Friendly staff. Nice sweets on the front desk - black currant was the best. Good to have a bottle of water waiting in the room. What’s the toilet seat all about? Who thought a neon lime toilet seat was a good idea? Bathroom may have designed by a 12 year old with no taste.

The carpet was worn and dirty beyond all reasonable cleanliness standard.
The bedroom was so small we could not find space for our 2 carry-on suitcases.
The bathroom was tiny, for example, the shower was so small we kept bumping onto the faucet while showering...that turns off the water flow.
Besides, even with GPS, driving to the hotel was problematic, due to many one way roads going through the town.

We arrived very late and left very early. The room and bathroom were fine and so was the parking. We were pretty tired so we weren't being particularly discerning. The staff though, were simply outstanding for they helped us check in even though we arrived at nearly midnight on a public holiday!

Building and decor are a bit tired, it is called the Kyriad Hotel and Restaurant but was told on check-in that the restaurant was closed. No reason given just closed on a Saturday night.
The room was reasonable but the aircon pushed out hot air and when I told reception the answer was that there was nobody to look at it and they had no other rooms available. We were then subjected to all the lights on the A/C control panel flashing all night, could not turn them off, I guess this is what it does when it is faulty.
Curtains in the room were hanging off the hooks and whe whole place looks uncared for.
I know it is cheap but there are better places to stay than this - don't bother.

Hôtel un peu vieillot (peintures défraîchies, lit grinçant, l’eau met du temps à chauffer) qui gagnerait s’il était un peu modernisé. Cependant nous y sommes restés 4 jours et nous y étions biens. Chambre plutôt spacieuse, propreté impeccable, équipement de base d’une chambre d’hôtel (bouilloire, télé, wifi…) Le personnel est très agréable et bienveillant. L’hôtel se situe à quelques mètres du tram donc pratique si vous voulez vous déplacer sans utiliser la voiture.

la chambre était petite mais confortable et propre, assez calme donnant sur l'arrière du bâtiment. Le lit est confortable nous y avons bien dormi sans avoir recours aux bouchons d'oreille. La salle de bain était très propre. Je ne suis resté qu'une nuit et j'avais une chambre PMR. C'était parfait , une chambre accessible sur tout les points, propres et très grande , très agréable de pouvoir tourner partout quand on est en fauteuil.Je reviendrais dans cet établissement. Un accueil agréable .

L'accueil a été fort sympathique mais je n'en dirais pas autant de la chambre un vrai frigo avec une soufflerie permanente qui diffusait du froid membre sur 35 , nous en avons parlé à l'accueil qui était au courant panne de chauffage . Du coup j'ai passé une nuit blanche et aucun geste de l'hôtel . De plus pour un hôtel 3 étoile les toilettes étaient limites . Un peu de vinaigre pourrait résoudre le problème de tartre . Je ne conseil cet hôtel â personne je n'avais qu'une hâte en partir . Dans ma vie je suis allée beaucoup à l'hôtel c'est un des pires .

Later ergens ander in een Kyriad hotel gezeten maar daar bleek toch wel dat niet alle Kyriad's dezelfde formule hanteren qua ontbijt. Hier was het erg goed. Bushalte vlakbij.
