bonnets de bain pour la piscine sinon vendus 3€ le bonnet!
La literie est inconfortable et appartement grand avec grande terrasse mais qui aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement.
Piscine grande avec beaucoup de transat.
Petit déjeuner à 12€.
Globalement pour une ou 2 nuits ça passe.

PRO: Escluso il bar il personale della struttura si è dimostrato molto attento, gentile e disponibile. Il villaggio nelle parti comuni è molto bello, piscina pulita e accogliente, tutto è comodamente accessibile.
CONTRO: L'appartamento dimostra tutti i suoi anni e necessita di manutenzioni e investimenti importanti, cucina sguarnita di accessori e male illuminata, divano letto scomodo, porta della doccia sgangherata e bagno che si allaga, persiane esterne danneggiate, porta ingresso che si incastra, tavolo esterno rotto,le pulizie non vengono eseguite per tutta la settimana, insomma, da un 4 stelle a quel prezzo mi aspetto di più.

Wir haben uns in der Anlage sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist die etwas dürftig ausgestattete Küche (wenn man ein Apartment gebucht hat)!

Ci veniamo da molti anni ma questa volta siamo rimasti delusi in quanto nell'appartamento non funzionava l'aria condizionata (settimana di Ferragosto) e siamo stati costretti ad acquistare un ventilatore. Abbiamo chiesto a due collaboratori e negavano il malfunzionamento in quanto l'impianto funzionava ma non raffreddava e davano giustificazioni varie.. tranne quella evidente che non raffredava e basta! 28 gradi permanenti per 4 giorni di permanenza!! Al check out nessuno sconto nonostante non andasse nemmeno l'aria condizionata nella hall. Quindi problema più che evidente. Peccato. Per il resto tutto buono. Nessuna lamentela. Collaboratori gentilissimi.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Super Service. Einzig der Internetzugang war schlecht. Oft gab es keine Verbindung oder nur eine „unsichere“.
Und schade war noch, dass der Pool so lange nicht geöffnet war.

Dårlig vedlikeholdt sted der både dusj/bad og kjøkken ikke ble rent etter vask. Fuktig kjellerluft i leilighet - vi hadde leilighet på bakkeplan. Kun stoler til 2 av 4 på terasse. Manglet bestikk. Basseng stengt 2 av våre 3 dager - uten forklaring. Dagen det var åpent var det grumsete vann og grønt grums på bassengkant. Positivt med mulighet for fotball og padel.

Schlimmes Hotel!

Ein sehr großer, alter, ungepflegter Hotelkomplex. Ich würde dem Hotel höchstes einen Stern geben. Es stinkt überall nach Schimmel. In unserem Zimmer roch es nach Zigarettenrauch. Der Pool war grün und unfassbar dreckig. Das Wasser komplett trüb. Man konnte nicht mal die eigenen Beine sehen.Die Gäste beschwerten sich, doch die Rezeption sagte, alles sei in Ordnung. Das lustige ist… Sie zwingen, einen eine Badekappe für drei Euro zu kaufen und zu tragen, da man sonst den Pool nicht nutzen darf. Grund dafür sei Hygiene. Das Restaurant und das Frühstück war unfassbar. Dreckig, keine Auswahl, minderwertige Speisen. Es war einfach ekelhaft. Wir waren sehr froh, dass wir dort nur eine Nacht verbracht haben.

Готель в цілому не поганий. Сподобалося, що номер має кухню та балкон. На рецепції завжди допоможуть, приємні працівники. Вечірня програма проводилася італійською, різноманітна, сподобалося відчуття, наче ти у гостях в колі великої італійської родини. Ми брали підземний паркінг, так були впевнені у безпеці авто, але вулиця як і саме місто здалося дуже спокійним. З балкону було видно море, це великий плюс.
Стосовно мінусів:
При заїзді у номер він був поверхнево чистий, але все ж у готелі 4 зірки хотілося бачити більше свіжості та чистоти.
Номер для трьох був замалий, додаткове ліжко стояло просто посеред кімнати, вийти на балкон було дуже проблематично.
Готель прописує, що постояльці повинні сортувати сміття, при цьому є лише одне відро для сміття і ніяких вказівок до того, що саме і як треба сортувати. Це дуже не зручно.
Якщо ти вирішив не брати сніданки, то не можливо випити каву на барі до 10 години ранку. Це було дуже не зручно, адже перший трансфер на море о 9:00 і до цього часу хотілося посмакувати смачною кавою біля басейну.
Час на морі був обмежений часом трансферу, він був зранку з 9 до 12 та після обіду з 15 до 18, якщо не вкладаєшся у цей час будеш йти пішки більше кілометру наверх по вузенькій вулиці з активним рухом транспорту.
Купання у басейні у шапочках не дуже зручно і не дуже зрозуміло, адже сам басейн все ж знаходиться не у самому гарному стані і щовечора його чистили автоматично.
В цілому ми вдячні працівникам готелю за гарний час та бажаємо процвітання.

Vores 2. Besøg på det her skønne lejlighedshotel. Vi holder meget af at være der - stor ren pool, og altid en ledig solseng! 😍 Værelserne er fine i størrelsen, og vi havde den hyggeligste terrasse. Eneste minus denne gang var at air con gik under regnvejr et par gange. Men de fik det fikset nogenlunde hurtigt 👍

Opmærksomhedspunkter hvis du ikke har været der før:
Det er en lejlighed du tjekker ind i - der er ikke rengøring imens du er der og du har de håndklæder du har.
Der er køkkenting, men få - så tag evt. lidt ekstra med.
Der er gratis parkering, men hvis du vil have en kølig bil kan du parkere indenfor for 10euro pr, døgn.
Husk hætte i poolen
Prøv frokosten i baren - den har god kvalitet.
Hvis du skal have en hurtig, god og billig Pizza, så prøv Pizzaria Zero nede i byen.

Wir waren in einem der Appartments mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Teenagern. Das Appartment hatte eine tolle Größe. Die Betten sind ok (nicht zu hart, nicht zu weich).
Die Zimmer sind jedoch verwohnt; Küchenschränke schief und schleifen beim Öffnen, Mülleimer ohne Abdeckung im Küchenschrank. Es wird um Mülltrennung gebeten, aber es gibt im Zimmer nur einen Mülleimer. Das Badezimmer hat ein Fenster (klein und sehr hoch oben), welches sich leider nur kippen ließ und die Lüftung funktionierte nicht besonders gut. Die Sauberkeit im Bad bei Ankunft ließ zu wünschen über.

Der Pool ist nur mit Badekappe zu benutzen (Hotelregel) und wird jede Nacht mit einem elektrischen Poolsauger gereinigt.

Unser Zimmer ging zum Pool hin und dort war es ab 9 Uhr morgens laut durch die Musik der Animation. Leider wirklich für unsere Begriffe zu laut.
Das Restauranr ist sauber, leider recht dunkel.

Die Mitarbeiter sind bemüht und sprechen Englisch (einige wenige auch Deutsch).
Tiefgarage für 10€ pro Tag/Nacht war absolut top - groß, freie Platzwahl und gut ans Hotel angebunden (Lift, Treppe).

Siamo stati per una sola notte, ma ci ritorneremo volentieri, struttura pulita, un po' lontana dalla spiaggia ma offrono un comodo servizio navetta, e volendo uno può passare anche la giornata in struttura avendo una grande piscina esterna. Noi abbiamo alloggiato in un comodo monolocale.

Wir kamen schon das 2. Mal. Sehr freundliches Personal. Alles sauber. Sehr grosser toller Pool. Dieser war dieses Mal nicht ganz perfekt sauber. Immer Liegen vorhanden.
Toll war für unsere Tochter die Minikidsdisco am Abend mit Vortanzen durch Animation.
Grosse Ferienwohnung, Klimaanlage individuell einstellbar. Shuttlebus zum Strand, Liegen buchte das Hotelpersonal im Voraus für uns.

Struttura molto bella, gli appartamenti sono spaziosi curati nei dettagli e dotati di ogni comfort. Avevamo già soggiornato in questa struttura e certamente ritorneremo.

Abbiamo dormito nel monolocale e il letto era comodissimo.
La struttura è carina e pulita ma molto diversa da come descritta! La piscina interna non esiste, c'è solo il centro benessere che si paga a parte (25€ per 2 ore).
L'aria condizionata non è regolabile dalla stanza, bisogna andare in reception a farla regolare ogni volta.
Abbiamo scelto questa struttura perché anche con il brutto tempo pensavamo di avete diverse opzioni per passare il tempo, invece tutte quelle che avevamo pensato guardando sul loro sito non erano realizzabili una volta arrivate.
La piscina esterna è molto carina e il bagnino è molto professionale e gentile!
La reception ha risolto un nostro disagio per la mancanza di tavoletta del wc nelle stanze ma con molto fastidio e non proprio con la massima gentilezza. Capiamo che a fine stagione ci sia tanta stanchezza ma la gentilezza in questi posti è una priorità e non può mancare! Non è nemmeno carino rispondere infastiditi e arroganti a chi semplicemente chiede chiarimenti su un cambio camera.
Non siamo state male ma se dovessimo tornare in zona proveremmo altre strutture.

Si sta benissimo, per quanto riguarda la struttura tutto ok.
La mia critica va ad expedia, questa è la seconda volta che prenoto tramite loro, ed è la seconda volta che la camera ha il bagno per disabili. La prima volta ho dovuto pagare 50 euro per avere un’altra camera ( quella era davvero orrenda, sotto la piscina… non potevo aprire le finestre e le tende perché non avevo privacy,entrava il fumo delle sigarette degli ospiti in piscina, ed era considerata una superior. In questo caso non ho fatto questioni, ma non ci sarà una prossima volta… se per risparmiare 4 soldi, devo adattarmi, proverò a prenotare con altri canali. Non è stato niente di così terribile, ma secondo me non è corretto, in fase di prenotazione dovrebbe essere specificata questa possibilità. Non è stata neanche una cosa dell’ultimo momento… quindi…

Pas à la hauteur de nos attentes !

Musique forte toute la journée et tout les soirs (jeudi et vendredi soir) jusqu’à 23h avec de animations très bruyantes le soir.

Pas de place pour s’installer sur les transats, climatisation par eau glacée non suffisante si vous êtes au dernier Etage de l’hôtel.

Personnel très sympathique cependant.
Grand parking couvert très pratique.

Au vu des commentaires précédents, service client qui n’accepte pas vraiment la critique… au tarif proposé, je pense qu’il est normal que chacun puisse exprimer son ressenti.

Horrible !

Si vous aimez les hôtels où la musique est à fond jusqu’à minuit au point où même avec des bouchons d’oreilles vous ne pourrez pas vous endormir, cet endroit est fait pour vous !
Sans parler des incivilités des gens : portes qui claquent en permanence, cri dans les vouloir en pleine nuit, enfant qui courent et hurlent toute la journée, les chiens qui aboient en pleine nuit.
Notez aussi qu’il n’y pas a assez de transat par clients ! Avec un bébé de 10 mois c’était sympa en plein soleil assis au sol ! La plupart des clients réservent à l’avance leur transat en y posant leur serviette dessus s’en même se rendre à la piscine. Pour tout va dire j’ai fini de colère par retirer deux serviettes sur un lot de transat pour que l’on puisse s’y installer la matinée, personne n’est venue chercher les serviettes du temps où nous étions installés !
La chambre cependant était propre et spacieuse. Mal insonorisé au final ! Voir pas du tout même !
Le personnel de chambre est adorable ainsi que le homme de la maintenance (problème de climatisation à notre arrivée) ainsi que les hôtesse à l’accueil.

Vraiment pas des vacances reposantes ! Heureusement que bébé dort bien à cet âge là ! Au moins une qui a pu dormir un peu !

Wir waren mit dem Hund und unseren Kinder dort.
Es war alles sehr gut und wir würden sofort wieder gehen.
Der einzige störende Faktor war,dass wir im Pool Badekappen tragen mussten.
Alles andere Top,super Preis Leistung .

L’accueil est très mauvais on a voulu me facturer 65 € pour une erreur dans ma réservation alors que j’ai réservé une chambre triple.

We booked this as a reward for the kids to enjoy some bathing after a long day in the car. To our disappointment everything; the pool, the spa, the hammam - everything closed at 19:00. We arrived at 18:30. Everything opened again at 9:30, but the check out time is at 10:00. So this is not adapted for travelers. It looked like it could've been nice, but don't waste your money like we did!

Nice family-oriented resort

Nice resort with service-minded staff. The room was spaceous with two balconies, air-condition, as well as clean upon arrival. Some essentials was missing, such as dishwashing soap and brush, but except for that most utensils in the kitchen was there. The only thing which was slightly anoying was the constant activities and talking by the pool area.
