Michael
Clean all around. Staff was great and helped us into a first floor room as I had hurt my foot. Pool was available. Disappointing there was no Hot Tub, as advertised on the sign out on the road. Standard breakfast was great and on time. Was nice for a 1 night stay and would stay here again.
Mary
Staff were very gracious. Hotel is located close to settler's green
Deanna
Staff very nice. The hotel is very old and has a smell. Rms very small. The breakfast was just ok. Food not much to chose from. The front desk had to also do food so not very convenient. No peanut butter no flavoring for coffee. Hot water not hot. No staff on at nt. Not really worth the price. Beds were comfortable. Seems like very little staff working.

The bikers all parked their pretty bikes beneath the awning.. this is against fire code. Even if it rains, they can not clog up an entry way. The staff was super nice. I liked the stay. I do think they need to charge less for the quality of the rooms, amenities (breakfast was okay), and overall condition.
Jacob
The outside downstairs door to the section of the hotel I stayed in did not lock. Breakfast isn't until 7, and then it comes out piecemeal, it's not READY at 7 am, which is a poor choice for a hotel that seems to want to cater to workmen. At 4 pm there are bags of laundry and trash in the hallways and outside the main entrances. The hallways smell funny.
The room was nice.

The Quality Inn in North Conway is a wonderful place to stay. The staff is very welcoming and Tristin goes above and beyond. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The location is near alot of attractions and plenty of shopping especially with the outlets in walking distance.
I love the heated pool and the staff here are very helpful. We plan on returning in a few months. I will give 5 Stars and Highly Recommend !

Breakfast was good and hot. Location was perfect for shopping and quick lunch/dinner. Front desk staff was helpful. My daughter loved the pool and as long mas you plan it correctly, it was not over crowded at all. Everyone was super friendly
Marshall
It was okay, the room smelt bad which made it seem dirty.
Amanda
Not sure it was worth the money we paid for it. While we were just there for a night, it's a budget friendly hotel. Unfortunately we walked in and the entire hallway smelled like Pot. Thankfully this didn't make it into our room. The room was small, but nice and the bathroom was nicely updated. The price is a little high for the quality of the hotel, but if you need a place to rest your head for a few hours and don't mind the smell, then I would book here.
Peter
breakfast could have been better . eggs didn't taste real .staff was very helpful . Saha at the front desk was very helpful.
Mack
Price was good

Voyage de moto propre mais besoin d’un peux d'amour changer les tapis pour du flottant 😉
Erik
The guy @ the front desk was great…
Havilah
The property was ok but the service was horrible they didnt have anyone at the desk. You couldnt get into lobby. It was like trying to book a stay at a prison. This is an expensive area with skying and shopping. Hardly any crime in the middle of the mountains. It was pouring down rain. I was very disappointed. The room looked updated but poorly.
Mark
Staff was great room was great! Clean and breakfast was great! Lots of choices! Rooms were spacious.
Kevin
The staff was nice and friendly. The thing I did not like was the kid running up and down the hallway and no one did anything. It was after 10 pm and it was driving us nuts. Also we requested another set of towels and while drying off they where do ripe they were ripping.
Raymond
Outdated hotel. Smelly hallway, you can hear people's walking on top of your room(1st floor) and running the stair noise. Toilet was not function, flushing issue. Buffet breakfast is the only plus.
Christine
Tristan was super helpful and supportive. The location is perfect for exploring North Conway.
Kacie
This place is the absolute WORST and GROSSEST hotel, after the receptionist had a hard time checking me in, he checked us into a disgusting uncleaned room, with the door wide open. Beds were unmade, floor was not vacuumed, beer cans in the garage, and pee still in an unflushed toilet. We went back to tell them to refund us and we were leaving. They said after we called Expedia and let them know cause it was a third party they would approve the refund but refused to answer them. I called the hotel personally and they told me they would approve the refund if Expedia called them back so I informed them of that. I got another email from Expedia saying after they contacted the hotel, they still refused to refund me after I called them and they said they would.
These people don’t know how to run a hotel or satisfy any customers they had, other guest were complaining about their rooms as well.
These people are DISGUSTING LAIRS.
They will steal your money and give you an unsanitary room. Only God knows what else is wrong with this hotel.

ira
The place is rusty, room smells ciragette but for the price could not expect more as breakfast was served
Dennis
Waited 20 minutes at the check in desk for service. Called the attendant and rang the bell. Others were waiting also as it was just past the 3 pm check in time. I don't believe any patrons in line were impressed!
Prabhjot Kaur
Room was ok.
Caroline
Such amazing staff! They were very helpful whenever we needed something, pool was super clean and comfortable, room was cleaned beautifully, and breakfast was amazing. Will definitely be going back!
linda
Nice place, clean and confortable.
Sara
Breakfast area was tidy and plentiful with eggs, sausage, a station for making waffles, juice, yogurt, toast and fruit. The pool was heated and clean. Our room was also clean and was equipped with a microwave and fridge. The bathroom was beautiful, good water pressure and a large well lit mirror.
Crystal
Room was clean and spacious. Pool was warm and clean. Breakfast was good with eggs and a meat option as well as waffles and cereal. Tristan at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Will stay again
DEBORAH

Amanda
the hotel staff were amazing, the pool is beautiful, ice machine and laundry were in the same spot which was awesome the only thing is the lobby closed at 11 which was weird ive never seen that so no access to the machine with water or silverware or napkins from 11pm-6am
Sarah
Had to call for the eont desk person when checking in and checking out. When first entering building, it smells old. Nice room!
Holly
The staff was very kind and friendly. It was clean. A little outdated but you can tell they are trying their best to make upgrades! Pool was nice, the continental breakfast was good for what was offered! Would stay again, worth the money!
Michael
Great option for skiing. They had a great pool that was heated. It was good for unwinding after the end of the day.
Ron
Dude told me the pool closes at 8 for it to not even be open the whole trip.
Kristen
The room was clean and staff were helpful. Just didn't enjoy being right next to laundry room as someone slammed dryer doors really loud when i was trying to sleep and someone smoked a cigarette outside my window, room 110, around midnight and it smelled disgusting!!
Joanne
Did not use
Chelsea
Our floor in our room was not clean, which was concerning, there was black mold on the wall and ceiling in the bathroom. There was not enough lighting in our room at all, just one small light. Overall not the best impression.
David
Very good
No complaints

Very dated. Cold room and no way to adjust heat .
Rachel
Staff was quite friendly however the hotel itself is outdated. We did have a newer room but the hotel is easily accessible to anyone as you do not need a key card to enter so this raised safety concerns for our stay. Breakfast was alright if your in a bind otherwise I’d purchase elsewhere. Our highlight was how warm the pool was! Toasty swimming easy to walk into and swim.
Michelle
The front desk attendant who I also believe is the manager was courteous upon checking in. I did have an hard time understanding him due to his broken English. I had only one interaction with another staff member who spoke no English.
Upon entering the hotel I noticed it was dirty, the walls, floors and carpets needed a good cleaning. My room was the same. I had to have housekeeping come and change my bed cover because the one on the bed had boogers on it. Both mornings we had breakfast at 8 am, both morning the eggs and sausage were cold. The counters and tables were dirty. When I went into the refrigerator to get a yogurt I noticed there were ice packs taped to the back of it, that changed my mind quickly for having anything from there.

I wanted to give a better rating because the staff was so nice, but the facilities were so run down and dirty. I will say its one of the better budget hotels. They have a decent pool, and the free breakfast, plus multiple vending machines, and its in the heart of settlers green. You can tell they had been recently renovated, beds seem new and comfortable and bathrooms have all been redone. However the cleanliness of the rooms is something they need to focus on. Not sure the bed spreads have been laundered before us, and the walls, floors and ceiling need a really good scrub. Even the shower loooked like it was not cleaned before we checked in. Overall for the price it was ok, probably should be less expensive considering the upkeep.
Bhavesh
Tristin was helpful
Erin
The overall place needs updating and reparis.
Alberto
Service was friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic but fit our needs. The pool was great as was the location.
EMily
More towels in room, 4 for a family if 4 are staying in the room not just 2. Extra hand and body soap and fully filled shampoo.
rajesh
even though property is not a new facility, it is well maintained and staff is professional, helpful and responsive. We enjoyed staying here for two days - weekend of president's day.
nina

The hotel and my room looked dirty. I had to clean up stains on the counter of the sink in my room. My room also smelled bad. I’m not coming back.
William
Overall one the best value priced hotels we’ve stayed at . Room and bath were updated and the staff great
Kaley
Staff was kind. Hotel it self was a little run down and outdated.
Paul
The manager was extremely nice
Great service clean great location and value
Great service clean great location and value

They didn't have bath tubs. They upgraded our room to a jacuzzi room. The jacuzzi didn't work room and we found dirty ild clothes from the last person in a drawer. The breakfast wasn't great. The coffee was old coffee that they burnt and the food was stale and gross. I will not stay there again. The hitel folks are lazy and want you to put a five star review with their names. They don't deserve it.
Marc
Clean rooms, friendly staff. Would recommend.
Mark
I didn’t stay here - they took my entire pre paid fee and didn’t refund anything when i had to cancel because of weather
Chris
Heated pool was great for relaxing swim after a day on the slopes. Breakfast was limited but delicious eggs and sausage! Staff was very friendly and responsive. Would stay again for the price!

The room temp was perfect. Nice and clean room.
Christopher
The smell as soon as you walked in was moldy and old smelling. The room was tiny and not as advertised. It was supposed to have a jetted tub in room and dint even have a tub at all! Doesn’t matter though because the bathroom was so outdated and had plumbing issues. Anyone in the building used the water and you could hear the tub, sink, and toilet gurgle! Also there were those flying beatles everywhere in the bathroom. I would not recommend this place to anyone!
Jalen
Room was very clean, staff was friendly and accommodating.
Nichole
The drain in the shower didn’t drain well, so had to take a quick one so it wouldn’t spill over the side. The room had a weird Oder to it. The breakfast buffet was also almost gone and they said they went to get items to replenish but never returned. Our neighbors were extremely loud late into the evening, 11-11:30 pm and the staff never said anything to them.
Dennis
Breakfast no good
Jacqueline
Great location. Friendly staff. Could hear people walking around in room above ours
sherry
The bathroom was not very clean. Fingerprints on the shower doors and hair in the shower. Shower walls had spots as well.
Bedroom was clean but bed was hard. Kids running in the hallways and doors slamming were easily heard in the room.

No bath towels in room. Blood on hand towel. Cold room. Unfriendly staff. Halls and carpets are all rough around the edges. Property needs attention and new management.
Dennis
we had to leave earlier then planned and we were not refunded any money for that
Mary
Smoke detectors covered with tape. Construction was going on lots of banging
taryn
Room very clean. Tristin at front desk very pleasant and helpful
Patricia
Helpful staff, clean room, renovated room and bath
Lynn
Hotel is on the older side. Looks like it needs some updates and cleaning, painting, and carpet updates. Carpet instair wells quite dirty and torn up. Appeared that the hotel was starting some of that with construction material in the parking lot. Whole first floor smelled of weed. Rooms were clean but just need a freshing up.
Ed
Employees are very friendly and helpful. Undergoing a renovation so will be even better than when I stayed there. Would definitely stay there again. Very conveniently located. I didn’t eat their breakfast so I can’t rate it.
Tina
the hotel was in need of renovations. It is old however it was clean. the staff was courtous. I would stay again as the price was very reasonable and it was clean. Just needs to be updated,
Roger
Massive construction going on right next to the room. Very loud. They should have let me know. I would have never stayed
Warren
The room was very clean but dated. They were doing construction so things were a little messy but hopefully that is a temporary thing. The staff was very friendly and accommodating
Linda
This was NOT a Quality Inn. It was privately owned. The room was dirty. There was no heat and we were there when the temperature went to 35 at night. The bsck building where our room was had no locks in rhe entry door. Anyone could go in and out. The carpet in our room was torn and worn. Tiles in rhe bathroom were broken and dirty. This was the worst place ever. Do NOT stay here
Terry
great room, only issue was the heater was so loud, and it would go off and on all night long.
Anne
Receptionist was extremely helpful and very accommodating. Unfortunately construction was going on right next to our room. Good breakfast.
truyen
Room is clean .breakfast is good . Good value.
