This hotel is way past its prime. Carpets are soiled and threadbare, hallways reek of cleaning solution, lights are so dim you can barely see yourself, and staff is rigidly disinterested in the clients. We would never stay there again.

The large tour groups that arrive and depart make using the elevators a nightmare!
The room was not as clean and modern as the room I stayed in 5 years ago.
The stupidest thing I encountered in the room was the room safe. It was located on the floor! This means every time I needed to add or remove something meant laying down on the floor! Crazy!
Overall, I would NOT recommend staying at this property.

Comfortable and well-located hotel

Very reasonably priced room for its great location right at the famed Haeundae beach (about 5min walk away). The area it was in had lots of shops and food options right next to it, including lots of convenience stores.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and reasonably sized for the price.

The staff were also very helpful (in English) with various things, holding our bags in storage both before and after check in.

Stayed here for 2 days and Most of service cleanliness and experience was good. Except I had a hard time taking elevator around the check out and check in time, it took us to wait around 15min to take the elevator.

The property is in a good location for the Haeundae Beach walking area. Near many of the reasons that you would go to the beach (restaurants, Open air markets, clubs, bars, general entertainment, etc.)

What was disappointing about the property was in a few areas. 1) Room climate control is centralized so rooms could be in full heating when you need cooling. Room was 80 degrees and climbing. Hotels solution was to bring a fan. 2) Hotel staff not knowledgeable on hotel room amenities such as which sockets provide 110V. Staff advised Wife to plug in 110V baby bottle warmer into 220v socket- I was able to catch this in time.

The 2 things that were very disappointing is the shower and parking. Shower hot water doesn’t seem to be all that hot and in this cold weather, it just doesn’t want to make u take showers because the water isn’t that hot. To take your car out the valet parking is a massive pain. One car at a time and people are waiting for them one by one. Just gets frustrating.

Great location--five minute walk to Haeundae Beach

A two-night stay in the city where I live as relatives were staying at my place. The corner suite was nice and the bed comfy, but attention to detail re housekeeping was not up to par. There was a long hair on the coffee table, a torn wrapper peeking out from under a nightstand, and soap not washed from a bathroom tray.

This property sits on the Haeundae Strip, a very popular tourist area in Busan. The nightlife can be active and noisy so if that is a concern re sleeping, simply ask for a room that doesn't face the Strip. The location means quick access to numerous restaurants, bars, convenience stores, the Metro and bus lines, and best of all, Haeundae Beach.

Despite the housekeeping issues, I would DEFINITELY stay at this property again and would recommend it to others.

Location is great, room is okay. Downside is that only 2 lifts (instead of 4) are working \"to save electricity\". So there are times that I have to wait really long for the elevator, plus I don't like that I have to enter a crowded elevator during the covid times.

좋은 위치, 3성급으로 느껴지는 호텔

해운대 main street인 구남로에 위치해있고 해운대역과도 인접해있어 위치는 좋습니다. 다만 하운대역 도로에서 새벽까지 오토바이 소음이 들리고 암막커튼이 아니라 아침 햇빛때문에 숙면을 취하지 못했습니다.
소음에 예민한 편이라 조용한 객실을 요청했는데 비교적 고층이었음에도 도로 소음은 잘 방음이 되지 않는듯 합니다.
객실 사이즈도 생각보다 너무 작았고 옷장이 있는 복도 쪽 전구도 작동이 되지 않아 어두웠습니다.
4성급 호텔이라고 되어있지만 리셉션에서 컨시어지 서비스 (간단한 물건을 객실로 올려주는 등)도 제공이 되지 않았고 전반적 환경도 3성급으로 느껴졌습니다. 직원분들은 친절하고 잘 응대했습니다.

海雲台駅の目の前で地下鉄で移動しても楽でした。
駅前なのでタクシーも拾いやすい。
１Ｆにはコンビニとスタバがあり便利でした。
メイン通りにホテルがあるため、周りに店が多く困る事もなく、また夜間の帰宅も周りに店や灯りがあるので安心して歩ける。
パラダイスカジノまでは１０分程度歩かなければいけないが、街や店を散策できて良かった。

바다뷰 필요 없으면 역이랑 가까운 게 매우! 큰 장점

단점 하나로는 당장은 옆 건물 공사중이라는 점...그런데 생각만큼 시끄럽진 않았음 어차피 밤에는 공사 안하기도 하니 별로 문제는 안 되리라 생각

해운대에 위치해서 정말 좋았어요. 해운대에서 물놀이하고 씻기도, 배고플때 보이는 부산 맛집 가기도 좋았습니다. 또, 다들 정말 친절하세요. 특히, 여름 휴가 성수기때라 주차할 곳이 부족했는데 외부주차장에도 다 호텔측에서 주차해주셨어요. 관광 관련 문의할 때도 친절하게 답해주셨구요~
다만 객실이 조금 좁아서 캐리어 두개 펼쳐놓기가 힘들었어요. 창가 옆 쇼파에 올려놓았는데 준비할 때 둘이 동선이 겹쳐 번거롭더라구요~
그래도 장점이 너무 커 단점이 크게 거슬리진 않았습니다.

전 언제쯤 체크인 할 수 있죠?

체크인 하는데 거의 두시간 걸렸어요. 시스템 문제냐고 물어보니 사람이 갑자기 몰려서 그렇다는 답변을 들었어요. 미리 준비해야 하지 않았을까요? 룸이 19층에 있었는데, 엘리베이터가 너무 느리고 두 대밖에 없어 사람이 몰리는 시간에는 항상 너무 오래 기다려서 지치고 힘들었습니다. 위치가 좋아서 이 호텔을 선택했지만 옆에 공사장에서 새벽부터 시끄러운 소리가 들려서 잠도 제대로 자지 못했어요. 가족여행에 좋은 호텔은 절대로 아닙니다. 가족에게 욕먹습니다. 그냥 젊은 친구들끼리 가기 좋은 곳이네요. 직원들이 친절하긴 했지만 효율적으로 일하는 것 같진 않았습니다. 특히 메니저급 양복 입은 분들...느리고 우왕좌왕. 여하튼 태어나서 처음 겪는 경험이었습니다. 혹시 누군가 이 호텔에 묵게 되시면 체크인 시간 피해서 늦게 늦게 체크인 하세요. 늦게 체크인 한다고 늦게 체크아웃 할 수 있는 건 아니지만 겨우 호텔 도착했는데 몇시간씩 기다리면서 시간 낭비하는 것 보다는...
