Great location. Late check in !
Paul
Had the kitchen sink leak underneath and called front desk. They sent someone up to fix and it didn't take long. Tip I learned from friend, always flush the toilet and check plumbing before unpacking in case you need to change rooms.
Everything in the hotel was as expected according the pictures. Pull out sofa bed made 5 fit comfortably in the room.
10-15 mins away from Diane's bath and Echo lake. Right nearby Outlets.

The room was super clean. Breakfast was included and was very good.
Dhanabal
Clean and spacious rooms, nice staff and a very good breakfast spreads.
Vasiliki
I loved the room layout, very efficient. Also liked the colors and design of the room. And the location works great for the outlets, the town or any of the other attractions in the area.
Patrice
Excellent stay. Very nice room with a small kitchen. Unfortunately charging station was out of order. Only two chargers. One out. We chose that hotel for the chargers. Need more chargers and make sure that they work
Jo Ann
Perfect home away from home
Robin
Close to everything. Nice and clean.
Jessica
The facility was clean. A few items you could see the wear/tear on them, but nothing that was horrible. Our room was spacious and comfortable. All in all a good stay.
Maria
The room is super spacious, the breakfast was perfect for what we are looking for and the location of the hotel was great. It’s our 3rd time here and will definitely come back as long as the price isn’t super expensive.
Amanda
Staff were very kind, the ladies at breakfast were very sweet. They do not provide daily housekeeping, spiders and bugs were found in the bathroom, which is gross, especially when traveling with a child who is afraid. Had high expectations, but would not stay here again.
Matthew
Had a great stay, staff was amazing
brendon
Lovely clean and bright hotel
Michael
Really great staff who all were nice, engaging and helpful. Newer hotel with a small kitchenette that came in handy. Thin walls between rooms, but that was minor. Great place and location. Will stay here again
Chris
Nice clean property with an excellent friendly staff. We were there unknowingly during bike week, so there was a lot of motorcycle noise from the main street. The hotel is situated right at a traffic light. The only other issue we encountered was at certain times there was a lot of noise from the floors above and the people next door to our room. During the night time, everything was fine though once everyone settled in for the evening. Nice clean spacious rooms that are well maintained. It’s a nice property.
russ
just not an exciting place, not much to do, Adirondack chairs were in the gym so not of much use to us. no omelet at breakfast was very disappointing. very clean but fire alarm testing was very annoying.
Michael
Six of us, two rooms, clean, friendly staff - Shri went above and beyond at the front desk... Would recommend - relatively close to Mt Washington

Breakfast was amazing. Close to everything in Conway and North Conway. It was very clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The indoor pool was nice. It is located in a very safe area. I highly recommend.
Peter
Place worked out great!! The guests on the other hand kept having the tv volume loud late in the evening
Carl
Hotel is extra clesn, big room with kitchenette, bed and pillows are very confortable and the breakfast is plus. Close to outlet and restos.
Antony
Clean and spacious room. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Close to several shopping and dining options.

The hotel was clean and amenities well maintained.
My review reflects that of the management staff. My wife and I did not sleep well for the duration of our trip due to stomping and rumbling from the upstairs room above us. I called the desk to notify about the noise Saturday evening and the first agent was kind and helpful- she mentioned to call back if it continues. I called back late in the evening to notify staff that the excessive noise continued and the second agent I spoke too was quite overwhelmed. The next day the stationed manager asked to speak to me about the complaint. I had not asked for any type of remediation at this point. He proceeded to take a defensive position on the matter, and based his side of the argument around having a fully booked hotel, many schools are out on holiday, and there are plenty of families this weekend. He said noise is expected. He mentioned he would notify the upstairs guests about following noise rules, but not once apologized. We mentioned we weren't getting sleep and he countered with he doesn't get sleep either since he has 2 young children. This is the first time I've ever encountered such behavior from hotel management/staff. My wife and I left that conversation feeling uncomfortable and unheard. The manager had a clear bias even after I attempted to level set and reiterate that my complaint was that of a paying customer, not against a particular party. His position showed signs of discrimination toward my wife and I.

Booked a room with handicap accessible bathroom. Unfortunately tub/shower was unusable as tub bottom was extremely slippery as was bathroom floor.
But it was a short trip from your vehicle to your room. Take elevator inside the lobby and when the door opened upstairs your room was in sight.
Also no way to have heat in bathroom as you had one thermostat for entire bedroom so if you liked to sleep with the thermostat lowered you had a cold bathroom.
If you like a firm mattress you will be disappointed,
As the room overlooked a busy intersection with traffic lights we were several times awakened by traffic noises, especially motorcycles. Requesting a room on back side of hotel would solve this problem.
But the staff was very pleasant and the unit was exceptionally clesn.

Great place to stay. I was only there one night but also two years ago one night. Everything you need in the kitchen great breakfast meal available super place.
Grace
It was a wonderful experience! The hotel staff were friendly, free breakfast was constantly refreshed by staff and everything was very clean and inviting in the lobby. The room had a pleasant smell, lots of room, and fresh clean sheets. The bathroom was also very clean. The views from the room we were in was the gorgeous scenic mountains but you’re really close to a lot of shops and restaurants, you’re also just minutes from a cute street full of interesting small businesses, shops, cafes and restaurants. Not to mention the train station! We were super happy with our stay here!
Susan
Great hotel chain. Highly recommend.

Perfect place to stay in No Conway. In town for a mid-week charity event. The staff was great. The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast & other amenities were exactly what I need to make my stay enjoyable. I'll be back.

Very Family Friendly!
Mark
The property looks brand new, even though it's a few years old, they have maintained the property very well. The staff is very professional and courteous. Even the maintenance crew, led by Willie, were very friendly and diligent in their duties.. rooms are very spacious and well laid out, Can easily sleep a family of six. The breakfast staff also did a great job and have a very nice variety of offerings. Right in the middle of everything, North Conway and the White Mountains have to offer. Will definitely stay here again when in the area!
Brad
Breakfast decent. would have liked more fresh fruit, yogurt choices instead of one sugary vanilla yogurt

Tracy
The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. The breakfast was amazing and fresh and pool big enough with kids. Great stay!
Deanna
The staff at the front desk were excellent, friendly, very helpful A one. The breakfast as very good, coffee was very good and hot. Loved the frest baked cookies in the afternoon. My only complaint would be the bedding is not very nice. Not sure who made the bed but im pretty sure a bedskirt is not to be used as a sheet. Could also use more lighting in the bathroom. That being said i would go back.
Konnor

Great breakfast and coffee throughout the day! Nice and clean hotel with friendly staff!! Loved the kitchen and fridge in the room.
Mara
This hotel was very clean and well kept. I can’t remember being greeting by a front desk staff in such a friendly, cheerful manner as I was when we arrived. Breakfast buffet was tasty, plentiful with a lot of variety. The only minor complaint I have is the hotel seemed fairly empty and our room was next to a guy snoring. We could hear him. It was funny I guess. Next time I would ask for a room at least one away from other guests if possible.
Bryan

My family and I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. It is conveniently located very close to a movie theater, grocery store, and Walmart. The breakfast was fantastic along with the kitchen in our room.

We enjoyed our one night get away. The room was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. We did have to go to the desk to ask for a couple items missing from the room and the room was chilly.

The Room was spacious and clean we were very happy. The only thing was after 9 pm we could hear loud kids playing. That was a little late. And other people complained also.

I have stayed at several Home2 Suites locations but this one was absolutely amazing. It started at the front desk when I checked in and was greeted with a warm welcome from Sree. Sree was very helpful as I checked in. The room was very clean and had many amenities to feel like you were at home. The pool area and laundry facilities were clean. The breakfast was absolutely the best. The food options were wonderful. The food was fresh, hot and plentiful. The staff behind this amazing breakfast was Sharon. Sharon takes great pride in her job and wants the customers to be happy and full when they leave. Sharon is very friendly and goes above and beyond when doing her job. Finding good help in today’s world is not easy, so please be thankful you have such amazing staff. No issues during our 2 night stay. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
Dwight
Staff was fantastic. Room could use a little cleaning. There was a cup and spoon in the dishwasher, bottle cap on the floor by the garbage can and shower door would not stay shut. Other than that bed was comfortable bathroom well stocked
Trisha
Thank you for the welcome bag, we are really impressed by it, that was awesome. The room was so clean. The housekeeper did a good job.
Rebecca
Room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast bar was the most extensive selection of items I have ever seen on a hotel breakfast bar. Hotel was nice and quiet
