This is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in while in Japan. Every floor has a different layout and the rooms themselves are like small houses. Everything is spacious, and ease to get around. Plus, the onsens are AMAZING. I almost fell asleep while using one. Most of the staff doesn't speak English, so either practice your Japanese or bring a translator with you.

Quaint little place by the river. Staff was helpful especially when we requested for a change of room. The place is a little old but the nice location by the river helps. Onsen on the roof was especially useful

フロントロビーでの湯茶サービスがよかった。玉ねぎの皮茶や名前は忘れたがインドの植物から出来ている苦いお茶など手作りでとてもよかった。また子どもを遊ばせるキッズコーナーもありがたかった。夕飯時2歳の孫の分は頼まなかったが、それにしても子ども用椅子くらいは用意しててほしかった。フロントと夕飯担当との連携不足ではないだろうか？翌朝はきちんと用意されてたのだから。
