This property is very beautiful quiet the staff is amazing and kind and very dependable the surroundings. They need to improve their streets, but they’re building more vehicles around there so hopefully the government gets around to doing that but inside the property it’s so beautiful clean luxurious for the price Their breakfast and their food also is great and they assist you with their transportation, which is very kind

This property was absolutely beautiful. I enjoyed the floating breakfast. I will always remember how beautiful the flower decoration were in the pool. The place was clean and accommodating. Everything was easy to check in and out. We also enjoyed the foot pedicure and manicure along with full body massage.

LOVE the villa in uluwatu

Absolutely gorgeous property away from all noise. Its very spacious and clean. Staff was super supportive and quick in all request. Breakfast in room was worth every penny. Pool was with lot of privacy so you can enter with NO restrictions 😉 ;) and have a quite time with your loved one. View of pool was nothing... thats the only sad part. But this hotel is absolutely worth the choice with all you need. The cherry on the cake was free drop off and pick up anytime anywhere in amazing car n drivers. PLUS free VIP entry to Savaya... which saved us alot. i love this place and people HUM PRASANA SE PRASAN HUEI :)

The Villas was BEAUTIFUL , The tour driver and airport pickup driver Sakura was nice, patient and friendly. The transfer airport driver Paris was nice and friendly also. The food was excellent and delivered to our Villa timely with a smile, the staff was great and accommodating. Check in and check out receptionist was great. The hotel took credit cards so I didn’t have to worry about currency exchange. Excellent place to stay in Bali.

Lovely place in Uluwatu area. So calm and green. Shuttle was very convenient to get to all the areas around the hotel. If you would like to sit in a small beach restaurant (Legends preferably), have a cold beer and grilled fresh red snapper and watch surfers then go to Bingin beach with your shuttle. Food was very tasty, both the breakfast and dinner. Recommend to try it for sure. Restaurant and bar area is very stylish. You feel like in an old country mansion. Rooms need a bit of refreshing maybe, but nothing to really complain much and the ocean view was really amazing. Have an evening talk with a barman if you have time. He’ll tell you about the local life and give you a great tips of the cocktails and tequila.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Prasana. From the moment I arrived, the staff were so welcoming and helpful. Streamlining my check-in and assisting with my bags up the stairs. The villa itself was more beautiful in real life and whilst the ocean views were at a distance, it made the room feel light, bright and airy. I also appreciate the tranquility of its location, which for the most part is quiet. The only exception is that there was some mild roadwork noise nearby, which they seem to be doing late at night. Apart from that, it was like being in my own little sanctuary.

I ended up at the Prasana at the last minute because the villas I went to prior to booking at the Prasana were not to standard.

Upon my arrival at the previous villas and finding out how it was really like, I immediately jumped on Expedia and found the Prasana. Doing to turned around my vacation. The Prasana is an absolute gem.

Upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly staff. Even though I booked the villa only 30 minutes prior to my arrival, it was ready for me. I ended staying in the one bedroom called Amita. The view from the room was absolutely gorgeous. It has its own private pool and kitchen along with outside bath tub. The entire villa was private. I slept with the curtains open and woke up to the amazing sunrise over the Indian Ocean during my stay each day. This particular villa is the highest one on the property I think but I image all the views are amazing from the other villas.

The restaurant attached to the property is also amazing. I had a local fish dish for dinner one night that was simply spectacular. I ate here 4 times out of the 3 days I stayed. They have amazing breakfast and drink choices. They have full bar too that's open until late. Room service was great too. I'm amazed at how they can carry all that food and drink up the stairs to my villa.

I also got a couples massage with my wife at their spa that was also a nice experience and reasonably priced.

I hope to stay here again someday. It's a special place.

Compared to Phuket and some other similar properties and destinations, this is definitely not worth the money we paid.
Prasana staff were friendly and warm generally but the amenities and location is really terrible. There's zero shops or even restaurants within walking distance from the villa and your only transport is the free shuttle provided by the villa but it ends early at 6pm! You will have to find your own transport or pay exorbitant fare for the villas shuttle service after this time.
Moreover, as they only have 2 vehicles for this shuttle service serving the entire property of about 20 villas, there are times where both the vehicles are booked and we have to arrange our own transport to other places of interest and back.
The only restaurant with only 8 tables serve a menu of just 6 breakfast items along with a micro breakfast buffet counter or just a handful of items...
My family stayed 5 nights and had to recycle the breakfast menu by the 3rd day after trying all 6 items on the menu on the 2nd day. Taste was OK though.
In summary, the secluded location and lack of amenities within this property is terrible in comparison to Phuket. Rooms were also unclean with the blinds louvres visibly dusty. I can feel the very minimal housekeeping and they don't change the bedsheets before, during and,I think, even after our stay there. Stains were observed on walls and bedsheets.
It's really not worth the money we paid for the stay.

The view from our villas was incredible and the staff esp ladies at the spa were very warm and welcoming. Housekeeping could be improved a little as some of the cushions on the lounge chairs were a little mouldy and behind the curtains in the bedroom you could see dirt which had been there a while. Other than that really enjoyed our stay and would stay again when in Ungasan

Free shuttle was super convenient, and the entire villa was super clean they even offered free floaters and dropped off cute mini desserts for us every night. Definitely opt for the free breakfast and to top it off everything we ordered from breakfast and bbq wings were amazing.

Room was beautiful and very spacious. Loved the two sinks and free standing bath in the courtyard. The free shuttle was brilliant, there isn’t anything close by and there’s no real centre so you need to know where you want to go. Lots of people seem to explore by scooter.

We loved that they used refillable glass bottles instead of the plastic many hotels use. The first night we had a cork stopper in the bottle which was fine. The rest of the time we had cap tops which could only be removed using a bottle opener but the room didn’t have one so we kept having to call reception to have one brought down and we had to open them on the spot as they wouldn’t leave it with us. It was odd things like this which slightly detracted from how good the hotel could be.

The pool was lovely but there was no view unless you class the roofs of other villas so the infinity pool style was a little lost.

The food was good for breakfast and light bites / lunch and there was no additional charge to eat in the room which was nice. It was a little strange having to order breakfast the day before... this could easily be done the same morning.

The hotel arranged a very reasonably priced taxi to the airport for us too. You have to secure a card deposit when you arrive. We settled our bill using cash as it was the end of the holiday. It was only once we’d done this that we were told we could have used the secure deposit and it would take 21 days for a refund of that which seems excessive.

I originally booked Prasana for one night. After staying there our first night the Villa we stayed afterwards did not compare. The driver who picked me up from the airport held a sign with our names so it was easy to identify him. When I arrived at the villa I was greeted with a cold hand towel and a glass of a delicious ginger flavored drink. It was very refreshing after traveling for almost 22 hrs. Check in went smoothly, it only took about 5 mins and then I was escorted to my room. They gave me a tour of my villa, showed me how to use the a/c, tv and phone if I needed to call them for anything. They even WhatsApp messaged me to check if I needed help with my bags in the morning when I was leaving. The room I stayed in was the One bedroom sunrise villa and the view in the morning was spectacular! Getting to watch the sunrise while eating breakfast by the pool was amazing! We even had a slight ocean view. Overall I had an amazing experience. So much so that I changed my accommodations for two of the nights I stayed in Bali and decided to stay at the Prasana instead! I would definitely recommend staying here at least two nights of your stay! It was further way from most of the tourist attractions in Ubud but it was close to the Omnia Day club and The edge which are two relaxing but scenic spots to visit it Bali

We stayed for our honeymoon and the stay was incredible. The location, view and villas are amazing and the staff could not be friendlier or more helpful. The breakfast service all day is ideal and the food is OK. We had some amazing meals in the restaurant and in room as well but also some only OK meals. The pool is a tad cold would be our only complaint.

My boyfriend and I stayed 2 nights here and originally booked a 1 BR Sunrise Villa but since they were fully booked we were upgraded to a 2 BR Sunrise Villa! it was clean and spacious, and completely private. The customer service was outstanding. They had a shuttle where they could drop off and pick up anywhere within 5km so we were able to use it to grab food outside the resort and go to the GWK Cultural Park. When we needed anything such it be candles or a shuttle Mia would send it promptly. We also had an early morning flight (7am) and would miss breakfast and they kindly arranged a take out breakfast for us to eat at the airport! Would gladly come back again :)

Prasana is gorgeous and we seriously couldn't believe what you get for the price. They also accommodated our very early check-in and gave us drinks while they prepared the room. The food was meh, but the property was amazing and the rooms (more like apartments) have more than you could possibly need! What I loved about staying here was the free shuttle service. Cabs in Uluwatu rip you off more than other places in Bali because there's less drivers (much less traffic as well) so they demand higher rates. We had the WhatsApp to the free shuttle service and this made our stay so productive and efficient. Next time I visit Bali I only want to stay at places with free shuttles! Of course if you ride a scooter then it won't matter, but my friends and I wanted to drink at day clubs and wifi is horrible in Bali in general, so we didn't trust ourselves riding scooters unfortunately. We thought we'd die or just get lost. Loved Prasana!

Wonderful service from staff! Well-appointed room with two heat exchangers, one for bathroom and one for bedroom. Free shuttle service within 5km. Nothing within walking distance, but some nice beaches within 5km. Be aware that Pool Villa does not have exterior view, only the Sunrise Villa does (the pictures imply that both do). Quiet until roosters outside decide it is morning. Slow WiFi, like most other areas. Expensive food. Would recommend as an inexpensive entry to try a villa.

We had an amazing 3 days at Prasana, the service was wonderful our sunrise villa was beautiful & peaceful with stunning views to the sea. We absolutely loved it. We hired a scooter to explore the area as it is a little \"remote\" oasis. We would happily stay here again. Thank you.

We loved our stay at Prasana, the villas are amazing and we were so sad to leave. One of the best features is the option of having breakfast in your room at no extra charge which is perfect when you have enjoyed too many cocktails the night before. Prasana is a bit isolated but the hotel offers a free transport service to the local area so you don't have to spend lots on taxis. The staff were so friendly and attentive, they definitely made our stay. We will be back and highly recommend the Prasana.

Nice hotel, but lack of maintence is evident. Our villa had broken glass up the stairs when we arrived. Pillows smelt mouldy, after they were changed still smelt. After speaking with another guest they made comment about the smelly pillows and linen to. Very secluded and lacked atmosphere. however staff are very helpful and went out of the way to make us welcome. Have stayed in a lot of 5 star hotels and unfortunately this one just didn't hit the mark. Again but staff were lovely and very welcoming and friendly.

Prasana is actually yet to be officially opened, it is managed by Arjani Resort which does an amazing job at it. Staff are extremely friendly and happy to chat to you. Due to the remote location, some might be turned off by the dirt road leading into the hotel but once you step inside the room, it is quite impressive. Bonuses are the free transport to the nearby Sunday Beach Club or even into town, the free 1 hour Balinese massage by Menaka Spa and the excellent Wifi. Cons are the remote location and that puts you out of reach of other dinner options, especially when you don't have transport and also the marble stone they uses seems to be easily stained as I had left my glass of mojito overnight and the stains were unable to be removed.

Very peaceful stay and beautiful villa

Myself and my partner had an amazing one week stay at Prasana. After looking online for two weeks and through many reviews we finally found Prasana which was suitable for what we wanted and had good reviews. It was our first time to Bali so we didn't really know where was best to stay but we did want somewhere quiet away from the hustle and bustle of seminyak and somewhere to just relax for a week. The villas seemed a little bit out of the way down a bumpy road but it was only a few minutes drive and once you were on the main road you weren't far from places. the staff were always very accommodating for giving us a lift when and wherever we wanted and would also come pick us up when we needed we just had to call them. We also hired a scooter for a few days which was great to get out and explore. All of the staff were great, they couldn't do enough for us. We loved our one bed villa, it was so peaceful and private, it was serviced every day and our bed was turned down on an evening and a sweet treat left for us both.

I was delighted when I arrived at how beautiful, modern and large my villa was. It rained a lot while I was there but it didn't matter as I was happy to make the most of such a gorgeous villa. The hotel staff were so helpful, friendly and accommodating and always happy to help with every request. The service was exceptional. It was so peaceful and relaxing. I can't wait to go back and stay for longer next time.

Surprised by the level of luxury

I have recently spent 4 nights at Prasana and I was so impressed by the appointment and quality of the rooms and the attention to detail of the staff. They are well trained and could deliver a quality Negroni even at 11pm at night. Nothing was a bother and their earnest nature made it a joy to interact with them. Regards the private villas - so well detailed and of such a high standard. Really impressed. We will be back.
