The staff were v attentive and helpful. Esp happy with Indrajit. The only negative was the fact that they on Sundays they do not have any a l carte restaurant service - we had to have an expensive buffet which we were to tired to do any justice to.

The hotel is excellent if you have to be in Hinjewadi or nearby areas. The room size is good, hotel vibe is fresh, the staff is excellent as expected and the buffet has enough variety. All in all, recommended for the individual as well as family.

The shower room has a design flaw where the main shower head is located too close to the wall and it restricts movement as one has to be very close due to the short length of overhead pipe. And Sakshi puts too much oil in the eggs :)

Nitpicking aside, it’s a good place for the money

The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel needs to install dehumidifiers. There is a STRONG mildew odor that hits you in the face when you walk into the hotel room. This smell is so pervasive that it was unpleasant to stay in the room. Upon returning home, I've had to clean wash all the belongings that I had with me, including electronic, because they also smelled of mildew very strongly. I have several articles of clothing that after being washed twice, still smell badly. The conditions in this hotel are unhealthy. When I complained of this to the staff, they tried to rectify it by placing an air purifier in my room. It did not help.

Avoid this hotel unless you like mildew.

Had terrible experience. Will NOT suggest anyone to stay here bcoz of following reasons
Approach road - very bad. Lonely area. Don’t feel safe
Checkin time -30 mins. After escalating.
Breakfast-a) during checkin was informed timings are 6-11:30 but in reality they told its only 11.
B) table given with cutlery, napkin towel. For each thing had to request and see weird reaction from staff
C) ask for 3 towels, gave us 2
D) breakfast food quality- not upto 5 star standard. Ordered waffle.. served without cream. Famous Maharashtrian food misal paval served without all ingredients eg lemon, onions , mixture. Dosa was served with pinch of chutneys.
Hotel staff .. inexperienced, not approachable, for any request have to give reminders, smile - looks like it is gone with wind
E) 11 o’clock received prompt call for checkout by noon or else will be charged. Called staff By noon to help us on checked procedures. No one turned up for 30 mins. Had to personally take all my luggage and proceed for CAB.

cons - 50 % of towels smell like wet towels
noisy weddings on site thst you cannot even have a conversation in your own room
over 10 days stay they cannot even stock basic iyems like pepsi
charged Rs 8000 for SUV but instead provided basic car with no reduced price for service and was already late by 20 mins
toilets need to be flushed multiple times to flush properly
will never stay at any raddison hotels again

Very Good stay overall

Everything was excellent - room stay, cleanliness, service. Food spread could have been a bit better, though not falling short of what is expected in this star category.
Cons: The only put-off during my time here was the live music during dinner, the singer was awful. Lack of garden space could also be listed, though not a deal breaker.

Other local options should be tried first...

This was the second time I stayed here. The first time wasn’t great either, but thought it might have been a one off. Unfortunately the room is considerably smaller than it looks in the pics, the pool closes at 6 pm! The bathroom was not a 4-star hotel bathroom, needed considerable updating. The staff was friendly, but the property needs to be updated and it’s location is hard to reach, down a long single lane dirt road. Also, got no sleep because dogs were barking all night, then in the morning, a car alarm or honking was right outside my window.

Great Hotel & great service. Excellent staff & customer service.
The best part about the hotel is that they even got our car washed & cleaned up for the next day use after a long journey. Such amazing hospitality make Radisson Blu Pune Hinjewadi stand apart from all the rest of the hotels.
I travel frequently to Pune & will make it a point to always revisit this hotel. Thank you !

A stay worth every penny

Excellent rooms, good view from the windows, amazing service.
And last but not the least, amazing food.
The hotel is little away from the main highway, however that can be ignored if you are looking for an amazing stay at an affordable price.

The services offered by the hotel for business class rooms are the best I heard till date and really impressive.

Stayed at this hotel to check if it lives up the advertised luxury. Unfortunately, facilities are overrated for the price that they charge. Hillton provides much better service and facilities at a similar price. Certainly not a value for money hotel. The staff also didn't clean the hotel room on 2nd day though there was no 'Don't clean' board put. Service & breakfast was average.

Excellent hotel in Hinjewadi

The hotel staff, room interiors were excellent. The only improvement area would be Buffet Dinner. The taste was bland, the food was cold and the spread of Buffet Dinner Menu was not really great.

Needs improvement

I choose Radisson blu to stay at max, but this time it was a poor experience. The services were poor and we have to call the reception again and again even for the simple and basic needfuls. Sometimes the bath towel is absent and sometimes the dental kits. Again there was no one to receive us on the gate, when we arrived the Hotel. Though the Gym instructors were co-operative enough, especially Mr. Bhagyesh and Mr. Suraj. One one fine day it was so rustic in the hotel, where we have to wait for nearly half an hour in the lobby itself for the lift to go, and we asked for the 'way through stairs', the authorities said there is no such way. Last but not the least, the only amenity that made us happy was the arrangement of breakfast with all healthy food, juices and proper snacks. In my personal opinion I am not gonna prefer to stay once again in this Hotel of Pune.

Pleasant Place in Pune

EVERYthing was wonderful. Check in staff AnAnd was so very polite even after his long night shift. I possibly needed another room, and he was so accomodating to place me in a location that could later be turned into an adjoining room.
One negative: one of the occupants called down to order traditional Indian Lime Soda and the person did not know what she was talking about. Of course she got upset within reason as we WERE in INDIA and this drink is considered LOCAL!!! I thought it was somewhat funny, and my laughing only made her more upset. She complained in person directly to management.
I rated the local area a frown, because the view out the window was LOTS of GARBAGE
Personally, I had a great experience!

Modern, bright with friendly atmosphere

Went on a business trip, but found a home-away-from-home.
The facility, the rooms, restaurants, lobby, gym are clean, modern, bright, airy. The staff go beyond the synthetic smiles and treat the guests with warmth and friendliness.
The Cafe Blue staff would try to make each meal special.

場所が不便です。
周辺にレストランがありません。
そのため、ホテルのレストランを１０日間毎日利用していました。
ビュッフェで提供されるメニューは、ほぼ同じような内容でした。
アラカルトで注文すると、出てくるまでに４０～５０分もかかり、仕方なくビュッフェを選んでいました。プネに行く、次の機会がもしあったら、別のホテルを選ぶでしょう。
