Stay at Ibis coimbatore
The room smelled badly and we had to call the reception for air spray. Breakfast experience was not up to the mark with respect to taste.

good standard, very maintained

Dining good. Negatives: window blinds not working, sodden towels, wake up call given 15 minutes after the scheduled time

Location is very good from a short business travel. Rooms are decent for 1 person but might get crowded for two.

Food was very spicy, had to replace with another dish.

One night transit stay
No person to help with the bags . A month ago I had asked for extra bed which he staff said we can request once we check in . Upon check in they said there is no option of extra bed.
Not many toileteries given . Breakfast was good.

Thank you Mohankumar
Wow, it was an amazing stay, staff are so good. Mohankumar, Finance Manager even dropped my colleague who didn't get taxis on time, to reach the airport, when my colleague just waived a hand. It was late evening and Mohan gave his personal time. Thanks Mohankumar.

Every thing is superb except the service !!
One of the worst experiences ever . My advise to people who want to stay here - don’t expect any kind of service in your room. No one helps you with out multiple reminders , be it water , room slippers anything
God save you if you wish food in your room !! I stayed 2 nights and both the times my order was forgotten!! Never happened in any place till now !!! Once is happenstance , don’t know what you call if it’s done for the second time !!!

Excellent stay for business travellers
Room space was small when compared with other hotels. Locality and service was good. Touched by the care of the staff especially Mr venugopal, the manager.

Overall good experience. A-La-Carte cages are high not worth..... rest is absolutely in favour ....

good location and good as all Ibis Hotels
very good hotel

This is a average business hotel. The food leaves a lot to be desired. The rest can be accepted for the price. TV Volume was deliberately kept so low that you have to sit really close to watch.
Verified traveler
Very small room no space to move around bathroom is very small. Not wotrth for the amount what we paid.
Verified traveler
Tiny rooms
The rooms are tiny and definitely not large enough for two people. There isn't even enough room to set down two suitcases. Service and other amenities are what are to be expected of a typical business hotel.
Verified traveler
Nice hotel, good service. Food is ok and found it to be more expensive than Bangalore IBIS.
Amit Antony
Central located, quality hotel in Coimbatore
Stayed at the Ibis City Center hotel in Coimbatore for three nights. The hotel is clean, well maintained. The staff are very helpful and the breakfast is quite good. The rooms are basic and clean and a bit tiny especially the bathroom. The bed is nice and soft, the pillows a little to soft for my liking. The air conditioning worked well.
The location is fantastic as in it is very centrally located but nothing much if you want to walk around and grab a bit.
The staff is helpful and quick to respond. The only annoying thing, is every time you come back to the hotel you have to scan you laptop bag/any bag you have. I had to go in and out the three days, this was getting a little annoying.
Otherwise a quality hotel. Would definitely recommend.

Comfortable stay, breakfast not so great
The room was comfortable enough and the housekeeping was fine. There was no noise and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was poor. The variety was inadequate, most of the food had turned cold and the majority of food items and cutlery not replenished at all. No live counters. Staff were disinterested.
Raghu
Good location . Hospitality is excellent.Front desk handlers- Sujitra, Shourab were great. The man in Sharad who with his able team members- Priya, Bala, Senthil with their ever smiling face took care of the guests with aplomb. Over all coordinator Venugopal was very helpful.

A decent hotel
The property is in a good location and well maintained. The amenities are provided only if asked for it. Even for double occupancy they had provided only 1 towel.

New Hotel
This is a brand new hotel, having started operations only a couple of months back.
Location: Just off Avinashi Rd. Very convenient. A good vegetarian restaurant is located very close to this hotel.
Room: The room is a typical Ibis room though slightly larger than the last Ibis hotel I stayed in - neat & clean and functional. The bathroom was a bit small but what one would expect in an Ibis hotel. The bed was a bit too soft for my liking (I have a weak back). Air conditioning was very good.
Surprisingly, the hotel features Room Service but the choice is rather limited. The food at the restaurant was quite good though a tad expensive. The buffert breakfast spread was reasonably good (mainly South Indian food).
Parking facility (uncovered) is available but limited to about a dozen vehicles.
Overall, our stay was quite comfortable.

Super clean, close to airport, no noise
Mine was a quick in-and-out kind of stay at the hotel. I asked the hotel to arrange a pickup, and after a few email exchanges, we got it right. The driver was there on time, the hotel is not far from the airport - perhaps 10 minutes. I got in around 10.45pm, and left the next morning at about 9am.
Lovely spread for breakfast, attentive staff, if a bit overwhelmed by the number of people checking out all at once!
Pleasantly surprised by how super clean it was. And the biggest bonus: you couldn't hear the traffic, even though my room was just off the side of the road.

出張で3泊利用しました。
ホテルスタッフは皆さんとても親切でした。ホテル内でビールを飲む際、別々のビールを各人が頼むよりもKingfisher Strongを3本まとめて頼むと割引適用になるよ、と教えてくれました。
