Beautiful view! AC going on and off was annoying, so make sure to set it on constant fan or off.
Karla
Fair price. Excellent view from rear balcony. VERY quiet. The room we rented did NOT have a microwave. Still we enjoyed our stay.
Elizabeth
The balcony was absolutely beautiful!! And the lady at the front desk was a sweetheart!! I was a little sad that we didn’t have a microwave though haha!
Brandon
Room was outdated although very clean

Easy parking and room access. Good central location to everything in N.Conway.
Michelle
Nice clean hotel. Needs some updates. Centrally located very conveniently located.
Alyssa
The balcony is great for watching the 4th of July and New Years fireworks.
maureen
Good stop for a quick overnight. Clean and comfortable beds
Aaron
This was an excellent place to stay for the 4th of July. It was a clean room with a great outdoor balcony, with a beautiful Mountain View. Excellent, nice staff at a great place. I will definitely stay at again the next time I am in the area. A++
STEVEN
Room was clean but could use an update. Staff was cordial and helpful with local attractions and restaurants. The check-in lobby had no rest room for guests to use who arrive early and are not able to check in immediately. Suggested to use bathroom at hotel next door or Dunkins’ down the street.
Parth
Few Minutes away from shopping hub and very near to Conway town. Amenities were decent and its better to book 3weeks in advance for Better pricing.
oren
Grate view, very peaceful
Carol
Our room was comfortable and the view was amazing.
Patricia
Was a short stay.
Jennifer
Just ok
Sean
Overall, the hotel was very nice and reasonably priced for the area. The front staff was exceptionally polite and helpful. We also enjoyed sitting on the small back patio to enjoy the view/sunset. My only suggestion is that the mattresses could have been better (they were not very supportive).
Jason
Friendly staff. Clean room. AC. Great view and got some great moonset pictures
Ivory
Friendly staff didn’t catch her name but, she suggested good places to eat and Diana’s Bath as a place for light hiking. Parking was plentiful and the room was clean. I would come back.
Kathryn
This is a VERY clean property... but it is also a \"no frills\" property... No breakfast and the paper is peeling in places on the walls. The beds are not the greatest, and it may be a bit dated... HOWEVER!!!
The location is great, the price is fantastic, the staff is awesome and the view off the backside? It's SO beautiful! The sun sets over the mountains behind the motel and it's wonderful to sit on your balcony (which is pretty private) and just soak it in.
Everything works... Air conditioning, hot water... and the water drains (nothing I hate more than hair clogged drains!)...
We stayed two nights. They were quiet, peaceful.

The people where great
Sue
Very clean and quiet property. \"No frills\"-no pool etc but a great place to stay if you don't need that and want to save a considerable amount of money! Rates were half of places nearby. We had a very pleasant, comfortable stay.
Heather
Nice clean room beautiful view
Bruce
Allan and front desk staff were very friendly and helpful
John
Just another room on the white mountain highway. Not much property to enjoy, the balcony out back could use a touch more privacy. Parking during busy weeks may be tight.
Frances
Wonderfully quaint hotel with amazing staff. Air conditioning was fantastic, was great after a long day to be able to park right by your room. Room was very clean, beds very comfortable. View from the balcony was spectacular. Got the best recommendations from the very helpful front desk! We will be back!
Liya

Location very good, staff very helpful.

Room we were given was dirty and bed had not been cleaned or made. Otherwise room was run down and unsatisfactory. Elected to go to another hotel for the night even though we paid for this one. Staff was nice.

Kimmie
The staff that works at this inn is wonderful very nice and polite the room unfortunately smelled very musty but would stay again thank you!
MELISA
The room was clean and the ac worked well. The shower was hot and drained properly. Staff was very friendly. Great mountain views on the back deck. The bathroom needs updating & a hair dryer. The towels and pillows could use a refresh.
Ramana
It's a decent place for a night stay
Daniel
room was very clean, staff was very helpful when i asked about a restaurant, could have used a box of tissues in the room, there was no microwave, refrigerator was very low. the tv remote wasn't working may have needed a new battery.
Billy
Nice value for the money. Beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony.
Vincent
Charm and a friendly staff.
Fernando
Staff were great and very helpful with activities in the area.

This place was an older no frills motel that was very clean and centrally located. The staff was outstanding! I would definitely stay here again. And, the price was right!

Location is great, view off the back is beautiful! This is my 2nd stay and kinda regret my choice. Wish I read my previous comment before booking. I actually was given the same room I had last time. The bed was even more uncomfortable than I remembered thankfully I was traveling solo so I laid all the pillows out to add some comfort. I don’t think the room had been used in awhile as there was some debris on the sheets where it was folded down. Not a huge deal as I never sleep under the covers and bring my own pillow and blanket. But woke in the night and wanted the fan on for the white noise and couldn’t get it to work. In the morning I looked at it and it was unplugged, no biggie I plugged it back in. Well the reason it must’ve been unplugged is because once you turn it on you can get it to shut off w/o unplugging it. Everything is very outdated and my initial thought was it was nostalgic but you need to invest in what you have. Decking needs to be replaced, mattresses updated and most hotel rooms at least include a microwave now a days.
Julian
You can't do better for the price in North Conway. The mountain views from the room are fantastic, and the front desk staff were friendly and full of helpful suggestions on local restaurants and attractions. The rooms are the old-fashioned motel style with wallpaper and charming lamps, but very clean and well-maintained. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance and plenty of attractions within a mile or two.
Rachael
We absolutely love staying here, its the perfect place with a beautiful view. The staff is always very sweet, kind and helpful. We feel at home when we're here, its our favorite place to stay when we visit the White Mountains!
Jill
Comfortable beds
Trishtana
Staff was friendly and helpful. The place is convenient. Away from the bustling Main Street but is still walkable.
Kimberly
This hotel is simple and doesn’t offer a lot of extra amenities, but it more than makes up for it with the beautiful views and incredibly friendly staff. Everyone was welcoming and helpful, and the scenery made for a relaxing stay. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place with great people and a peaceful atmosphere, this is a wonderful choice. Lots of great food and shopping in the area.

The room was clean. The A/C worked great! It was nice to have a fridge and keurig available. The deck had breathtaking views. The location was perfect! We were able to walk to the outlets and to downtown area. Quiet area! Annie was super friendly and offered dining out recommendations. We'd definotely return. It was just right for a quick weekend away!

The room was well kept. The property was located right on the main drag and the room has a balcony that oversees the mountain range. Very beautiful and very good price

The property is older, but in a convenient location, friendly service, and a nice balcony with a view out the back. Could hear road noise but not other guests. Would stay here again!

Got a great deal to just pop in for the night before hitting Cranmore. Great to have a Roku in the tv. Beds were comfy. Nice location. Everything was fine. Great staff, who stayed a little late to make sure we got in since we arrived late.
Ellen
Staff was great. Place is old and in need of updating. No microwave!
Terry
Really enjoyed this place and the staff was very accommodating to fix a mistake I made when booking. Great room at a reasonable price with a really fantastic view. Exceeds its star rating compared to similar places around the area. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. A great place to stay during a visit to North Conway! Will definitely book here again.

Joshua
First off, I travel to NH frequently for recreation and typically just book the cheapest place I can find within reasonable proximity to where I plan to play.
That said, this will be on my list of places I don’t go to again. While the view of the Moat Mountains was nice, everything else was lacking… Less than a quarter roll of toilet paper with no replacements in the room. No local TV channels - just a Roku that you have to provide your own streaming app subscriptions.
Long story short: it did its job but the price to amenity ratio falls short.

Christine
Room was neat. Bed was soft and linens clean. Very quiet and nice view.
Amy
Annie was the absolute best! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-priced last minute.
BRYAN
This is my 2nd time staying at this location. The staff is very nice and friendly. It's a no frills hotel, but it's a clean/warm/safe room, and is a very good value, especially for the area it's in. Had a nice tv with a roku, with guest mode. So I was able to log into my accounts, and then log out when I left. I'll be back.
