Lovely hotel at the base of the mountain but close enough to town. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed nightly soaks in the hot tub and the outdoor space with fire pits. Even though there were two large event groups staying at this hotel during our stay it was still quiet and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable and specious with cozy beds. The breakfast was very good. Would absolutely stay here again.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Marriott! From the moment we arrived, everything felt so warm and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to make our baby moon extra special—they surprised us with the sweetest little gift, which truly meant so much to us during such a special time in our lives.

The room was beautiful, clean, and super comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was just perfect for relaxing and soaking in these last quiet moments before our baby arrives. It’s the little thoughtful touches that really made this stay unforgettable.

We’re so grateful for the kindness and care we experienced here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy, memorable getaway! 💕

The s’mores kits at the front desk for my kids were a major hit! And the nightly fire pits were relaxing to enjoy while they enjoyed the treats. Overall the staff were all amazing and kind, the hotel was spotless in regards to cleanliness and we will return for sure!!

Great breakfast. The hot tub is amazing. Staff are great. The bathroom shower was dirty on outside. So much dirt stuck to the sticky film from when shower was new. Rooms are small. The bed isnt too comfortable. Overall it was a good stay. Centrally located. Great views

The hotel is very nice. The rooms are clean and well decorated. The staff was friendly and anticipated our needs. Chris at the front desk was great. We stayed just for a night but took advantage of the hot tub and the breakfast. It was a great place to get away to for the night.

Great hotel with excellent amenities. The staff was really friendly, and the complimentary hot breakfast in the morning was a huge benefit. The outdoor jacuzzi was the main attraction and the staff supplied complimentary s’mores kits for the fire pit

The room, location, and breakfast were excellent. I thought it was odd that one of the staff members would not let my group store our luggage at the hotel when we couldn’t check in early. One of the staff members was not welcoming but I thought the other staff members were friendly.

Location: You cannot beat the location. It’s an easy walk to all of Cranmore’s amenities—night tubing, fireworks, activities, everything. Being able to park once and walk everywhere was such a win, especially with a child.
Customer Service (the real standout):
From the moment we checked in, the service was exceptional. The front desk attendant asked for my last name and immediately referred to me by my first name—as if they were expecting me. It sounds small, but it felt warm, personal, and welcoming.
Every single interaction after that was just as lovely: Friendly, upbeat staff, Constantly sharing info about s’mores, fire pits, and amenities, Announcing when cookies were coming out (yes please), Pleasant and kind every time I walked past the desk. At this stage in my life, customer service is king, and this place nailed it.
Amenities: Fire pits with s’mores, Indoor pool and outdoor hot tub (both great), Bar on site (slower service, but understandable—we were on vacation and they were busy), Continental breakfast with waffles—simple, cozy, and satisfying. Everything felt designed for comfort and ease.
The Small Issues (handled beautifully):
There were a few minor hiccups: No extra sheets, blanket, or pillows initially (we packed anyway, so not a dealbreaker). The pool area and path to the outdoor hot tub were very slippery/icy, something to be careful about; Wi-Fi didn’t work for us at all (couldn’t text or email, almost like we were jammed—but honestly we were on vacation)

The rooms were clean and the service was impeccable... Chris in the restaurant was the MVP of the place! The only issue was that the dog in the room next to my children would not stop barking. We did not know this until the ride home. Not much we can do now but it is worth noting that dogs barking maybe an issue.

From check-in to check-out, there was not a single staff member who wasn't extremely friendly and willing to help facilitate an amazing stay. Clean, updated and away from the bustle of downtown. We have been doing a Christmas weekend in North Conway for years as a family and there is no other place we would consider in the years to come. Top Notch service and stay!

The check in was a breeze. Staff at the front desk when we checked in were very helpful and quick. He showed us where we can take our train tour the next day. The breakfast has lots of healthy options, variety to choose from, and delicious. Staff at breakfast was mindful of guests needs. They were good at filling foods. Room itself is very comfortable and clean. Towels were clean and replenished daily.. Highly recommended if you need to be in a comfortable, clean, and safe environment.

We were on a Roadtrip. We wanted something without the fuss but be a hub for our activities at North Conway. This hotel did all that but also provided a little extra something you knew you could come back to (a bar, pool and free s’mores around the fire pit). Fabulously modern, clean and in just the right spot. Will be returning.
