The room was large, by Korean standards. It even had a small bathtub! We had a beautiful view of the beach, which was a short walk from our room. There was easy access to Gamcheon Village by bus. Breakfast had a large variety of hot, delicious foods.

Beautiful view and easy access to the beach. As it was winter we had a nice display of Christmas lights along the beach. Within 15 min walking distance to Haeundae subway station. The breakfast was wonderful surprise of various Korean dishes.

단 한 가지 불편한 점이 있다면 엘리베이터가 4대인데 아침 시간엔 충분치 않다는 것. 1~13 층까지만 층 구분이 돼 있어 고층 고객들이 엘베 버튼을 일단 모두 눌러 놔 문만 열었다 그냥 가는 경우가 많음. 고층도 층별로 엘베를 할당해 놓으면 좋을 듯.

Great location — very close to Haeundae Beach, restaurants, and shopping areas. The staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast was decent considering the price.
The only downside was the bathroom — it was too small and could be a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, everything was clean and convenient. I’d stay here again for the location and value.

Everything was great except for the elevator game. Annoying that each elevator is controlled by its own button, so everyone presses all the buttons and thus the elevators ended up stopping at so many floors. A minor inconvenience to an otherwise comfortable and affordable stay. The lockers for your luggage before and after check in is secure and convenient

The location is awesome, it’s right next to the Haeundae, walkable to the beach and food street. I chose the ocean view room and it’s so gorgeous. However, if you choose room cleaning, they will be cleaning from 10 AM- 3 PM and won’t suggest you stay in the room. Also one staff I talked to wasn’t helpful, when I asked her if she could give me some water, she pointed at the vending machine and asked me to purchase it, while I literally saw the water fountain was 10 meters away.

All the front desk staffs were always nice, friendly and helpful. We loved the location, and the complimentary breakfast the offered was really nice to have.
The rooms were a bit smaller side and compact but their location, price and complimentary breakfast made it all up. We’d definitely go back next time in Busan.

My family and I traveled to South Korea from the United States. We stayed and the Toyoko Inn in Busan for three nights. The room was very nice, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is close to a beautiful beach with a lot going on, especially during the weekend. The staff were all very nice, and we especially enjoyed the complementary breakfast. We also enjoyed the pajamas that were available to borrow in the lobby. We would definitely stay there again.

The room was nice and the breakfast in the morning was a buffet with plenty of choice - not what we in the west would normally choose but enjoyable and as much or little as you wanted.

We had a family room with a view of the sea.
The location is great, and breakfast was provided—a simple yet satisfying Korean buffet.

There are washing machines and dryers available at a very reasonable price, and single-use detergent can also be purchased on-site.

It's about a 10–15 minute walk to Haeundae Station, with plenty of shops and restaurants along the way.

Overall, a clean, comfortable, and fuss-free hotel.

Decent location, close to the beach and a short walk will get you to the walking street. There a MCdonlds around the corner so I could get an early morning coffee. Nobody seem to enjoy early morning coffee in BUSAN, MCd was it. It’s clean, the staff was decent. If you’re looking for a budget stay Toyoko Inn tickets the boxes

Other than check-in, we had no further interaction with the hotel staff. Everything needed was provided, including change of towels on our second day. The shower had good pressure and was big enough to create a pleasurable experience. The toilet is equipped with a bidet. Our view from the 18th floor was spectacular and we were able to see the Japanese island of Tsushima 48 km south through clear skies on our last day, as well as daily and nighttime views of Haeundae beach right below us. The breakfast was better than we expected with a broad selection and not marred by 2 broken coffee machines on our last day. Overall we highly recommend this hotel and location and will definitely return again in the future.

Somewhat affordable laundry at 2000 for wash and 1000 for dryer. Plenty of machines.

Currency exchange in the lobby. Water and ice dispenser too.

Skincare sachets, combs, robe also available in the lobby for complimentary.

Breakfast was too crowded so I skipped some days but had plenty of options like boiled eggs, bread, rice and Korean soups.

Nice small hotel that's good value for the money, however, i was surprised avout the cleanliness of the area. There was a large group that came in the afternoon and left garbage overflowing in the garbage can. When i left the next morning at 4am, the garbage was not picked up. Does not go with the overall cleaness of the place and people

Pretty simple budget hotel. While the area is quiet, the room itself is not quiet. You can hear all the noise from the hallway and door openings. Check out time is 10am so if you are looking for a quick stay, this place has what you need with complimentary breakfast.

Staying at the Gangnam property and booked here as a one nighter in Busan. This is a great hotel, love the added touches like pyjamas, coffee etc that you can just pick up. Rooms are clean, modern and so quiet. Had a great sea view. Close enough to all the action

I had a pleasant stay at Toyoko Inn Hotel Haeundae in Busan. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and public transport. Overall, it was great value hotel we enjoyed staying at. Location was close to the Haeundae Beach, just acouple of minutes of walk. 24 hr emart stores were near by for convenience. Haeundae Subway station was about 10 minute walk. Bus stops were also just a few minutes away. All the restaurants and hangout areas were within 5 minutes too. Breakfasts, Korean and western style, were simple but tasty and plentiful. We enjoyed the Korean food alot. We got a 17th floor room with an ocean view. Window was small but the ocean view was beautiful. It's not a 5 star hotel but an excellent value hotel. Rooms can use some updating with nicer wall papers and floor carpeting and decorations.

Toyoko-Inn Hotel was extremely excellent in all aspect. Although my comment with the room doesn’t have a cabinet to put your clothes but the twin rooms itselt was superb to stay. They have a very accommodating staff, clean, toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and face skin care are all provided. Free breakfast was excellent too. I really recommend them for holidayers.

Only problem was the smell in the room. My sister said it was the freshener that they use is like a fake vanilla smell. I would just open the window to get rid of it . Other than that I do recommend staying here. Food was amazing . It buffet style and everyday is different entrees

Like: Clean, quiet, very close to the beach, can choose a room with the beachview, free baggage storage, ok breakfast, japanese style bathroom with bidet toilet and bathtub, new towels and water bottles were left at the door every day, ten minutes walk to the subway station, city centre, Haeundae traditional market, 3 min to the nearest buss stop and ok price.

The hotel is nice, next to the beach. Breakfast is great, has varieties of selection. But it is very inconvenient. It is far from the main areas and the airport. Taxi fares are expensive. It’s better to stay on the other side of the bridge, near downtown. That’s where all the excursions located.
