This property was excellent in every way. Close to shopping and dining, easily walkable. The rooms were vey clean and well appointed. Plenty of off street parking and a nice Victorian wraparound porch with rocking chairs to people watch.
Lynn
Walkable to town, about 100 feet to the main st.

Kearsarge Inn was Fantastic! What a great value for such a nice property. The rooms were very well appointed and CLEAN. The location is very convenient for walking around North Conway and close to many restaurants. Plenty of on site parking. The staff is super friendly.
I would recommend this property to anyone !

Angelina
Very convenient location and pleasant check-in! Room was smaller than anticipated and one tiny bar of soap for two days and two people needs to be rethought. However, overall it was a pleasant stay and I’m sure they would have rectified any issues as the lady at the desk was wonderful. I didn’t speak up. The bed was super comfortable but the ac was way too noisy, I couldn’t keep it on at night. Thankfully it was cool out.
Johanne
Michael
Great location in the center of North Conway with everything in walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful. The main building is a well kept house from the nineteenth century. Our room was decorated with real Babe Ruth memorabilia. No housekeeping services. Room was spacious and quiet but poorly lit.
Samara
Nice big room, great location, easy off street parking
Guadalupe
Pretty well kept grounds. So close to all.
Glenn
Wonderful stay as always

I stayed at Kearsarge Inn based on its location and a recommendation, booking more than two months in advance. Since this was my first trip to New Hampshire and North Conway, I was looking forward to the experience.
My first impression was that the inn was cute and charming. Check-in took place in a small office where a friendly staff member greeted me and handed me my room key in an envelope. For some reason, it reminded me of being called into the principal's office and receiving a blue slip—an odd but amusing first thought.
The room itself was cozy and inviting. I loved the cabin-style décor, especially the oars on the wall, quilted bedspread, and abundance of windows. Parking was convenient, and the room had everything I needed: coffee, TV, towels, and toiletries.
One unexpected greeter awaited me in the stairwell—a small cockroach. Thankfully, it wasn't in my room. It actually reminded me of the friendly roach from Wall-E, so I let it continue its day while I continued mine.
The biggest issue was sleeping. The air conditioner worked well but was extremely loud. When I turned it off, the room became too warm, even with the windows open. The sounds of frogs and crickets outside were pleasant, but I still only managed about five hours of sleep. I also noticed a slight odor from the sheets that made me wonder if they had been freshly washed.
The inn doesn't serve breakfast, though several restaurants and cafés are nearby. Overall, Kearsarge Inn offers charm, convenience

Perfect charm without frills. Beautifully appointed without frills. Each room has a tasteful theme relating to New England and local history and culture.

Enjoyed my stay at this property. It is a cluster of buildings in the heart of town. Very convenient. It was like staying at a large home rather than a hotel. Spacious rooms with plenty of furniture. Very nice.
William G
This Inn is one of the best in N. Conway. Beautiful place.
Paula
The room was very comfortable with sofa and fireplace. The sheets were poor quality.
Cynthia
We have stayed here many times. It is close to many restaurants and sights
Craig
The inn is old but very well maintained. The staff was perfect, very helpful. The inn was quiet even though it is 2 minutes from downtown North Conway. This is the second time we stayed there and will definitely stay there again.
Andre
Spacious room with a fireplace for heat and a very comfortable bed. Walking distance to restaurants and shops.
Joseph
This is a beautiful inn with spacious and well appointed rooms. Very comfy bed and big cozy arm chairs. New England charm at its finest!
Chenyu
Staff very friendly and helpful
Gary
Plenty of parking. Area was safe. The room was large with antiques and well decorated. The quilt on the bed was beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable and had several pillows. The bathroom was long with two sinks and shower and whirlpool bath. The water pressure was excellent. Keurig coffee maker. No ice machine.
Miles
Easy Parking, great location, quiet, quaint...no elevator! 19th Century building...no microwave in room but one downstairs. Porch with rocking chairs. Plenty of good hot water. Bed a little soft for my taste but I am used to backpacking sleeping on hard ground.
Gretchen
This is a very quaint old hotel. We really liked everything about its look and cleanliness. The bathroom was nice a spacious. The room door handle was loose and made opening it a challenge. The bed was a bit hard for me, which I understand is subjective. Also, the room couldn’t get fully dark at night. Not a big deal, but I like a very dark room at night.
Over all, it was a nice stay and we would do it again.

A very cozy, clean, uniquely decorated room (one of the Standard rooms) with gas stove for heat during my winter stay. Nice shower/tub. Easy check-in/check-out. Very short walk to all kinds of shops and restaurants.

I surprise my girlfriend with a weekend stay here over this last week. To say five stars still undersells how absolutely incredible this trip was; the room conditions were top-notch and cozy, the rooms were well taken care of, and housekeeping was friendly and convenient as well! Without a doubt will consider another stay, and urge anybody looking for a peaceful home feelings stay to check this place out
Erin

Most comfortable bed I've ever slept on, if you're looking for a glamorous 5 star hotel experience this isn't the spot for you but if you're looking for the most charming, comfortable, possibly THE most convenient spot to stay in North Conway I urge you to get a room here!
Staff was helpful and kind. Truly felt like you're walking back into your own home after a day or two :)

Steve
Didn't see the staff however everything was handled without seeing them.
Jacqueline
Quaint inn, definitely dated but comfy
Rick
The room was relatively clean but, the floor carpet made it look dirty, Also, there was no window in the room.
And the upper part of the door was made of glass. Which made it inconvenient to use a curtain for privacy.

Very Short walk to downtown and 2 nice restaurants next door. make a reservation, even for 2. It was the start of off season, And if you didn’t make a reservation then it was at least 8:30 till you could be seated and they close at 9 or 10pm but the smaller places such was pubs are no wait. This was a fabulous location, quiet and safe. Their restaurant was closed du to it being the off season
Susan
Close to the center of N. Conway
Maria
We really enjoyed our stay !
Nicole
Exactly what we needed for one night. Super cozy and walkable to the Main Street and super easy to park. Room was clean and even had its own fireplace!
Patrick

The manager of the Inn, was good resource for things to do in town. I would absolutely stay again.
Mark
Huge room with more than enough space for us. Very nicely decorated with period pieces. Host was very helpful and nice to converse with.
Rebecca
Great stay
William
Stairs up to unit needed vacuuming
Judith
We always like returning to the Kearsarge Inn. The location is excellent, right in the heart of North Conway. The rooms are lovely, roomy and very clean. We did have a little issue with the heat/ac this time, but nothing major. We will return again.
Vanessa
Quiet stay just off the main strip of businesses
Steve
Great stay at Kearsarge Inn - excellent location with shops and restaurants right on the doorstep.
VELMA
Very lovely facilities. And the staff was wonderful.
william c
Very cute place to stay! We absolutely loved our cottage room we stayed! Everything was so neat and clean and decorated beautifully!
David
The two deluxe rooms were definitely priced as 'deluxe' for our stay in peak \"Fall\" season. But, the rooms were dark and old fashioned in decor and furnishing. They were fine, but over-priced for their relative quality.
The location in North Conway was good for dining choices.

This inn was very well set up and immaculate. We had one of the separate cottages and it was fantastic! Very private and comfortable. The location was perfect for the Conway Railroad, only a 5 minute walk. Definitely will stay again when in the area!
Sherri
Perfect
It’s a beautiful property. Cute room details. Clean and comfortable. Close to village shops.

Room 15: Good walkable location, spacious and decor had charm & character. Had a good dinner next door. Suggestion for improvement: replace wornout carpet, and put in hard flooring and rugs. Would stay again.
Jessica
Thank you. I loved the tea options and being able to sit on the front porch. The room was spacious and clean.
Elisia
Nice private little inn close to amenities and the mountains.
David
Convenient close to all the events in town
Mark
Stayed in the luxury room that has a balcony. Huge room and the balcony was the perfect spot for post-hike beers. And while they don’t serve breakfast, it’s just a short walk through the next block to Priscilla’s, a friendly, classic breakfast spot.
David
Fabulous location with clean comfortable rooms beautifully decorated and a great front porch for sitting on at night. Walkable to all the shops and restaurants in the heart of North Conway village.
Linda
A+ stay!
Wow!! This place was so cute and super convenient. It was really clean and has everything we needed.
Bruno
Great place to stay.
Well located. Very nice and clean rooms. Rooms have two chairs and two luggage racks. Walking distance to Zeb's General Store, 5 and 10cent Store, local restaurants, recommend visiting the outlets and White Mountain Forest.
BRIAN
Nice accommodations. Nearby eateries were convenient & delicious. Room was spacious. Air conditioning ran loud, turning on/off constantly. Shower dial turns 360 degrees ~ needs to be tightened or replaced.
Paul
It was a beautiful area to stay.
yasmin
Perfectly located to main town a few minutes walk. Hotel had a car park and the room was pleasant. However had no curtains except a pull down blind which didnt go to the bottom of the window due to aircon being in the window. So had to hang a duvet cover up at the window to make the room darker. Aircon was very loud so couldnt have this on overnight. And the pilot light was kept on the fire in the room making the room unbearably hot. There was a ceiling fan which didnt provide much cooling. Bathroom large but needed updating.
Amelia
I had a lovely room. Shopping was in walking distance, too.
Alan
Unique older rooms, but roomy bathroom. No elavator. Nice restaurant next door, and only a block from town.
bette
Nice room clean very walkable
Glenn
Wonderful stay
David
A not-so-hidden gem. I said it was convenient to 'downtown' North Conway, reasonably priced, and very comfortable. My wife said charming. Both are good descriptions. The best I can say is that I'll definitely stay there again.
cynthia
Step back in time - sweet inn very close to town
Sweet, well-cared for inn with additional buildings too. Staff was kind and welcoming. Front reception area stocked with extra amenities. It’s very close in walking distance to restaurants and coffee and train station. Room has fridge and keurig. It was quite clean other than some stray hairs on the bedspread and bath floor. One chair was comfy for sitting to read, the other was a Victorian settee that was too hard for any length of time sitting. Satellite TV available over the fireplace. Walls are thin so you will hear other guests. All in all it was a sweet place to stay with beautiful antiques and a very comfortable bed. .
Christine
Quaint, comfortable and impeccably clean. Friendly staff.
