Room was good condition, beds were comfortable. View was awesome. First night heater was super hot and couldn’t be brought down, after complaining a few times they brought fans for use. Kitchen facilities but no utensils, glasses , spoons ( had to ask for spoons) only 2 cups were provided for a 4 occupancy apartment. No toothbrush etc., only soap, shampoo provided. No tea, coffee provided. No plugs near kitchen bench. TV didn’t work no option for Netflix, YouTube etc. bathroom, toilet were ok. AC’s in The rooms didn’t work. The room also has a washing machine which I used and the hotel provided detergent. Breakfast was plentiful with Asian and western style breakfast. Sausage, bacon, waffles, croissant, different types of breads, buns, jams, butters - peanut and normal, bulgogi, Asian style salads, tofu, soup, kimchi, abalone porridge, stirfry, dumplings, eggs - scrambled one day and omelette one day, yoghurt, cereals, fruit juice etc.

We had a wonderful stay as a family of four! The hotel’s location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, and close to plenty of restaurants, cafés, and a local market. It made it so easy for us to grab meals and explore the area without needing to travel far.
Our room was very clean, well-maintained, and spacious enough for all of us to feel comfortable. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully prepared, which really made a difference during our stay.
Overall, it was the perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and peaceful beach getaway!

The hotel have very good location. Few steps from the beach and restaurants.

Downside is that you have to wash the cup you used or else they will charge. Also the pool has weird policy where you need to wear a swimming cap when using the pool. Also there is no safe in the room so no place to store your valuables.

I loved that the property was so close to the beach, Walking distance to the subway and so close to the street with many street food stalls and restaurants. Did not need a car. The hotel was nice and clean and the AC worked well. Breakfast was better than I had hoped for. All Korean breakfast items as well as cereal and waffles if you prefer western choice. This hotel was an excellent choice

We had a fantastic stay! Our 1 bedroom suite was incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable, much larger than expected. We were lucky to receive an upgrade to a full ocean view, and it truly made the experience unforgettable. Service was friendly and attentive, and the hotel’s location was perfect for both relaxation and exploring the area. Highly recommend booking here, and definitely try for the ocean view!

Our room was spacious and had a big window overlooking the Busan shore. Conveniently located in Haeundae, so really in the middle of everything. Loved our stay and we plan to be back! Just hoped since our room had a kitchen, that it had some plates, glasses, basic utensils that we can use during our stay. Though it had a kitchen sink, fridge and stove, there was nothing else.

Very convenient location for everything Haeundae Beach has to offer. Others complained about the elevator situation but we really didn't mind having to use one to get to the lobby and another to get to our room. The gym is where this place loses some stars. It was pretty well equipped but was literally just an atrium space in the middle of the apartment blocks so everyone going to their rooms can see you working out. Not so bad, but it also doesn't have air conditioning, towels or anything to wipe equipment with, or water.

Did not like the elevator situation. You have to take an elevator from the parking area to the lobby and then a separate elevator to the rooms. Elevators were crowded and had to wait in long lines.

It was hard to sleep comfortably due to the AC not blowing cold air. The location of the downstairs ac was not able to keep the area by the bed cool.

Bathroom was outdated. Room wallpaper was not intact in some areas.

There was a kitchenette area, but no dishes provided.

I want to leave a good review as the staff did a wonderful job. However, I couldn’t help but note the bathroom smell that smelled like urine. Towels that were in our room had brown stains on them, not to mention the AC in our room was hardly working. To top it off, I had bug bites on my legs that appeared as we were sleeping. I had to go to the main desk where I was switched to another room in fear I was getting bed bug bites.

We are staying here right now for a bit of an extended stay of a few weeks.

We checked in and the gentleman was so friendly and helpful. I appreciated that also there were no added charges or hidden fees they tried to add in addition to the hotels.com charges because that has happened to us and it feels very fraudulent.

We are staying in one of the bigger rooms because of our family size and it is more than enough space for our family. We have three small children and it is called the Superior Suite. I like that one of the rooms has a door that we can shut for our one year old to get to sleep. I think the upstairs lofted area could be even more family-friendly if it were two small kid sized beds instead of another larger adult bed. My kids were a bit sad that only one of them could sleep in the loft and the other one is sleeping in the downstairs bed. Maybe they could have this as an option with some rooms having two small beds in the lofted space and others having a larger bed?

The room is otherwise nice and updated. The small kitchenette area is a nice feature so we can sometimes eat here and save some money. I do recommend bringing or buying your own mug because the ones they provide do not have that great of handles for your morning cup of coffee. We haven’t been able to figure out the tv yet so hopefully we can figure that out for when we need some down time!

I like that it’s close to the main strip and beach. The hotel provides free water. However, the service was not the best. The housekeepers did not clean the room very well. The front desk didn’t seem friendly. The view was not ideal. When you make the reservation, it doesn’t give you the option for the sea view. The room was not like in the pictures. I also didn’t like how you have to pay for breakfast and to use the pool. Seems like they overcharge the tourists. Other than that, it was a great location and there’s a nice store on the bottom floor. Everything was conveniently placed.

Property is in a great location and room had lots of space if travelling with children and the view was our favourite part!

We however did not like having to explain to the kids we have to pay $100 a swim for the family after the two free swims they gave us,

We also gad to hold our shower hose as we could not move it so the kids made a mess every shower

The room we had had a kitchen but no utensils at all no cups no spoons no bowls no nothing which didn’t really make sense

We recently stayed in the Junior Suite at Seacloud Hotel, and while it had its strengths and weaknesses, our overall experience was just average.

The room itself was very spacious and comfortable, which was a pleasant surprise. However, the toilet was incredibly cramped and not suitable for four people, which was a significant issue for our group.

Additionally, the pillows were uncomfortable and needed to be replaced. The lift system was also frustratingly slow, and we spent a lot of time waiting for the lift to arrive.

On the plus side, the hotel's location was excellent, with the beautiful beach and traditional market just a short walk away. However, it's important to note that the hotel is quite far from Busan train station, so plan your transportation accordingly.

Overall, while Seacloud Hotel has potential, it falls short in some key areas. With some improvements to the toilet, pillows, and lift system, it could be a truly great stay.

해운대에서 가족 여행으로 1박을 했습니다.

퀸 2개, 부분 오션 뷰로 잡았습니다.

해운대의 호텔이 이름있는 몇 몇 호텔을 제외하고 상태는 거기서 거기라고 생각이 듭니다. 그래서 아주 쾌적하고, 호화로운 호텔 숙박을 기대하시면 안됩니다. 그럴려면 해변 가까이에 있는 비싼 호텔로 가시면 됩니다.

제가 코오롱 씨클라우드 호텔에서 1박을 하고 난 후 장점이라고 생각이 되는 점 몇 가지 솔직히 남겨드리겠습니다.

우선 위치가 좋습니다.
횡단보도 하나 건너면 백사장으로 바로 갈 수 있습니다.
저는 부분 오션 뷰였기 때문에 바다를 볼 수는 있었지만 뷰를 보는 것만으로 바다 분위기를 느끼는 것에는 한계가 있었습니다. 하지만 백사장과 아주 가까운 위치는 이런 한계를 극복하고도 남았습니다. 특히 모래사장만 보면 띄어드는 남자아이들이 있다면 이런 위치적 장점이 큽니다. 모래에서 놀다가 곧 바로 숙소로 돌아가 씻길 수가 있기 때문입니다.

그리고 해운대에서 숙박을 하시면 해운대 시장을 한 번 정도는 가게 될텐데... 숙소에서 나오면 바로 해운대 시장으로 갈 수 있습니다. 밤에 야식도 사먹을 수 있고, 간식거리 필요할 때 위치가 참 좋았습니다.

그리고 또 하나의 장점은 저희처럼 가족이 함께 할 때 넓은 방과 침대는 큰 장점입니다. 방이 너무 좁으면 여행으로 인한 피로로 인해 서로 짜증내가 쉽습니다. 그런데 방이 넓어서 짐이 아무렇게나 널부러져도 크게 문제 안될 만했습니다. 1박 정도한다면 이런 장점도 무시 못할 장점이라 생각 듭니다.

재방문 의사는 반반입니다. 가족여행 하시는 분에게 위치와 방크기 때문에 추천을 할 수 있긴 하지만 저희는 한 번 경험해봤기 때문에 비슷한 가격대의 다른 호텔도 한 번 경험을 해볼 수도 있을 것 같습니다. 하지만 비슷한 가격대에서 이정도 위치는 쉽지 않을 것 같아서 다시 돌아올 것 같기도 합니다.

Our room was huge, and has a small washer available, the front desk provided some detergent and i called in for a drying rack. Wished there was a microwave in the room. We loved our stay at the SEACLOUD. Our view was absolutely amazing, and it was so nice to be able to lay in our bed and stare at the ocean from our wall of windows. The room was huge and a great size for our family of four. The room does get quite hot because of all the windows, but the aircon worked well and we would close the blinds when we went out.
At night, you could hear a bit of noise (music and people) from the street, but not enough to be a problem, especially from the 21st floor.
I would definitely stay there again, due to the views, and the size and cost for a family of four. It was ideal for the end of our trip to Korea.

가족끼리 오긴 좋을 것 같아요.

호텔과 바다 사이에 다른 호텔이 있어서 풀 뷰는 아니지만 그래도 바다가 많이 보였습니다. 이전에 레지던스였는지 주방시설이 있는데, 조리도구는 구비되어 있지 않아서 쓸모가 없었습니다. 욕조는 없고 욕실에 샤워 시설이 방 한가운데 어색하게 있습니다.

2만원 내고 먹을 수 있는 호텔 조식은 맛있었습니다. 꼭 드세요. 침구와 욕실 깨끗해서 좋았습니다. 직원분들도 친절했구요.

전반적으로 인테리어가 어중간한 느낌이라 커플끼리 오긴 흥이 안날 것 같고 가족끼리 오면 좋을 것 같아요.

NEVER AGAIN

Not very welcoming. Very confusing. Needed to take 2 different lifts in order to get to the room. Very inconvenient to change lifts every time you go out or come in. Family trip to Busan and all the family unhappy after stay at this hotel. In the room notice saying that we have to clean used cups and utencils if not we have to pay the penalty of 11000 Korean Won. Also if guests not seperate rubbish will get penalty too. We asked extra blanket and we were told to pay 11000 Korean Won. We stayed excusecutive suit room but nothing special just a big room. Paid extra for seaview room but other hotel in front so not full view of the sea. Cleaning not done properly still hairs on the bed and other areas. I am very confused. Is this hotel or self catering flat? There was a microwave and cook top but no cooking utensils. Also electric cattle and 2 mugs but no teas or coffees. Our family of 4 but only 2 glasses and 2 mugs. Also only 2 bath towels. No extra toilet rolls. I don’t think this hotel is ready to provide service to the guests or don’t know the meaning of the SERVICE. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone and this is definitely my last visit to this hotel / self catering flat.

The property was in a great location. We had the 29th floor and the view was amazing. We could see the ocean and town at the same time. I thought it was overpriced. They turned the Air conditioning unit within the whole building at 10 pm and back on at 0700. We were burning from the heat. It was awful. I will not stay at this place ever again. Do not recommend to any one.

It was not very well kept. Elevators took ages to catch. Room's wifi did not work. Very hot outside of the room. Not a nice place, given the price. The staff were very nice and helpful, but the facility was not great, I'm sorry to say.

Great location. Lots of dining and shopping options. Two issues during our stay: Elevator problems which caused lots of delays in getting around and having to pay to access the pool. Weird.

호텔스닷컴에 실망!!!!!!

베개에서 냄새가 남.
화장실 휴지는 쓰다남은 걸어 놓고 여분은 없음.
냉장고 청소가 안되어있음. 멈지 흔적이 있음.
청소 왠지.
바다뷰라 예약했는데 앞호텔 옥상만 보임.
호텔스닷콤도 예약 상황과 다르면 않됩니다.
실망입니다.

First of all, the front desk staff was not nice at all. The hotel itself has no amenities. No breakfast, no swimming pool. The amenities were controlled and shared by suncloud hotel or seacloud hotel that are in the same building as the kolon seacloud hotel. The airconditioning in the room can not be controlled or turned off. The internet was not working properly. They were still using the modem based internet cable line so wifi was off most of the time. We had to use suncloud hotel's internet which is the room beside us. There was no soap, no toothbrushes and toothpaste. The front staff said that i had to buy these things from the convenient store. Also i had to go to the forth floor and transfer to the other elevators to get to the room. This was annoying and time consuming because the elevators were always full of people because the building is shared by three different seacloud hotels. Kolon seacloud was the high price range compared to the other two seaclouds. The service and amenities were worse than the local motel.

This hotel should not be rated as 4 stars hotel, it should be considered as 1 or 2 stars, room and furniture are very outdated with poor maintenance. Wall paper in side the room and carpet outside on the hallway very old and dirty and smelly. Window outlook to ocean is very dirty need to be cleaned. Hotel management should be paid more attention on building maintenance.Overall i did not enjoy my stay with what i have paid for a 4 stars hotel.
