I travelled with my daughter and was terrified about how unsafe it would be - but the doormen were so accommodating and professional - especially Pi Piramit! Such a fatherly figure and there was another young doorman who gave a flower to my daughter to put in her hair! Katherine who checked us in was also professional and patient in her demeanor and explained about how to get around the huge compound.
What we really enjoyed was the two pools, one had a kiddy slide that adults up to 90kg can ride and my daughter loved it! The other pool (Oceanside) overlooks the ocean in the morning and sunset in the evenings where a fire show with fireworks happens once the pool closes at 7pm! You can also order food from the restaurant and enjoy the pool (kindly note: no lifeguards are present so watch your kids!)
If you like a stay that is scenic, luxurious and near to Patong Beach - this is it - tuktuks are about 300 baht each way :)
The nearest mall is Jungceylon and there are a lot of massage places nearby that is more affordable by 100 baht than Old Phuket Town.
45 mins to Phuket Central - just remember not to travel during peak periods to avoid jams but everything is walkable with Erawan Zipline and ATV just 5-10 mins away!

This property was a great stay for us! The daily breakfast was great, with a wonderful selection of food. The property had two pools, nicely maintained. We purchased the all inclusive food package, this was a little misleading, as you are ONLY allowed to order from two preset menus (western and Thai dishes) and ONLY order alcoholic beverages from one bar on property. The food was all great! However, the all inclusive did not include the speciality restaurants on property and other bars on property. They advertise property as 5 star, it’s not. It’s a 3.5-4 star. It’s large, nice amenities, clean, great location in Patong Beach, and excellent customer service and staff. Overall we would return to the hotel, as we found it to be a great value and nice!

All inclusive was not all inclusive. You get coupons and have to eat off different menu. Staff acted stupid about coupons. Ruined the stay there. They should have refunded money for coupons. I gave them back and told them it was to much trouble.

Beautiful spacious room and beds. Great breakfast. Only downside was we were told to pay 1000 baht per day as security fee, which would be refunded at chekout. This was not mentioned anywhere while booking so we refused and only paid 1000 in total for 5 nights. Other than this, the stay was very comfortable. Property is a 20 min walk from main patong beach area. Kids play area is good, fitness centre was well-equipped.

The staff are friendly polite and wonderful. Very welcoming and always helpful. The room is cleaned well at all times. The breakfast is really good with a a great variety. There are an enormous amount of stairs as would be expected from a resort built on a cliff but the shuttle from the foyer to your room area make it significantly easier. The waterfall pool and swim up bar are amazing and we spent a lot of time there.

We notified staff who mentioned they are dealing with this issue. Hotel is a 25 minute walk to the famous Bangla Road. The beach is a short walk across the road but no worries, the parking attendant assists you to cross the road.

All it takes is a smile and you've won me over, however, I took notice that male staff behind the counter don't seem to smile at all. I try not to be too judgy about those things because you never know what someone is going through, but day after day, I noticed that male staff behind counter seemed almost bothered when you came up to the counter. Other than that, the stay was amazing. Would definitely return.

Room Air Conditioning sucks. The management says guests can not control the temperature below 22°C (71°F). That's ridiculous. With outside temperatures soaring above 33°C (90°F) and humidity levels 70%+, the rooms are hot. When you come into the room, tired and sweaty, it sucks because you can't get it below 22°C. I have never seen this in any other 5-star resorts. The furnitures are ordinary. The shampoo dispenser, once pressed, won't come back, you need to pull it up again. There are no elevators. Again, after a sweaty day, you have to climb plenty of steps to get to your room. The resort claims they are \"on the beach\". They are NOT. There's a small rocky beach, a very busy street, and then the resort entrance. The staff is very polite & respectful, but the majority of them don't speak English. Restaurants (except the Ocean View restaurant) have limited options. The resort is not ideally located (about 5 km from the \"activity\" place). The view from the room is certainly good. Overall, I WILL NOT COME BACK HERE.

The whole experience was disappointing and left us with a strong sense of frustration and dissatisfaction with management of this hotel . Sole experience of staying there is OK-ish ,if you don’t mind a loud noise coming from the main road . it feels like a 3 star hotel , absolutely nothing special about this place.

This was one of the best stays we had as a family. We were offered a room upgrade by the check-in staff. The room was fabulous with fitted Jacuzzi and very spacious. We also received complimentary fruit basket on arrival. The property itself was very beautiful with 2 well maintained pools and it also had a slide for kids.

What a fantastic resort! Honestly, I didn’t expect to have such an amazing experience here. The staff are very friendly, the food is great, and the location at Patong Beach is perfect. We stayed in the Diamond Jacuzzi Suite—the view was fantastic, and the room size was excellent for a family of four.

Extremely outdated hotel. There is absolutely nothing in this hotel that may qualify it as a 5 star. Old furniture and towels, terrible moldy smell( smell like a very cheap motel). The hotel advertised as on the beach. You have to walk 15 min along the very busy street partially without a sidewalk to get to the beach. Very dangerous. There are many better hotels with less stars right across the beach.
