We had a nice stay. The staff was very nice, the rooms were very clean, the only complaint there was that housekeeping didn't come to freshen your room, take trash out or fresh towels, we were there 3 nights. The breakfast was nice but the same every day and things weren't filled so had to keep asking for cups, creamer, knives, coffee, fruit etc. the tables were sticky. I also think it should be known that there is no elevator, so rooms are limited for guests with a walking disability. Lobby was clean but the stairs from the lobby were very dirty. The pool was a nice size, but there was a musky smell, and they chose to clean it during the open hours of the pool verses before it opened or after it closed. Plenty of free parking. Overall, we would do a shorter stay there again.

We stayed for one night in a Deluxe Suite. The staff were courteous and helpful. They even stayed by the desk after 9pm so we could get in a late swim when the pool is normally closed at 9pm. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was simple but free. The first time I saw a machine that makes pancakes to order! Tasty, apparently, from the child review! ;) And dog friendly. The location was quiet and beautiful country, We would go again!

So...the place was okay for the price....until we got there...i know i dont expect an entire breakfast assortment but the breakfast was jimmy deans sandwiches everyday. Ehh i could live with that. But then the staff only came to take out garbage and change towels every other day. They didnt change sheets at all, and there is an envelope to tip them in the rooms...i should be tipping for exceptional service not for basic expectations..yea i knew i wasnt going to get the Hilton or Plaza hotel treatment...but this was a regrettable stay. Oh and yea there is no sort of security. Staff is NEVER at the front desk and anyone can walk in or out anytime they want.

The place didn't look dirty but had an unpleasant odor. We had a room on 2nd floor, there is no elevator or even the wheeled carts to bring in your things. We have a child in a wheelchair they said we could have handicap room on 1st floor for extra 30. We already paid but didn't want to carry everything up stairs so paid the extra. The pool was freezing and there was no bathtub or railings by commode in their handicap room. We go so the kids can swim, but pool is not heated. Breakfast

Room was clean, we had 2 rooms, one room shower had very low pressure and not heating up. After notifying the front desk we were given another room but in the afternoon. Breakfast left a lot to be desired, barely anything, pancake machine wouldn’t bake to temp, was putting out raw pancakes. Other items weren’t stocked at all times, one morning around 7:30am a lot of items were out.

If you needed help, it took FOREVER waiting at the front desk to get anyone. When i got into my room it looked like it was not vacuumed in awhile, the fridge stunk, the hotel looks like it was built in the 80’s, with NO improvements made.

The service was okay they were kind, but Nothing was available for use except the pool which was freezing, sauna was out of order, so was the gym, the continental breakfast was lacking no cream cheese for the bagels, basically just bread. On the ad it said room service (food service), but what it meant was cleaning service. There was a ton of ants in the room also. The first night there we had no TV/Internet. Hopefully it's just in a transition period or something. I wouldn't stay here again though.

It was pretty quiet, not to many people staying but that was fine. I didn’t visit the pool area so I can’t speak for it but it was open and looked ok. My only complaint is the breakfast. There weren’t that many options. Most things were carbs (bread/bagels/cereal/pancakes). Juice options were great. But no eggs or meat. The bed was comfortable and the tv and amenities in the room all worked. Over all 3-4 stars. There was only one person on staff that I saw my entire stay.

We had a great stay overall. The room was clean and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was your typical continental selection—nothing fancy, but perfectly fine.

I especially enjoyed having access to the pool. One thing to note is that the carpeted area around the pool tends to stay wet, which is understandable but something to be aware of. Unfortunately, the sauna was not working during our stay.

It snowed while we were there, and the parking lot was cleared quickly, which we appreciated. Considering it was mid vacation week for the kids, the price was very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. The location was also convenient and close to our favorite spots.

Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

The room was okay. The shower curtain smelt a bit of Body oder and the rub had a crack in it. The staff seemed courteous enough. However the gentleman claimed at first that I did not have a reservation. When I asked them if they had any first floor rooms they almost said no so I had to explain why. They gave us a room with a king bed. However the bed took up almost the whole space making it difficult for me to navigate.

We checked out the next afternoon. When the lady at the desk asked why I was checking out early I never got to answer. The gentleman shut the conversation down and told her to just check me out. This process was a bit uncomfortable and they did not even fully check me out until today. When I messaged them and asked why I was receiving a message to check out this morning before 11:00am

The property does not have an elevator making it difficult for older or handicapped people to get to the 2nd floor rooms. The stair carpet and hall carpets were filthy. But the real problem was bugs in our room. My husband killed 3 bugs the first night. We told the desk clerk the next morning, and nothing was done. The next night, he killed another one in our bed. This hotel is a lil old but still a good place to stay, reception employee is wonderful, he is helpful, kind and funny. My room was quite despite it was right next to the stairs, it was not super spacious but it was comfortable, everything was clean except for minor stains here and there.
Now things i did dislike are: 1- i found a dead bed bug on one of the wall. 2- their breakfast is not the best, it's something you can snack on not get nutrition from.
This hotel is smoke free, but some guests just enjoy breaking the rules and making others uncomfortable.
But overall for the price it was a good stay and i would be back here if i needed to in the future.

That said, there are areas that need improvement. The sauna wasn’t working during our stay, housekeeping could have been better, and the breakfast was very plain. The property itself could use some upkeep and a little more attention to detail.
All in all, it wasn’t a bad experience, but with some updates and better service it could be a much stronger option for future guests.

The property has no elevator. So, a family member who currently is on crutches had to traverse two flights of stairs. When we asked about a room on the first floor, the front desk informed us there was a suite available but it was \"much more expensive and it's bigger so (the family member) would have to walk farther in the room\" and, therefore, didn't offer it to us. A family member used the lobby restroom when we arrived only to find that it had flooded which got her clothes wet and was pretty treacherous for someone on crutches. No caution sign for the wet floor. Our bathroom wreaked of cigarette smoke. The room was tiny. We were supposed to stay for two more nights, but checked out after one for to the conditions and were charged a cancellation fee for the last two days due to booking through a third party. One of our worst experiences staying in a hotel.
