Hotel urban is a nice boutique hotel. The BEST thing it has is its service. Everyone is incredible nice and attentive, super detailed oriented and available to give you recommendations and make reservations for your. The room was comfortable and clean. Bed was comfortable. a/c had some issues but nothing that ruined my stay. Theres a small bar with very good drinks, and a michelin stared restaurant. Its location is great, about 8 min walk to Puerta del Sol, 10 min to Gran Via. Many restaurant options near by. Great shopping in the area. The only thing i did not love wss the gym, its basically a closet and doesn’t have a treadmill. Recommend signing up for breakfast it is delicious and coffee is amazing. Highly highly recommend.

So this is one truly amazing hotel! I want to give a great recommendation, the staff was extremely polite and the service they provided is one of the best I have seen and I have seen a lot. They had an eye for every detail and the stay was perfect. Definitely will come back ! Also a great location.

The rooms need renovating - lighting was poor - floors creaked - the sink and shower did not drain properly and they were not clean - there was mildew. The property has a very calm ambience which is noticeable as soon as you walk in. It’s very clean and maintained to a high standard. The staff are knowledgeable, polite and extremely helpful. The only constructive criticism I have is the shortage of hanging space in the rooms. I had a duplex and as there were two of us, it would have been nice to have a bit more hanging space for towels and robes. There were only 2 pegs in the bathroom so it felt a little squashed.

Wow! I loved staying at this hotel. The amenities were gorgeous, with a Michelin rated restaurant in the lobby. Walking distance to so many tourist musts like la Plaza Mayor & Cardamomo flamenco. Perfect location for anyone wanting to experience the best of Madrid. The staff was so lovely and sweet from the bellhops to the reception staff. We will definitely be back

El hotel es maravilloso, amplio y muy bien decorado. Lejos fue el hotel con mejor atención al cliente en el que me hospede, es detacable la atención de David en el front desk que desde el momento uno fue extremadamente atento y resolutivo. Tuve un ligero inconveniente y absolutamente todos estuvieron ahi para resolverlo, Jacobo uno de los managers se preocupo y resolvió muy bien todo.
El personal del desayuno también increíble y la comida muy rica y prolijamente presentada.
Volvería a este hotel y lo recomiendo para todos los viajeros que busquen estar en un lugar céntrico pero tranquilo y disfrutar de la mejor atención de todo Madrid.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel with the fantastic rooftop pool! Gummy bears in the lobby made a big impression on my kids. The staff were extremely friendly and made us feel so welcome. We would definitely come back here!
