I had a very bad experience day1. They gave me a smoking room inspite of my booking for a nonsmoking room. It was stinking. When I asked them to change the room they mentioned sold out.
AC controls were not working
In bath room, shower was not working. I had to literally sit under the tap to take bath. The tap was positioned such a way that I cannot sit under that without bending
Kettle was not working
When I complained, staff not even felt sorry. Simply said, we will change your room for day 2. I could not sleep whole night due to stinking bed sheets and pillows.
Day 2, they changed my room and it was ok.
Overall, rooms are very small but expensive
I demand the hotel to repay room rent for day1. Indeed they should compensate my whole stay , if they care about customers.
