The location was great. Everything was clean and staff were helpful with recommendations.
Kenneth
Breakfast was supposed to be included and wasn’t and front desk staff was rude
Stephen
My room was very clean as was the rest of the hotel and well maintained property
Jim
Very nice hotel, staff, and area in town.
Debby
We stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only drawbacks were that there was no complimentary breakfast, and the pool was a bit cooler than we would have preferred. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning.
John
Clean, well managed hotel with friendly, helpful staff.
Marina
Check in was a breeze. Common area was kept very clean, pool is heated. Hotel rooms was very clean and comfortable.
Louis
Great rooms, good amenities, could have used a few waters without a $3 upcharge but overall a good stay.

Chris
Lisa and Luna made our staff perfection! From check in to check out, we wanted for nothing! They handled everything! Great rooms, comfy bed, amazing staff!
Joshua
It was ok i was expecting a bigger pool and their was no hot tub for thr cost per night i would of expected more. Also no alarm clock was in the room and i found that odd!!
Brian
Check in was easy and seamless. The room was clean and the hotel location is great. Our issue is with the staff- check out was posted as 11AM. At 9:00am we were woken up but repeated loud knocks on our door. When I went to the door there was a random guy (not housekeeping) with a clipboard asking what time we were checking out... I've never seen that in my life but we told them 11AM. Not even one hour later we have more loud knocks on our door that woke us up again, this time from housekeeping wanting to come in. What was the point of the first guy knocking to see what time we were checking out if they were going to send housekeeping anyway? Very intrusive and this woke us up twice after we had a late night out and a long drive home later that day. Wildly inappropriate and we likely won't be staying here in the future due to their clear obsessiveness with getting people OUT as early as possible. Stop disrupting people's sleep.
Alexandra

Joshua
Honestly worst experience. I booked two rooms. One was available at the 3pm checkin the other was not available until 5pm. They couldn’t explain why this was the case. When they finally had a room available it was someone else’s room and they couldn’t even confirm if that person had checked out. It was dirty and we were asked to wait in the room until another was made available. Took 20 more minutes to get a room. They gave a free breakfast voucher that was assigned to a different room and name. Just all around terrible experience. Will cancel plans to stay here in March with family for a week. That’s 4 rooms for a week this hotel lost worth of business for march 2026.

Wonderful staff, comfortable bed, nice room. I loved having a pool and a small gym onsite. I got lucky arriving when everyone left so I basically had the place to myself which was lovely. Thank you!
Christopher
Room was very clean and well kept. Staff very nice. Room was a bit chilly. Breakfast good. Nice products in bathroom.
Jeanne
We asked for Mountain View so it would be quieter and were told we were all set. When we arrived we were told we had street view and listened to cars all night.

I stayed at this property over the Black Friday shopping weekend and, unfortunately, encountered several notable issues. Upon check-in, I was assigned a room that was already occupied — an error that should never occur. The same mistake happened to my parents, who had arrived just one hour earlier. Having two guests assigned to occupied rooms within such a short timeframe raises concerns about the hotel’s front desk procedures and overall management.
Additionally, breakfast is only complimentary for Hilton Honors members and was fairly standard in quality. Housekeeping is provided only every other day, requiring guests to request fresh towels and trash removal as needed.
Given that this is a relatively new hotel, we expected a smoother, more refined experience. Unfortunately, the stay did not meet those expectations.

Everything at the hotel was great! But, I booked a one bedroom suite with a pull out couch on Expedia and the hotel did not have any available. We were really disappointed.
Mary
Clean, convenient, pleasant staff, fast check in and out.
Cynthia
Excellent place and pet friendly!
Karen
Room was full of ants - took a video down stairs to front desk - wanted to just spray pesticides in the room - I said no I have allergies - they finally changed our room. Poor service, folks not very attentive
WALESKA
Very clean
Michelle
The woman who checked us in was so accommodating!
Piera L
Our room was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast area in the morning which was warm and cheery. Anna was very friendly and a pleasure to chat with. Overall a great stay and convenient location to all the shops.
Bobbie
Clean - all staff were lovely
Donna
Our stay was very good- the room was very spacious and clean- the staff was very helpful, friendly, and willing to go above and beyond- the breakfast in the morning was excellent- we had planned to go out for breakfast on our second day but enjoyed ourselves at the hotel so much we went back- 5 stars for the breakfast and the staff and chef who was actually just filling in!!
Wendy
Hotel was bright and roomy, staff was friendly, breakfast was great. We enjoyed our stay and will be back
Iryna
On check in found bed was made not properly like if there was someone sleeping before, but staff didnt change anything. Also noticed that they only clean room every other day, which is fine, but they still made bed the same way which made me wonder if they change linnen at all in between customers. Breakfast is 10$ even you are Hilton member, and changer on property is convinient but super expensive.
Kristin

Clean room. Staff friendly. Parking good. We only ate breakfast there on Friday morning. The eggs were sitting in some kind of liquid. The potatoes were not crisp. Not impressed.
Marilyn
Staff was feiendly,
Todd
We did not get breakfast but the parking was nice and close and seemed safe!
Maricel
Excellent!
Phillip
Breakfast was good except the egg substitute 'omlets'.
check in was 1 hour late
no WIFII since HH account was not linked to Expedia reservation. I went to the front desk and had it added, still no wifii. has to get a special code.

Very clean and close to everything. Would stay again!

Everything was ok except I asked in am for clean towels and no one had brought any up or taken the dirty ones. The 2nd night I had to go down and get towels. Usually a hotel will do that for you but they told me they dont
Brian
We had to ask the front desk for items ie towels, toliet paper etc. We could not believe that we needed to pay for breakfast...Really , for the price we paid for the hotel Hilton could throw in a breakfast...
C.jeffery
Staff is very courteous
Dale
There is so much to like about this hotel that you might wonder why it gets an average rating? Sound proofing, or a general lack thereof... This place is too new and carries the Hilton name which I expect to convey a quiet that this hotel simply doesn't have. It is really too bad because the design is very nice in most every way. The noise from both adjoining rooms and the hallway was just too much. Otherwise, a great concept.
Andrew
It was absolutely horrendous experience used to be fantastic now it looks like garbage
Jack
Great clean new hotel.
Only complaint is the laundry, the prices arent listed and I spent a small fortune doing laundry during a camping trip, should've just gone to a laundromat.

Property is extremely clean and well maintained. There are food options right on site and tons of shopping and restaurants within earshot.
The room is spotless and even had extra towels waiting for us…..something rare nowadays.
