The accommodation was not good. I raised the issue with the reception regarding problems related to the cleanliness of the room, and they promised to resolve the problem and offer compensation with another booking next time along with a room upgrade, but nothing has happened until now.

Address downtown is like a home away from home. The simplicity yet lux of the hotel rooms, the view, the quietness, the little things...above all the staff. Hassan, Sabough, and Kero were really amazing. I felt like I was amongst family. I look forward to coming to the Address Downtown location. I have tried a couple of other addresses, this is by far the best. Thanks for the hospitality and excellence in service.

Room number 1304 which was given to us had faulty ac filter. The person who checked us in was hostile and gave us a bad room intentionally I feel. Only booked for one night and was really disappointed. Couldn’t sleep the whole night because of noise from the AC. Had stayed here previously and had enjoyed my stay hence came back to be majorly disappointed. If you are not booking their fountain view rooms don’t bother to book, they will treat you like second class citizens

The hotel property is most popular for its location next to Dubai Fountains and the Dubai mall. While that is great it’s also a haste to catch a taxi because one finds it very hard to get one given the location being extremely busy. Also area around this hotel is jam packed from 5pm to 8pm.
Depends on what you are looking for it could be a hit or a miss. The room on Hotel.com I booked was One Bedroom Residence. I was shocked to see the room condition which was very poor with broken scratched furniture and very poor upkeep. Upon negotiating for 2 hours I was given an upgrade from residence to hotel side into an executive Suite which was large and well appointed and made the stay pleasant. Although I was asked to pay extra for it at my check out I was relieved of those charges much to the courtesy of the front office staff. So I am thankful to them. If you stay I recommend only the Hotel side not the residence. Also the hotel side has some rooms that are more fresh than others.
Plenty of other good newer address properties I recommend you to pick from such as Address Fountain Views and Address Skyview.

I’m have been at The Address Dubai for 8 days on business and I have extended another 4. The hotel is beautiful and the lobby is a perfect place to hold meetings. It is centrally located and very short walking distance to the Dubai mall along with many great restaurants… including GAL which has a patio over looking the Burj Khalifa.
The rooms are outstandingly elegant and have the best view of the Dubai Fountain. The rooms are kept impeccably clean and I want to say a special thank you to the cleaning crew: Sai Kumar, Damber, and their Supervisor Raj Kumar (1221!) - thanks for taking care of me and keeping me well hydrated with lots of water while I lived at this beautiful hotel for 2 weeks!

The hotel is great the location is ideal and the pool very nice. The service of the front desk was disappointing. Every time we called they did nothing it took 3 hours to print 2 pages and we had to call more than 5 times. Surprise on my husband's birthday
It wasn't close to what's expected we stayed for one night at first we got into the room 3 hours later checkin is supposed to be at 3 pm not 6pm . We waited at the lobby decided to order some food although it was mentioned in the booking that we get around 400 dhs free on food we paid. We order a falafel sandwich with brown bread got a club sandwich! Luckily the staff was nice and returned it we got a falafel sandwich with with white bread but decided to go with the flow. Food usually takes less than an hour to serve if not at least some bread??? Next day we order a club sandwich and get a beef burger we tell the lady waiter its a wrong order she says well i cant cancel the chefs food after he cooked it 😂😂😂😂😂 . We didn't touch the burger just paid for it for nothing. so basically 4 stars rating is best for the hotel. Though we had a suite booked and i am a gold member still got no upgrade and messed up orders.
