The village is nice and well maintained. Rooms are dated and in need of minor repairs and update. There were some missing chinas that the staff was not able to replace.
Reception staff very friendly and helpful so the bar and swimming pool one.
Parking available across the road and shuttle bus to the town centre were available.
Communication within staff could be better (reception vs maintenance )
Overall a good place to stay if you do not have sky-high expectations.

Although ultimately accommodating, our assigned rooms’ AC was not working to which a fascilities handyman was summoned that evening around 8 O’clock which was impressive! We were told in short order that it was an electronic issue and they would send someone the next day. However, along with a non functional house phone, 1/2 toilet flusher and broken door handle it still took me 5 visits to the front desk to get them the agree to give us the next door room (mirrored layout) and that couldn’t happen until the next day as they wait until the next morning to clean their rooms. The banquet style food was just that. Banquet food. Poolside was visually stunning unfortunately the water was decidedly cold unless the sun was out and the temp was at least 80 C. Bummer.

OK room (yes, it was just OK, nothing special about it, but not bad either) with an OK bed and a decently working AC. Decor seems out dated but this doesn’t bother me as long as comfort does the job - and it did. Cleaning was quite good. Wi-fi is very lousy and even the TV channels are scrambled due to the poor reception. Breakfast is decent, lunch is actually quite good, dinner (à la carte restaurant) is rather limited. You’d expect a more complete wine list being in Italy but they have missed this opportunity. When we arrived I was not greeted as an Expedia Gold member and while we were packed with plenty of suitcases and backpacks no one ever bothered to offer us a trolley to bring our stuff to the room - and it’s not a short walk. The lukewarm experience during check-in was definitely a buzzkill.
Great set of swimming pools though, which my son really loved. It was not a bad stay in the end, but being on holidays evokes a certain need to be well received, it’s all in the little things.

Amazing food and service, great for families

Wonderful food service, superb comfort and amazing food. We stayed as a family of 4 adults and a baby in two rooms, they located them next to each other. Perfect for a toddler with the playground and children's pool, our kid had a great time. Food was excellent, we had dinners and breakfasts included, great selection for everyone, all you can eat. Rooms were condtioned, large and comfortable, bathrooms clean, daily room service was keeping everything clean and tidy. Staff was very professional. The only criticism I have is that the cleaner removed a bag with important medication of one family member from the desk (it certainly did not look like garbage). We raised it with the reception twice, they said they'll check and come back to us but never did. It was quite a problem as we had to get another emergency prescribtion from the GP in the evening and go back to town into 24/7 pharmacy to obtain new medicine. We were a bit dissapointed as they never apologized or followed through to check if we are ok or need assistance. Apart from this, I would certainly recommend the stay to everyone who travels with kids and does not want to bother with cooking or any house chores. Perfect for overworked parents.

Great place for families and easy with smaller kids and this was our 3rd stay. A small disappointment this year is that it was mandatory to wear swim caps in the pool. Breakfast selection also seemed smaller than previous years, although we appreciated the Covid measures taken. The dinner service seem to be at reduced hours and didn’t open until 7:30pm which is a bit late for younger kids. Service is great and staff is very friendly. Could benefit from some refurbishment as rooms are starting to get tired and dated.

A decent hotel/apartment complex with plenty to do on site. They are based a fair distance out of town but do put a complimentary bus service on half hourly during the day. One thing to be aware of is to look for the daily activities which are posted in reception...otherwise you will be unaware of them.

Fabulous gem of s family hotel

We booked this mainly for the pools and evening / day entertainment. It was difficult to find a hotel like this in Italy so we were delighted to come across Loano 2 village.
Why we loved it:
1. The pools are fab, right from baby pool to deep.adult length swimming pool. Also friendly helpful lifeguards. Can even use inflatables in the pool and they will blow them up for you!!!
2. No rushing for subbed every morning like some places we have visited, you are allocated 2 for your whole stay! Just brilliant!
3. Animation team are fab! Something for everyone (mostly in Italian .. but we were fine with this as daughters experienced real Italy rather than typical English speaking kids club scenario. The shows in evening were reasonably professional!.. quite late (9.45pm for kids disco!! Due to siestas in the day) then a show after each night.
4. Rooms were spotless!!!!! Cleaned everyday and beds made everyday which we didn’t expect.. wonderful staff!!! Chose hotel as there was a separate bedroom with sliding doors from large comfortable sofa bed lounge. Also had s fridge do could buy local drinks and have on balcony if you wanted to come away from bar area.
5. Food.... lucked out here! We went for half board as it wasn’t much more expensive... expected to probably go to Loano as well but no need! The gala meal buffet was incredible, and the other evenings had variety. No chips and chicken nugget style food for kids to gorge on thank goodness
6. Pizza restaurant is fab!!!

Family friendly holiday destination

We enjoyed the hotels facilities, particularly the pool, and tennis courts. This hotel is more institutional than customer focused so it never felt warm and genuinely friendly. Wasn’t overly busy last week when we were there, but couldn’t see it working for us if it was crowded.

There was a little mix up with our room and myself and my fiance received two single beds that could not be put together. I will accept partial responsibility for this but the beds also were some of the shortest I have ever slept in. I am not that tall 178cm/ 5'10 but they were very tiny. The only other qualm was the fact that the pool and jacuzzi were not heated. I get it a huge outdoor pool in a meditteranian beach town doesnt really need heat but it was as cold as the ocean. The jacuzzi on the other hand should be at least warm if not hot in the 35-40/90-100 range instead it was just in the low 20s/70s. Very clean hotel with a great staff though, maybe the pool heater was just broken. Would stay again

The hotel was absolutely packed, we could hardly see the pool for sun loungers. The staff at the pool bar were rude and unhelpful. The breakfast buffet was like being in a cattle market and the food was average.

Family friendly and great staff. Our room was a bit outdated, but very clean. Great pool area with two kids pools and some splashing pools for babies. Very much liked the allocated sun beds, no need to rush in the morning to secure a spot. The resort is about 15 min walk from town and not many restaurants nearby.

Great pool, perfect for families with children

Quite comfortable room and really great pool including one for the very young children, one of 1m depth, one of 1.5m and one olympic type as well as one indoor pool. There was also a jacuzzi. Rather good breakfast and good value for money at the restaurant -pizzeria.
We didn't appreciate that the transats by the pool we let at our venue for the whole period had been given to one other family before our checking out
Also we had to pay for using the pool towels.
The receptionist told us at our arrival that we should use only a spécial card available only in Loano village for any payment within the village. But in fact at every payment we were told by the employées that also cash or crédit card was accepted. We found that rather weird!

This hotel was the worst experience ever.
The room isolation was terriable. You could here people talk in the other room. You could here people walk on the upper floor. We (my wife, daughter of age 1, and i) couldn't sleep until 4 am.
Swimming pool was also very dirty.
Reception said that there will be daily cleaning of the room...nobody cleaned anything.

Good hotel, some minor annoying things

This is a good hotel for families and older people.

What I like:
- The room was comfortable for a couple with one kid
- Everything was clean
- Very quiet
- Easy to park the car in the parking lot in front of the hotel
- Loano is good for kids and has plenty of options for eating

What I did not like
- The shower stall is ridiculously small, it's unpleasant to take a shower; I am 1.72m, I imagine it would have been a nightmare for someone taller than me
- Check in (5pm) and check out (10 am) time are really bad
- It's not close to the beach. It's a long walk or you have to spend 1.80 euros per hour in a parking lot close to the beach
- The breakfast has many options but none are exceptional; scrambled egg overcooked
- You have to go to the reception to get towels to use on the swimming pool; when I brought them back I was charged 3 euros per towel for cleaning fees. It's probably more than the price of the towel itself

Overall it's not a bad hotel for the price. But it will not be my first option when I come back to the Italian Riviera

Pleasant stay for families

1 bedroom apartment located on building F, facing south, with partial sea view. A.C. Working perfectly in both rooms, large balcony, fully equipped kitchen. Sliding doors were a bit clunky, mattress quite comfortable, although noisy.
Great breakfast, both savory and sweet dishes, lots of pastry (locally made), large quantity and selection...did not like the staff cleaning up and setting tables all around us (for lunch)while we were still seated and eating. The outdoors and all common areas were very clean, pool water temperature quite low, too cold. Parking is 10 euro per day, or you must use the public parking nearby. Shuttle to the main shopping area, and beaches is convenient but they should be more clear about the various stops.

Overall a very pleasant stay, will come back.

pleasant hotel with facilities for families.

I came with my daughter and two grandchildren and we all enjoyed staying here. The weather was very hot so we spent most of our time in the pools. The provision of allocated sunbeds meant we could always be sure of a place near the pools. The areas were kept clean and tidy. We used the other play areas when we could in the evenings. The bars and breakfast room were well run and all the staff were friendly and helpful.
We used the shuttle bus into Loana. and this worked well and meant we could have a change of scene without too much effort. Because it was so hot we did not want to do any sight-seeing so that going to Loana allowed us to have at least a taste of an Italian town.
The hotel and resort has a particularly pleasant atmosphere, not least because the staff were all good at their jobs. We were particularly grateful to Elisa in Reception who helped me buy our train tickets to Genova airport and found us a train without changes. Thank you again Elisa.

Surprise in Loano

Loano 2 village is huge and we were very surprised to find such a large establishment in such a small town as Loano, but it is well run, clean and very adequate for a quick two night visit to this charming little town. The village is a little way out of the main town but runs a shuttle bus back and forth in peak times which was very convenient.

Didn't know you have to strip you're own beds and change towels once a week and Take to the laundry . Unless you pay extra. But no big deal. Rooms were good size and clean .
Food in Pizzeria good, didn't eat in main restaurant . Beach bar disappointing salads , so surprised, this is Italy come on . Really poor salads on offer at lunch . Plus the pay card system a real pain as NO cash taken . Igor the head barman a real character, I would call a good friend.
Pool bed system good , no towels on bed at crack of dawn headache.
All in all good hotel.
Animation team became like family to our boys , sincere , talented bunch of young men and women .

A Happy Parent

Great for a family holiday.

Beautiful, well kept grounds and helpful staff. Our 7 year old loved all the different pools. We all appreciated the free shuttle into Loano town centre which is a lovely town. Great first Italian experience for our child. Hope more families from the UK get to hear about this hotel ( but not too many ) a fabulous place to stay on the beautiful Italian Riviera. Tuti Bene.

Lovely (but expensive) holiday village

We had a 4 day stay at Loano 2 village. Husband and me stayed in a studio with our little girl. Studio is quite small but very clean and there are 3 seperate beds, which is not that great but for 4 days its OK. They are quite comfortable. There is a little kitchenette where you can cook. The pool area is fantastic. Beautiful pools in all sizes and for all ages, swimmers and non swimmers.
The life guard allocates you 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella which are yours to use for the days you stay which makes it very easy, no towels on sunbeds at 6 in the morning.
There is entertainment but all in Italian which we loved, we are in Italy so no need for all British entertainers. They do speak English so if you have a question you get it answered. The shows in the evening were lovely and they were sort of in an underground theater, so you did not hear any noise in your studio.
Reception staff is very friendly and helpfull. The grounds are nice and very clean. We did not go to the beach as it's all private and we loved the pool area. We did go in Loano for dinner in the evening and it's a lovely town. Parking is hell, but that's in all villages on the coast. Parking in Loano 2 village is easy, opposite the complex there is public parking or there is underground parking for 10 Euro's a night. It was a lovely short break in August.

We chose this hotel as we had driven to Italy and needed secure parking. We we arrived I had to admit we were horrified but this complex actually grew on us quite quickly. I was reassured when we walked into reception as they staff were very welcoming .The room was comfortable and had a small kitchen area and the whole complex was clean and well maintained, including the lovely pool areas. They had a free coach into Leona than ran every hour until 7pm, which gave us great access to the train station and all the resorts along the coast and the fabulous city of Genoa. We didn't eat at the hotel (mainly because we couldn't work our if we could). The only problem I had was being made to wear an wristbandand at all times. Even having to take the bedding to the launderette at the end of out stay or having to cart of luggage over to our apartment would not put us off returning. The only reason why I wouldn't return is I really don't want to be wearing a plastic band on my wrist, especially outside the hotel.

Big, well organized resort

Ok, it's one kilometer from seaside. But sand there is not really nice, beaches are crowded and you're charged for sunbeds. So it's better to stay in Loano Village. There is animation programme every day both for kids and adults. There are couple of room options - we decided to take fully equipped studio. Kitchenette had all necessary equipment, so breakfasts and lunches were made by us. Staff is nice and helpful. I'd recommend this resort for families looking for some well organized stay.

More like an assisted living village than a hotel...but we really liked it. The rooms were apartment style, newly renovated, clean and had a fully stocked kitchen.Perfect for seniors and familiies because everything is at your fingertips. Too far from the beach to reach by foot, but the area is quiet and they run a shuttle service. Free parking is available nearby and they have a pay garage. Staff was friendly and spoke German and English. Pool was also very nice. Highly recommended if you don't mind a resort-style atmosphere.

Struttura all'esterno veramente bella e curata.
Stanza assolutamente non da 4 stelle,soprattutto il bagno, non curato, doccia pessiima ,piena di calcare e nero in qualsiasi angolo . Non abbiamo purtroppo riposato bene durante la notte, frigo all'interno della stanza rumorosissimo. Partiva il motore ogni 15 minuti .

Wir waren in einem Appartmenthaus untergebracht, in dessen Keller sich die Wäscherei befindet. Zeitweise war ein sehr lautes Brummen zu hören, was den Erhaltungseffekt etwas beeinträchtigte. Aber alles in allem ist es eine sehr schöne Anlage, wir kommen gerne wieder

Sono già statto diverse volte al Loano2. Ho provato diverse soluzioni, tra appartamenti e camere dell'hotel.
Questa volta mi è capitata una camera che sicuramente è stata vissuta durante tutta la stagione e che necessitava di manutenzione.
La porta dell'ingresso era deformata, ventola del frigo rumorosa, scarico WC non funzionante, lenzuola macchiate. Oltre alla porta dell'ascensore (due piani sotto a dove eravamo...) che, ogni volta che si chiudeva, lanciava un grido (di aiuto abbiamo pensato noi).
La colpa è anche di chi ha utilizzato la camera in precedenza senza segnalare nulla (unica scusa che potrei concedere). Anche se mi pare strano che le signore delle pulizie non si siano mai accorte di nulla.

Mauvaise acceuil et préparation du logement

L'acceuil durant le checkin était très froid. En 30 secondes on nous montre l'emplacement du logement et de la laverie sur une map, les horaires de bus et c'est tout. Pas d'information sur le petit déjeuner, sur le fait qu'il y est une supérette dans le village ou bien même sur comment obtenir des serviettes qui par ailleurs sont payantes (hallucinant pour un 4 étoiles). Aucune informations sur les activités enfant et adultes non plus ce qui est dommage. On s'est senti un peu livré à nous même..

L'appartement n'était pas très propre notamment le balcon. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée et il a fallu attendre plus d'une heure et demi dans un appartement à 35 degrés pour qu'un technicien vienne réparer la clim. Pour un check-in après 17h on peut s'attendre à ce que ce genre de problèmes soit anticipés.

En revanche les femmes de ménages étaient très gentilles et souriantes, spécialement à la laverie et à la supérette. La navette de bus est très efficace pour aller au centre ville et il est facile d'avoir une place de parking sur le parking à cotés du village.

Disappointing Experience: Lies About Parking and P

The reception staff is unfriendly, and one of them, who was on duty yesterday evening, was not only rude but also lied regarding parking. He claimed that it was not allowed to park in front of the hotel even with a disabled parking permit. However, just 10 minutes later, a Carabinieri patrol confirmed upon our inquiry that parking there is indeed allowed.

On the last day of our stay, we were told that the pool could only be used until 10:00 a.m., although at check-in we were promised something different. It really feels like they are just lying to guests!

Struttura molto grande e con piscine bellissime e adatte a bambini piccoli. Camere molto spaziose, con arredamento un po’ datato ma super funzionali. Personale gentilissimo disponibile. Un merito particolare al personale addetto alle pulizie sempre Gentile e disponibile per ogni richiesta. Un ringraziamento speciale anche al team di animazione e mini club, simpatici e divertenti (in particolare Otto polpotto) e allo staff dei fotografi per nulla invadenti e molto simpatici. L’insieme di tutto rende speciale il soggiorno presso questo villaggio. Unico punto da migliorare, secondo noi, è l’orario dei pasti, anticipandolo di mezz’ora più che altro per i bambini, renderebbe più semplice la gestione. Arrivederci a presto.

Soggiorno gradevole sebbene il resort non sia recentissimo. Il personale della reception dovrebbe essere un po’ più esaustivo nelle spiegazioni iniziali (es funzionamento aria condizionata e raccolta differenziata). Il servizio in generale è puntuale e il personale di animazione cordiale.

Alt var egentlig godt, pænt og rent. Fik en lejlighed på stueplan, men en ubrugelig terrasse. Ikke specielt charmerende.
Poolområde og restauranterne var gode. Service var ok, uden at være fantastisk. Følte ind imellem at vi som ikke-italienske turister var i vejen.

Rigtig god service i receptionen ved ankomst. Behagelig og stort værelse, men for hårde senge og puder. Servicen overall var ikke i top. Særligt caféen ved poolen. De snakkede ikke engelsk og var ikke servicemindede og lignede nogle, der ikke gad deres job. Super lækkert område, flot udsigt, mega lækkert poolområde, men vandet var til den lidt kolde side. Vi havde helpension og morgenmaden var OK mens aftensmaden var SUPER lækker!
Husk at tage håndklæder med, hvis I ikke gider betale for det, da der ikke er gratis håndklædeservice. Vi benyttede os ikke af børneklub, da det var tydeligt, at det nærmest kun var italienske børn der deltog og alt foregik på italiensk. Loano er en hyggelig lille by. Oplev den og kom Ud af hotellet også :-)

Wir haben bewusst eine 4 Sterne Anlage mit den entsprechenden Erwartungen für unserer Ferien gewählt. Die parkähnliche Anlage ist schön und gepflegt. Die Poolanlage ist riesig und bietet für jeden etwas und ist wie auf den Prospektfotos - großartig. Tennisplatz, Fußballplatz, Beachvolleyballplatz, Tischtennisplatte etc. vorhanden bedürfen aber auf Grund der (Ab)Nutzung einen Austausch bzw. Renovierung. Die Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen und sollte schrittweise erneuert werden, damit es auch einem 4 Sterne Niveau entspricht. Dieses bezieht sich speziell auf die Ferienwohnung. Unsere Wohnung \"Standard\" war abgewohnt, Rollläden schwergängig, Terrassenmöbel abgenutzt, Furniere an Esstisch und Küche lösen sich, Bodenleisten fallen ab, Sofa abgewetzt usw. Die Bilder im Prospekt/Online täuschen eine nicht vorhandene Größe vor, welche bereites bei einer Dreierbelegung eines \"4 Personen\" Apartments nicht mehr komfortabel ist. Positiv Bettwäsche und Handtücher stehen zur Verfügung und sind in guter Qualität und Sauberkeit. Daher unsere Einschätzung – bedingt empfehlenswert.

Mediocre, caro per lo stile e i servizi offerti

Struttura grande, adatto a famiglie con bambini, anche piccoli, diverse palazzine con camere e miniappartamenti. Apparentemente ben strutturato in realtà datato e con qualche riammodernamento necessario. Camera ampia, ben organizzata ma con mobili datati e molto modesti e bagno semplice. Non un aspetto da 4 stelle, nonostante prezzi molto alti purché in linea con il resto della Liguria. Terzo letto per bambini da divano letto, molto rigido, per nulla comodo. Accessori datati, consumati. Tende non oscuranti, poche luci, condizionatore potente ma poco efficace, difficile trovare una temperatura gradevole, o raffreddava troppo o non raffreddava per nulla.
Parti comune non pulite, lasciate molto andare. Ingressi delle palazzine e pianerottoli di ogni piano, sporchi, trasandati. Alcune parti sporche lo sono state per i 3 giorni che siamo stati lì. Buono l’impegno per i bimbi e bambini ma gli accessori sono sempre tutti un po’ al limite, spesso usurati o mal funzionanti, a partire da calcetto al ping-pong alla piscina. Ottima la gestione dei posti in piscina. Colazione mediocre, nulla di realmente all’altezza di un 4 stelle. Alle 9:30 già non ricaricano più nulla, patate finite, uova finite, torte finite, yogurt, briosce, bisogna chiedere, caffè solo con macchinetta, davvero troppo basico e di poco valore. Garage super comodo sotto la camera ma sporco, mai pulito, umido, con puzza, ma con posto riservato. Alle reception spesso coda nonostante 3 persone al front desk.

Vi har stannat 6 nätter, en familj med barn och vi trivdes hur bra som helst. Poolområdet är fint och välkskött. Från hotellet ser man både bergen och havet som är några minuter iväg med bil eller med buss. Personal är vänliga och väldigt service inriktade. Vi hade halvpension och varje kväll var det en ny meny med buffé av en massa italienska läckerheter. Lägenheterna är lite äldre och välanvända men hade allt man behöver som kylskåp, sovplatser och balkong. Det städas varje dag och vi fick rena handdukar och sängkläder varje dag. Hotellet erbjuder en minishop med begränsat sortiment men det viktigaste man behöver för dagen som vatten och snacks, men annars är det bara några minuter med bil in till city där det finns ett stort utval av butiker. Extra plus att det fanns möjlighet att tvätta på hotellet. Vi är supernöjda och kommer tillbaka.

Per staccare la spina!

Sono stata una sola notte con la mia famiglia in questo resort e siamo stati bene. Sarà che era inizio maggio, ma il posto era tranquillo, anche se c'erano già diversi ospiti, tra cui molti stranieri. Il resort è un po' decentrato e distante dal mare, ma so che da giugno esiste una navetta gratuita che ti porta fino alla spiaggia, quindi poco male, se non si ha voglia di fare una passeggiata a piedi.
Noi abbiamo apprezzato la camera vista mare, che affacciava su un giardino meraviglioso e veramente ben curato (con gli uccellini che cantavano), e la colazione a buffet molto buona e varia.
Atro punto a favore è stata la gentilezza dello staff.
Personalmente, ci tornerei volentieri!

Ho soggiornato in questo residence in occasione del ponte del 1 maggio ma siamo clienti storici di questo posto. Praticamente da quando hanno aperto.
Un aggiunta a tutte queste volte è stata la colazione provata per la prima volta. davvero eccezionale, molto rifornita sia di salato che dolce

Strand war ganz einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen. Unterkunft war sehr schön, das Personal hat sehr gut verständliches englisch gesprochen und war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei der bereitgestellten Küche handelt es sich um einen Gasherd, der aber auch für Anfänger ziemlich einfach zu benutzen war. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Es wurden keinerlei Gewürze zur Verfügung gestellt. Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, die man wirklich empfehlen kann. Fazit 9 von 10 Sternen

Camera grande e bello il terrazzo vista mare.
Bagno molto buio e datato.
Unica grande pecca il ristorante : esperienza da non ripetere.
Mi viene detto che la cena è a buffet ad un costo di 35 €, prenoto per le 20e40.
Tengo a sottolineare che arrivo puntualissimo neanche il tempo di guardare i piatti che alle 20e53 già stavano togliendo il cibo.
Alle 9 hanno acceso la musica per invitare ad andarsene.
Sono senza parole 15 minuti per mangiare roba, per altro, di pessima qualità. Fortuna i mandarini ( ultimo a salutare da buffet)

tolle Unterkunft. Auch die ganze Anlage ist sehr schön.
Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfbereit.
Gegenüber des Hotels ist ein kostenloser, öffentlicher Parkplatz auf dem die Gäste die Autos abstellen dürfen.
Toll das die Rezeption gleich auf den Parkplatz verweisen hat und nicht verischt hat die gebührenpflichtige Tiefgarage vom Hotel zu verkaufen.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per una settimana e, nel complesso, l'esperienza è stata piacevole grazie agli spazi comuni ben progettati e alle piscine, ampie e perfette per il relax. Tuttavia, ci sono alcuni aspetti che richiederebbero una maggiore cura e attenzione.

Le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli, ma mostrano evidenti segni di usura che suggeriscono la necessità di interventi di manutenzione. Ad esempio, appena arrivato nella mia stanza, la maniglia della porta si è staccata e il phon per i capelli non funzionava, causando qualche piccolo disagio. Anche la pulizia iniziale è stata deludente: ho dovuto richiedere un intervento immediato poiché il bagno era in condizioni non accettabili.

Le piscine, esteticamente molto belle e ben progettate, avrebbero bisogno di una gestione più attenta. In diverse occasioni abbiamo trovato il nostro ombrellone occupato, nonostante il regolamento, e il relax è stato spesso disturbato da numerosi bambini rumorosi, che schiamazzavano senza controllo anche in aree teoricamente destinate esclusivamente al nuoto.

In sintesi, la struttura ha molte potenzialità e aspetti positivi, ma sarebbe auspicabile un miglioramento nella manutenzione delle camere e nella gestione delle aree comuni per rendere l'esperienza più coerente con le aspettative e il livello della struttura.
