All of the staff was very personable and helpful. Room was very clean and very large. There were a few stairs to manage so if you have mobility issues note that when booking. Breakfast was amazing, it was a sit down meal and there were many options to choose.

Perhaps the name deceived me… This is not farm or farm to table at all… Maybe it’s not so much the motel but perhaps the clientele. I felt a little bit like I stepped back in time into the 80s or 90s
Patrons at the restaurant and in the hotel the main building itself were quite loud and rowdy..
Because it had just rained, we were not able to sit outside to dine
Our cocktails were mediocre and not sure if they even had alcohol
The room was relatively clean and quiet, but very dated. Thankfully, it was in a separate building away from the main building, which was very loud. Towels were small and cheap.
In general, the place is just older and the guests seemed more like the kind you would find at a campground than a resort hotel.
It’s location was just about five minutes from the heart of North Conway, but across the street from a dilapidated trailer park.

I mostly interacted with staff at the restaurant and they were OK… A couple of them did not speak English very well, but it’s a busy area and a busy season and probably hard to find staffing. I would not recommend nor return to this hotel, but it served this purpose for us to sleep one night.

This inn is a hidden gem! Our family of five enjoyed our stay very much! From the freshly made warm cookies at arrival, to the clean pool that our kiddos loved being in, this place exceeded our expectations! The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were super helpful and lovely. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The resort is quite expansive and the men at the front desk could have been more helpful with explaining where to find things, such as where our room was and how to get to the restaurant. A map of the property would have been extremely helpful.

Beautiful and clean place. The breakfast was delicious. You order what you want and it’s free. I got stuffed French bread. It was covered in blue berries and strawberries. Bed was comfortable. If you cannot do steps, let them know when you reserve.

This place was phenomenal all the way around inside and out. Nice sauna and hot tub. The pool was fantastic. Sitting down by the river and some lounge chairs was excellent. The breakfast was to die for. They cooked what you asked for off the menu. The staff was very friendly. Would highly recommend it.

The hotel was good. Room was good and clean, staff were friendly and helpful. But, whatever you do, dont eat there. We booked a table at 6. We were the second couple there. 45 minutes later the first couple go her hamburger - overcooked, and his steak, also overcooked. We got our fish before they got their food - about 40 minutes. We were the only tables full. The fish was rubbery, and the one piece was only an inch loneger than the french fries. The plate was hot so my coleslaw was warm. Breakfast was also a problem. They serve toast but no jam or jelly is available. The eggs tasted like fish. So, our stay at the hotel amd we would return - we just wouldnt eat there.

I booked this stay based on reviews I read. Our experience was different than all the positive reviews, so it was a little disappointing.

Pros: clean room/bathroom, check-in staff were friendly, nice dining area with fireplace, unique vintage property, great location

Cons:
Mattress was extremely firm and pillows were thin.
Not accessible, a lot of stairs.
Thin ceilings which amplified footsteps above non-stop throughout the late night.

Dining:
Once you get to the dining hall you wait at the host stand to be seated (per the big sign). You’re finally acknowledged, then told to select wherever you’d like to sit by the host/server, who is standing right by the menus, but makes you wait for them instead of giving them to you when you seat yourself. The process seems silly and service is a bit slow overall.
The menu appeared like it had delicious options. It is written like you’ll get a fresh farm to table experience. When you get your food, it’s basically a tv dinner. Not worth the money.
Although breakfast was “free” it felt the same way. Bait and switch.

Overall it was alright for one night. We most likely won’t stay there again.

Drink vending machine was completely out of product which took our money and did not refund. Morning staff at front desk was very rude and not friendly at all.

The toilets in the rooms and common areas are to small. They need to be raised another ft off the floor. This place is not for people who have to use devices for walking. No handicap ramps to speak of. Need more help in the dining room slow service and both our orders were wrong.Sorry to say I cannot recommend this place to others.

The staff was awesome. We could not do stairs so he did everything he could to move us downstairs. He helped bring our luggage to our room. The free breakfast was amazing. Not your usual buffet. Individually cooked for you.

Nice stay different than the typical motel.

Enjoyed our stay. The property could use a bit of attention but I would still recommend staying here. The restaurant on site was convenient after a long day of travel. The bar drinks and food were good but it took a long time to be served anything we ordered. A nice hot breakfast was offered as part of the stay which included numerous choices. The location on the river was peaceful and it was close to town.

We have large lovely room!. It was clean and comfortable.my only real complaints are that the refrigerator is very very small with no freezer, and we love ice cream! And also there was no cold water to speak of at all on either side of the sink and the tub both ran hot! Somebody might want to think about fixing that. Otherwise a great place

We stayed in the family loft in The Barn it was nice, beds were very comfortable and clean. A bit outdated bathrooms but still working well and clean. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful! The breakfast is an actual sit down cook to order. Andrew was amazing always smiling and great service. Lost power early am one day due to a storm. The staff were amazing checking to make sure everyone was taken care of. Definitely will return!

We should have stayed two nights but only booked one.
We had 6 of us, 3 adults and 3 children and our room was more than enough room for all of us. 4 queen beds and 2 bathrooms on two floors! It was quite a surprise. It is in a great location too. The pool is nice. Some of the property is a bit old but it is very well maintained. The breakfast was included and was really great with a wide variety on the menu and that really made it worth the overall nightly price. We will definitely go back and hopefully get one of the cabins next time and spend more time with some of the other amenities like the firepits and river access.

We loved the property being on the saco river. There could be some improvements with the access to River though. The area there needs safer railings and descent steps into the river. Motorcycles welcome

We needed 2 rooms on our motorcycle trip and found this unexpected gem the day of our stay. Rooms were basic but clean and comfortable. Property had restaurant and bar. Staff was super nice and helpful. Would stay here again !

Perfect for us and our dogs! Staff is helpful, friendly and accommodating. Love bringing our pups for the weekend swimming and staying right at the river. Not to mention our favorite eggs Benny :) We are huge fans of the cabins.

The inn was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I enjoyed the rustic feel to the rooms. I felt like I was in a cabin tucked away in the woods. There is a river access and it's great for a walk.

The rooms were clean and adequate, however, there are no coffee makers. And the air conditioning unit in the window sounded like a jet plane it was soooo loud, and cycled on and off all night!! Awful. The worst part was the breakfast food. How do you make horrible tasteless blueberry pancakes in Maine?! Nothing had any seasonings…
