In an ideal location close to Haeundae beach and the city. The hotel also runs a bath house in the building, to which you have free access to. Just ask the front desk for tickets and bring soap, shampoo and other toiletries. The front also sells these items for 1000won. At the locker room, you put your shoes in the shoe locker, take the key to the bigger lockers where you’ll use it to unlock one with the same number as the shoe locker. There are 4 tubs with varying temperatures ranging from cold to warm and to hot. There are also two saunas, one at medium heat and the other so hot I couldn’t even sit down. The hotel room was very clean and spacious, with ample space for luggage and clothes you can hang in the closet. I had a great time at Benikea Hotel and recommend it to anyone who enjoys

I read some review stating how the rooms aren’t renovated but the room I stayed in just pleasantly clean and roomy imo especially for the price. The location is must perfect where everywhere you’d be interested in checking out is pretty much within few minute walk.
I chose this hotel this time because hotel guests have free access to men’s (and women’s separate) sauna. Highly recommended and I will stay at this hotel the next time I visit Haeundae…

Beautiful view of Haeundae Beach from our 18th story room! Very affordable price! Nice beds! Separate toilet room from shower, which was nice. Convenient location for walking to the beach and the markets. We loved our stay at Hotel Benikea!

I liked the breakfast buffet and view from the sky lounge. It was a few minutes walk to beach and markets. Staff was lovely and very helpful.

For towels, I wish they had big towels as well. As a foreigner, I am not used to korean small towel concepts.

The EA of hotels. Looks nice but provides nothing. Towels? That'll be extra. Conditioner? Available at the concierge. Parking? That'll cost you a lot and they suggest you remove your vehicle by 8am otherwise it'll take 30 minutes. They threaten to charge 200,000 if you eat food inside your room. Whole area felt unsafe, worst seaside town in the area, especially if you are a female.

酒店地理位置優越，由地鐵行過去十分鐘左右，行出去海邊都很近；賭場直行五分鐘到；去市場食海鮮也是五分鐘；轉一個街口就是步行街、酒吧、shopping；食店應有盡有，最令人驚喜就是佔卜睇相店子都很多。選擇這個酒店原因除了位置方便；房間清潔；就是spa和桑拿房免費提供。能夠免費體驗韓式三溫暖，確是超值！
唯一不足之處就是8：20最後預約；唯有浸完才出去食飯！酒店沒早餐供應；酒店樓下就是coffee shop；出去食早餐；食店都多選擇；
去廣安里看大橋夜景；坐地鐵只要四個站
去新世界樂天百貨只坐三個站；很方便！

great space, great location, staff were very helpful in getting us a room that was safe for a baby. The rooms are a little outdated and the bathroom definitely has some rusting (possibly needs some maintenance) - overall the room was still comforatble for us!

We really LOVED this hotel. Very close to the beach like 5 mins walking. There are restaurants nearby. (but note that they are overly expensive, tourist price) Room was clean and spacious. The best part is they gave free sauna tickets for the hotel guests!!!
Will definitely stay again.

I love this property!! This is the second time I have stayed here. This time we were stayed in the suite with 6 of us. It was a great room with 2 toilets, 2 sinks and a shower. There were 2 double beds and 2 twins and very spacious with a fridge and kettle. I also love that you can go to the spa here for free, as many times as you want. They have 3 hot tubs, a cold tub and 2 saunas. You can ask for a robe at the front desk to wear to the sauna. This hotel is also in an excellent area, only a 5 minute walk from the night market and many restaurants as well as the beach. If I go to Busan, I will stay here again!! Highly recommend. They also speak English which is an added bonus!!!

Great Location

Haeundae is a pretty popular city filled with restaurants, bars and entertainment. This hotel is a great choice if you’re wanting to take part in all of those things, but still want a quiet area to retreat to when you’re done. It is within walking distance of the beach, aquarium, and main strip.

Under the present circumstances with restrictions, it was a comfortable stay for my 2 nights, good location and would look up hotel if I visit again! They may need to tell where exactly the access to the car Parking is being behind and in another building as can confuse on arrival as the front of hotel on the Busy Street, however it is across from the Hotel rear entrance so very close and accessable.

Good location and that's about it

We could not check in 15 minutes early! And the site said free-parking, but that is limited free parking. We had to park at a public parking lot and pay 15,000 won and walk 2 blocks to hotel. I found this hotel cheaper on expedia after I booked and sent to Hotels.com but never heard back from them. The difference was significant! This is ok last resort hotel for 1 or 2 nights.

地點，飯店離地鐵走路約１０分鐘，離海雲台，海雲台市場較近，吃的不用擔心，離藍線列車也大概走１０分鐘，算是相當方便，旁邊有ＧＳ２５

便利な場所でした。

温泉の大浴場に入れるのが良かった。ただ、シャンプーや石鹸類がないのと、ドライヤーが有料なので、髪濡れたままで部屋にもどってからドライヤーするのが面倒てました。あとお風呂は20:30までに入らないといけないので、もう少し遅くまで入れたらいいなと思いました。

ルームキーは1枚なので、そこも少し不便だった。

部屋は広くオンドルで暑いくらいでした。

スタッフの人は英語話せる人と話せない人がいて、全体的にあまり優しくはなかった。

ビーチも近いしコンビニは1Fにあって便利です。1Fにレストランもあるし、何よりスパが利用できるからすごく良かったです。サウナや垢すりもあり、清潔な大浴場でした。部屋もキレイで広さもちょうど良く、快適でした。空港からのリムジンバスも近くに停り、迷わずにホテルに着きました。

2回目の宿泊です。海雲台のビーチからも近く、バス停も近く、飲食店も多いので、とても便利です。温泉があるのも、とても気にいってます。ただ、夜は9時前に終わってしまうが残念です。毎日、朝の入浴ですが、疲れが取れて良いです。室内は、清潔ですし、この金額であれば、大満足です。素敵なカフェも増えてますし、釜山に行く際は、海雲台でこちらのホテルをリピートしたいと思ってます。

また、バスタオルが置いていない。

출장 때 이용하는 호텔인데 조식 서비스를 시작했네요. 가격 대비 좋구요. 해운대해수욕장, 먹거리 골목 바로 근처라 위치는 더할나위없이 좋습니다.
다만 주차요금 하루 15,000원 추가입니다.
아침,저녁으로 온천대중탕 무료 이용할수 있어 너무 좋습니다.

7年ぶり２度目の利用。チェクインが自動の機械式になっていた。お風呂の時間などそのほか全く案内が無く、どう利用するかを問い合わせると日本語の説明書を渡される。
20代後半くらいの男性のスタッフでしたが、全てが面倒くさい様でした。
どうせならチェックインの際に渡すべき。
あと、部屋で蚊に刺されてフロントにスプレーが無いか問い合わせしましたが、無い‥とのひと言。
眠れないので、ホテル1階のコンビニに夜中買いに行きました。ありえません。
ベッドなど寝具や大浴場はとても良かったです。

2度目の利用です。このホテルはまずは立地が最高に良い。ビーチ、海雲台伝統市場、サムゲタン、ふぐスープ店、あわび粥店、　などの飲食店が徒歩圏内に沢山あります。　施設内サウナスパ温泉♨️は朝５時〜２１時時まで営業なので　朝晩利用しました、さすが天然温泉なのでお肌はツルツルになり　垢すりコーナーもありました　次回の釜山旅行でもリピ確定。
