We visit a few different locations every summer when we visit Storyland. This is one of our favorites. There is a huge yard for the kids to run around in, a large hill to roll down play ground area and a brook to wade and search for rocks in. Breakfast is lovely, the pool is clean, and the staff is extremely friendly to families.

The accommodation was fine but everything in the room was old and worn out. By most inn standards the breakfast was sad. the grounds require mowing, trimming and even have water in the front fountain....the home needs some TLC. The breakfast area was approximately 80 degrees and when I ask for extra air....he looked at me like why would you want it cooler. We are in his home nation and most people don't want to sit down and eat as they sweat first thing in the morning.

Locating the hotel was simple. Parking was more than adequate. Check in was super easy and quick, and the staff was so nice!!! We rented the king room with in-room jetted tub, and it was perfect! Room was clean, hotel was clean, grounds were beautiful---but the pool was the best!! Not crowded, and so clean and refreshing!!! Breakfast was continental, included eggs, sausages, hash browns, waffles, cereals, yogurt, fruit.... plenty of choices to pick from. We will absolutely come back here again!!! Would give 10 stars if I could!! Thank you for a fantastic weekend!!!

Room was poorly cleaned prior to arrival (left over hair in shower, ?dirt stains on comforter). Hot water heater is set very high, be careful, especially with children, it could easily burn you.

I stayed at The Lodge at Jackson Village and would describe the experience as average overall. The location is convenient and close to attractions in Jackson and North Conway, making it a practical base for outdoor activities.

The room was clean but clearly dated. The furniture shows its age, although everything was functional. The bed was reasonably comfortable, and the property itself was quiet with convenient parking.

Service was disappointing. During check-in, the staff member appeared unwelcoming and behaved unprofessionally — at one point tossing the room key across the counter instead of handing it over. It created the impression of a lack of care and basic courtesy.

Breakfast was also underwhelming. The selection was very limited and did not appear fresh, to the point that I did not feel comfortable eating it.

This property may suit travelers looking for a budget-friendly place to sleep while spending most of their time outside, but those expecting attentive service and a decent breakfast may be disappointed.

This place is so simple in its charm. The owner is always cheerfully, helpful, and the rooms are spotless. The location is fantastic – great for cross country skiing, but also a good midpoint for several downhill options. The owner was happy to turn on the fire in the breakfast nook in the evenings so my family could play games. Perfect!

Do to an unforeseen sickness, I tried calling the hotel and see if I could change my reservation to another day as we were not going to be able to make it. Speaking to the man at the hotel i told him that we were not going to make it. I told him i understood that I could not be refunded for the two rooms, but would it be possible to put that money towards another night instead? I was under the assumption that it would be handled in that way. There must have been some sort of communication problem between us as i received a text and a phone call wondering when we be checking in. He also said that because I booked with Expedia, it was basically out of his hands. So I will end up paying for accommodations I never used.

We stayed in room 15 and the bed was awful, should have been changed 5 years ago. Had to sleep at an angle not to roll out. Due to this, it is impossible to rate the hotel any higher.

When we checked out, we told the receptionist that the mattress needed to be changed.

This was one if the cheaper places I found to stay in the North Conway/White Mountain area. As such my expectations were not very high. I'm going to lay out the good and the bad.

This is a nice spot about 5 minutes north of the Glen, NH intersection. (I was disappointed that the Glen Junction restaurant had been replaced with a Mexican food place as I had been going there for 20+ years.) The Lodge at Jackson village is right near the Jackson covered bridge. There are about 14 rooms on each floor to my estimation.

The walls/floors are thin. You can hear quite a bit, including when the folks above you get into and out of bed. Rt. 16 is right outside as well so you can hear the occasional big rig or loud muffled car go by. Thats all of the bad, and the noise never woke me up or kept me awake.

The hotel staff is friendly and stays out of your space. The rooms were clean. They weren't new by any means, but they were updated enough that they didn't seem old. The beds arent memory foam or anything, but I slept like a rock my whole stay. The rooms.have a mini fridge/vanity area, and an inner bathroom area with a tub/shower and sink/vanity. Both areas were tiled. Water was hot and clean. All rooms seem to.have a patio or balcony with a couple chairs. Nothing about the room or hotel was dirty in appearance or otherwise. In fact there was often nice fragrances in the hallways which is something I haven't noticed even at fancy places. It was a nice though.
