Room was comfortable. However the room was located next to the gate entry and not as quiet as I would have liked. The staff were extremely friendly, accommodating, helpful and responsive. In addition staff were happy, attentive and appreciative. Enjoyed adult only atmosphere!

The staff worked so hard to make our staff relaxed and amazing! The free breakfast was delicious and nourishing and the resort is right on the beach not too far from the boat harbour. Absolutely stunning!! I am so greatful and will be back again!! I highly recommend

The hotel is directly on a beautiful beach with snorkeling just a 1 minute walk down the beach toward the dock area. We saw many turtles and a bit to the right of the turtles and further out is a reef with live coral and amazingly colourful fish.
The staff is AMAZING. From the time we checked in to when we left, they went out of their way to assist us. Two in particular were so impressive, Dwan and Ecko.
The rooms are basic but clean. Everything we needed was there.
The food and beverages were tasty and a good size portion. We especially enjoyed our evening dinners on the beach. The BBQ food was delicious. Highly recommend if you want to get away to relax and enjoy the ocean.

Lovely hotel set on the beach with probably the best snorkelling in Gili Meno. The staff are great and make an effort to know your name - lovely! I had an upgrade to a villa which was spacious and very comfortable. Very nice ambience.

Excellent hotel on this little island. Quiet location which was ideal for us.
The staff are amazing wanting to do all they can to make sure your stay is perfect.
The food is great we ate at the hotel every night and had fabulous food.
We stayed in a garden view bungalow which was very close to the main building and beach, literally steps away.
Great location to visit the turtle sanctuary and if you like to snorkel you can hire masks at the hotel and see them in the sea.

Right on the beach front, good size clean pool although some tiles missing. Good size villa but does not have a kettle and storage space for clothes is very limited. The roads on Gili Meno are dirt tack so use a large rucksack or the house taxi's.
Staff are helpful and provided a good service. The food was excellent and not to badly priced.
You can hire snorkeling kit and other bits at an extra cost.

This was an unbelievable stay. We walked around all of Gili Meno and Gili T and this had the best beach access and beach view by far. The infinity pool overlooking the beach can’t be beat! The staff were amazing and very accommodating. Despite some elements feeling a little weathered, everything was incredible clean with a beautiful aesthetic.

Perfect spot on Gili Meno

Fantastic location right on a beautiful beach were you can snorkel. Room was very comfortable (sea view bungalow) with a good sized bathroom and loads of storage space.
The pool was a really good size with sunbeds around it. The staff were all amazing, very friendly and attentive the whole time we were there. The food was also top notch with a good mix of traditional and western dishes. Only slight negative was the flaky WiFi.
We were very pleased with our choice and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would happily have stayed longer.

Absolutely fantastic location...only 10 minute walk from boat dock.
Excellent location for snorkelling right in front of resort, clear water, lots of turtles, coral and fish, white sand beach.
Awesome views from the top story lounge area...great place to quietly chill out.
The resort plays a nice selection of chilled music.
Breakfast buffet was only average, some of the restaurant food was excellent though.
In its day this would have been the premier spot, but now overall the resort is somewhat tired and rundown.
The worst thing was the sewerage smell in certain areas.
I would recommend... mainly for the location.

This was our 4th stay however unsure if we would return. An error was made by the resort re some booking arrangements and transport, which they denied, however i had emails which proved otherwise. On forwarding these received no response or acknowledgment. Sheets were dirty and had holes in them, we requested they be changed. On our return they replaced king sheet with 2 singles for the rest of our stay? Tried to book a massage by ph, told i had to go to reception, then given incorrect info at time of massage and the massage was cut short by 10mins. The breakfast was terrible and always cold, but the fruit selection was ok. Other than reception staff the others were lovely. Overall, the stay was weird, the resort disorganised with noticable cost cutting. One positive is they gave us a free boat transfer when we left, however still never took responsibility for the arrival transfer mess up. We spent 1 month in Bali in various locations with no issues except here. Such a shame as such a beautiful location and so much potential. I hope they lift their game.

What a lovely hotel in an amazing place!

From the moment we arrived, the staff were tentative to our needs and the beach bungalow which we stayed in was excellent! We ate our meals regularly in the hotel and the food was lovely, as well as the cocktails! The hotel is situated right in front of the most amazing coral reef filled with an abundance of sea life including turtles. The hotel kindly arranged a private boat to take us to the neighbouring islands and back. Snorkelling equipment and towels were always available and the swimming pool was very clean. All in all I wish I could’ve stayed much longer!

Not a great stay at Seri Resort!

Let me start by saying I searched a LOT of hotels on Gili Meno before deciding to go with Seri. On the surface, this hotel appears nice at first. Then as soon as you look a little closer, you notice a lot of things that need attention. The white curtains in the room were ripped and stained. The white sheets in the room were also stained. Because the curtains are white, they let in a lot of light causing us to be woken each morning very early during our stay. We were only there for two days and in that time, the shower suddenly turned off twice in the middle of the shower. We had to call the reception and they came to fix it but it took some time and it was quite aggravating. The WiFi was very spotty and there are different networks for different areas in the hotel causing some inconvenience for signing in over and over. The beach is all crushed coral and very painful to walk on so water shoes are a must. The sliding door to the bathroom area was off the track and did not close easily. The staff was nice enough but did not do anything above or beyond (we had just come from a hotel in Ubud that could not have been nicer or more accommodating). They did not ask us how our stay was upon checkout nor did they apologize for any of the issues we had. Overall, we did not enjoy our stay here and I would not recommend this hotel.

Quaint hotel on the beach

Beautiful property on the beach. Helpful staff and quite prompt service. The speed boats can drop you off just in front of the hotel.
Rooms are just right for two persons, triple occupancy is trying to squeeze in an extra person. Extra mattress provided on the floor. The entire property is sparkling clean. A nice swimming pool in front of the sea for those who want an extra dip in the water.
Good food and drinks. The breakfast is more like a brunch where one can order from a fixed menu. Quality of food is excellent.
Many small eating places along the beach for those who want to experiment different eating places. The hotel itself is around 5-7 mins walk from the so called activity center of the island where most of the shops are. The only negative is that the beach in front of the hotel is not very good for swimming. Sharp marine residues on the ocean floor makes it difficult to walk with bare foot. There are other areas on the island which are better for swimming.

I am severely disappointed in Seri Resort on Gili Meno. The pictures look beautiful but the place is a half a star at best.

The rooms were extremely dirty. Stains on the sheets, pillows and curtains, tons of stains. Shower is concrete resembling a public shower on a dirty beach, and different bugs throughout the room, as well as a cockroach in the shower.

The restaurant was a joke. Pretty views but poor food quality. There are two cats with missing limbs running around the dinning room from outside. I had a black hair in my tacos. When I informed the waitress that I didn’t want to eat else and wanted to just pay for my drink, she went and ordered a completely different meal I didn’t ask for and said it would be just fine. I didn’t want to eat because there was hair in my food not because I decided on something else? I told her I didn’t want to order that or eat that, and paid for my drink.

The restaurant and pool servers made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Constantly asking me questions about my personal life and why I was traveling alone, one even to asked to take pictures with me while in my swimsuit. Also, the pool servers uncomfortably stare that the women all day long and it’s not okay.

Overall, extremely overpriced, dirty and not something I wouldn’t recommend whatsoever.

Lovely hotel, easy to walk around the island from here, Quiet and relaxing space. great rooms, excellent strong wifi and good buffet breakfast. This is on a perfect beach with turtles in the shallows directly opposite the hotel. The hotel can organise snorkelling or dive trips but its cheaper to book direct at local shops. There are lots of local restaurants nearby with sunsset views and live music too.
My only negative comment is there is no shade over the pool and the water was too hot to relax in!

Great location!

Rough start getting a beachside bungalow that was so full sun that the air-con didn't even cool the room down. Hotel moved us no probs to one that was a bit more shady and then it was wonderful. Loved being able to barefoot walk around the whole place. The pool was full sun so by the end of the day it was too hot to swim in. Kids pool was shaded but right next to their sewerage pipes so anytime anyone flushed the toilet there was a horrible smell. The beach here is beautifully clean and snorkelling/swimming amazing! Heaps of turtles swimming about.

Give a \"Bale Hut\" a try!

We had booked a \"Bale Hut\" without realising and it was truly a great and memorable experience. Basic and simple and that's all you need in the resort as the pool area is so nice!

We both had the best nights sleep we'd had in over a month of travelling. 1/2 mosquito bites but nothing insane considering you are basically sleeping outdoors. I highly recommend. It was our favourite island of the 3 Gili's as if was calm and un-spoilt. Nice food to be found around the island too.

The \"Hut\" was cleaned daily and the shared bathrooms always clean and fresh. There was a fan that was better than most AC!!

Snorkelling just out the front of the hotel is called turtle heaven and we saw heaps of turtles and fish here! Awesome holiday!! Highly recommended.

Bautiful beach and lovely pool next to the beach

We were very pleased with the hotel staff, particularly the good humour of reception staff Wira. We stayed in beach bungalows at the back of the resort. They are very basic but comfortable, however mosquitos can be an issue if you don't hurry under the mosquito net. They are plenty of loungers and bean bags around the pool and beach to relax. The only real issue I would point out is that I feel the cost of the resort was far too high. Everything from the food to hiring a snorkel felt like they were having a bit of a laugh. However, a relaxing environment and a great place to recharge.

Dining area is on second floor with steep steps, and a shisha lounge is on the 3rd floor. Views to ocean and Mt. Rinjani on Lombok are good on clear days. Overall, the resort is very high quality. Definitely more like a 4-star than a 2-star. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is very good, and the spa was also very nice.

I stayed in one of the cottages, and it was adorable. The bathroom was very spacious, and immaculate. The only complaint about the room is that you can feel a little on display, as the bedroom is surrounded by windows, and the cottages are on the main pathway through the resort. Easily solved by closing the curtains, but then you can't see the view!

The resort is a bit of a walk from some of the other resorts/restaurants on the island, but the food was very good, so I didn't mind eating there every night. Breakfast was fine, but pretty limited. Pool area was very nice, although pool itself seemed to not be the cleanest (not dirty, but a little cloudy). Other minor issues were no blankets on the beds, just a sheet, and because of the remote location of the island, power outages can be frequent (sometimes multiple times per hour). I actually didn't mind this (part of the charm), but the a/c had to be manually re-started each time the power went out, so if it happened while you were sleeping or outside, the room could get quite warm.

But, those were really pretty minor inconveniences. Overall, a really great place to stay that I would return to.

Beautiful resort near beach

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Seri Resort, Gili Meno. We wanted something special as it was my 60th birthday.It was a very romantic location and would be perfect for honey mooners. There is not much to do for children so it's definitely a place for adults. After snorkelling and swimming with the turtles (which was brilliant) we didn't find anything else to do so three days is probably enough. We had no idea that we had to find our own transport via local boat from Gili Trawangen to Gili Meno and then to the resort so that information beforehand would be helpful to others going to Gili Meno for the first time. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend to others and will return. We believe it was the nicest resort on the whole island (which only takes about an hour and a half to walk around the whole island).

It really surprises me that this is a two star hotel. The only reason I can think it would be so low is the breakfast is very limited. Apart from that I would say this is a high end 3star hotel. Lovely location right on beach, staff are helpful, friendly and approachable. It's a ten win walk from pier. Food is nice and evening meals are served on beach.

My only other area for improvement is due to everything being in a brilliant white the curtains don't block out the sunlight which meant I was up very early with sunlight.

Great place! Staff is very helpful and friendly, they provide professional service. Hotel is located by the beach, the room was clean, it is possible to rent snorkeling equipment. Food is also quite good. In general this place has the most relaxed feeling from all the Bali and around hotels I've been to. They also play very nice non intrusive music in the lobby, which is quite rare, but also adds to general experience, more hotels should do that.

Amazing place in a beautiful location.

What a beautiful place, in my opinion the best hotel in the island and fantastic value for money. We stayed there for 4 nights and we were sad to leave the place. Not only the place is beautiful, but their staff are the soul of the place. Always there to please you and help you. I remember Aji, one of the guys in the restaurant, always ready to help you and go the extra mile.
Something to be aware of, is that the beach in front of the hotel is full of sea urchins, so be careful with them and enjoy the snorkelling.

Hôtel très bien situé sur une magnifique plage. Malheureusement des travaux de construction de digue sont en cours dans la mer face à l hôtel ce qui gâche la vue mais surtout font pas mal de bruit.
Beaucoup de mauvaises odeurs au niveau de la piscine. Comme beaucoup d hôtels, la musique est omniprésente. Dommage lorsque qu on choisit cette île pour sa tranquillité. Le petit déjeuner est moyen si on arrive un peu tard, il n y a vite plus rien.
Les plats du dîner sont bons.
Le personnel est charmant et attentionné.
Hôtel vieillissant qui mériterait d être rénové.

Sehr romantisches Hotel - entsprechend pärchenlastig. Personal kümmert sich super um einen und hat tolle Freizeitangebote (Schnorcheln kann ich nur empfehlen!).
Kleine Mankos sind: die Bäder sind schon recht alt, momentan blickt man im Meer auf Küstenschutzarbeiten und wenn man nicht im eigenen Bungalow wohnt, sind die Zimmer schon hellhörig.
Was absolut mega ist: das Essen!! Sogar relativ günstig. Wir haben echt geschlemmt!

Sehr schönes Hotel, direkt am Strand. Vom Hafen sind es ca. 10 min zu Fuß. Man kann sich nicht verlaufen. Hatten ein Bungalow mit Strandblick, sehr empfehlenswert. Alles sehr sauber. Essen war sehr gut. Es gibt auch ein paar gute Warungs in der Nähe. Massage war auch sehr gut.
Das Beste waren aber die ganzen Angestellten. Freundlich, hilfsbereit, sehr aufmerksam, immer gut gelaunt und für jeden Spaß zu haben. Sie haben sich immer Zeit genommen. Wir haben auch viele hilfreiche Infos für unsere weitere Reise auf Lombok von ihnen erhalten.
Mr. Dwan und seine Kollegen und Kolleginnen haben dafür gesorgt, dass wir diesen Aufenthalt so schnell nicht vergessen werden.

Overall an pleasant stay at Seri

Fine stay at the Seri Resort. Staff was overall very friendly and helpful. The bungalow we stayed in was also very nice but did appear somewhat worn in the corners, especially the bathroom which had some dark spots and a mouldy smell.

Restaurant staff was especially helpful and tour arrangement likewise.

Utmärkt läge vid stranden, bra frukost o mat. Personalen helt fantastiskt man känner sig så välkommen. Härligt m musik vid poolen eftersom det inte händer så mycket på denna lugna ö.

A very nice hotell! We loved our stay here and wished we had another night. We really did appraciate the breakfast buffé. The only thing we didnt like was the way the staff only adressed to my partner instead of both of us. As a woman this felt a wrong.

Hyggeligt hotel - dog afbrændte de affald om natten bag hotellet og det lugtede ind på vores værelse. Meget venligt personale, priserne på hotellet var lidt dyrt. Logger godt i forhold til snorkling, der er ikke noget at lave om aftenen på denne side af øen.

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour, le personnel de l'hôtel était aux petits soins, toujours prêts à nous aider, très serviable et sympathique.
La localisation est idéal avec beaucoup d'activités.
L'état générale de la chambre date un peu et pourrait être amélioré pour être en harmonie avec le reste de l'hôtel.
Malgré ce détail nous recommandons cet hôtel à 100% ainsi que le warung qui est juste derrière l'hôtel. Ça permet de rencontrer des locaux proposant de la bonne cuisine.

Zeer leuk hotel op het rustige Gili Meno. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Locatie is perfect voor rust zoekers.

Heerlijk voor de deur snorkelen bij het koraal en de zeeschildpadden ( geen bootje nodig)
Het eten is prima, het ontbijt is wat beperkt en het zwembad mag een klein opknap beurtje ( tegeltjes los)

We hadden een huisje met zijdelings zeezicht/ heerlijk direct op

Ein sehr schönes Resort, an einem tollen Strandabschnitt, wo man gut ins Wasser gegen kann und super schnorcheln kann. Wir haben hier sogar eine Schildkröte gesehen.

Das Zimmer mussten wir zwar wechseln, weil es bei uns sehr unangenehm gerochen hat, aber die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und wir waren dann auch sehr zufrieden.

Das Frühstück war in Buffetform und von der Auswahl gut.

Vor dem Resort befindet ein Pool und ausreichend liegen um den Pool, auch im Schatten unter einem Baum und am Strand.

Der BBQ/Grillabend ist sehr zu empfehlen mit Buffet und verschiedenem Fisch zur Auswahl. War mega lecker

Bad hotel manager after we pay our bill

Stay at Seri resort on Gili Meno for 9 days.
The hotel appears worn and the bathroom smelled sour when we bathed.
The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful.
However, we had a rather unfortunate experience when we had checked out & paid our bills, we were sitting in the lounge and had just ordered drinks when the manager comes and asks us to move as this is the lounge and only for checked in guests.
We immediately chose to leave the hotel on top of this somewhat significant announcement from the manager, who we found to be extremely arrogant and rude.
The other staff deeply regretted.
Unfortunately, an unpleasant experience on an otherwise good stay.

The place often has live music with a barbecue. We tried it once. The side dishes were cold, the prawns and fish for some were grilled too much without taste, and the fish for others was half raw.

There is no ladder/stairs down into the pool water, so several elderly people had problems getting in/out of the pool. We also did not experience during our stay that the pool was cleaned.

During our extended stay, the bed linen was not changed at all.

In relation to the fact that the hotel is a 2-star hotel, both drinks and food are on the expensive side.

Rolige og lækre omgivelser på stranden

Helt stille og roligt. Det var fantastisk. Vi have en bungalow med delvis havudsigt. Det betød at vi havde vores egen lille terrasse hvor vi kunne sidde i en blød sofa og se vandet. Det tog ca 10 sekunder at gå til vandet.
Der er køleskab på værelset og en ekstra dør med nøgle til badeværelset. Så når man kommer fra stranden og ef smurt ind i sand kan du gå direkte ind i bruseren i stedet for at gå gennem hele hytten.
Morgenmaden er rigtig fin. Buffet med alt der skal være der. Lokale retter, æg, frugt, brød og tilbehør.
Personalet er venlige og opmærksomme.
Hotellet har bbq aftener og ved booking er det muligt at spise aftensmad på stranden hvor der bliver sat hygge-belysning op.
Vi nød hvert sekund vi havde her.

Negativ:

1) Hygiene

Die Zimmerreinigung besteht aus Duftspray und keine tatsächliche Reinigung. Es wurde derselbe Mob genutzt, mit den man zuvor die aus dem Abfluss ausgetretene Flüssigkeit sauber gemacht.

Es gab kein Geschirrspüler, daher wurde alles mit demselben alten Schwamm sauber gemacht.
Auch nach 7 Tagen Aufenthalt wurde dieser nicht gewechselt.

Es wurde z.B. in die Hände gehustet und genießt und mit den verkeimten Händen alle Gegenstände angefasst und angereicht. Ungeachtet von Corona ist es dort sehr unhygienisch.
Jede zweite Person deswegen stark Erkältet

2) Sprachbarriere

Obwohl es angeboten wurde, dass mit dem Personal englisch gesprochen werden kann, verstanden viele die Sprache nicht richtig.

3) Zimmerservice oder allgemeiner Service
Die bestellten Essen wurden erst nach Aufruf weggeräumt. Das gilt auch bei extra zu zahlendem Zimmerservice.

5) Ausstattung

Klimaanlage war defekt. Man konnte nichts einstellen.

Kühlschrank hat geschimmelt, gerostet und wurde noch nie sauber gemacht.

Aus dem Abfluss der toilette trat immer wieder Flüssigkeiten aus wenn geduscht wurde. Auf Anfrage wurde nichts behoben, sondern nur mit Duftspray behandelt.

6) Essen und Getränke

Frühstück ist katastrophal zubereitet und das Angebot sehr mager. Zu essen gibt immer das Gleiche. Nur eine Sache wurde geändert und zwar der gebratene Reis oder Nudeln.

Nach gefüllt wurden die Sachen erst wenn man danach fragte.

Una buena experiencia

El hotel está muy bien. Es una isla pequeña y hay otros dos hoteles de calidad similar por lo que vimos. Justo enfrente de la playa. Teníamos un bungalow en el lateral del edificio principal (donde está el bar, restaurante, recepción...), son mucho mejores que las habitaciones que están en la parte de atrás del edificio en otro edificio de dos plantas.

Nuestro bungalow era amplio, sencillos pero diseñados con mucho gusto.

El desayuno es lo que más nos decepcionó, de los cinco hoteles en los que estuvimos en Indonesia nos pareció el peor en variedad (no había nada de bollería por ejemplo).

Nos gestionaron perfectamente los traslados y fuimos a una clase de yoga y contratamos un masaje, y en ambos casos quedamos muy contentos (muy recomendable). El personal en algún momento nos pareció un poco seco, sobre todo en nuestras preguntas sobre el wifi (que no siempre funciona bien y las claves te las dan en unos papeles minúsculos que no se leen bien).

Teniendo en cuenta el precio de los hoteles en Indonesia y comparado con otros que contratamos de su misma calidad, es algo más caro que otros en cuanto a relación calidad precio.

Wirklich gefallen hat uns nichts. Negativ aufgefallen ist, dass die Unterkunft und Zimmer sehr abgenutzt sind. Beim Frühstück gibt es wenig Auswahl, es gibt nicht ausreichend Geschirr und auf Ei oder Pancakes kann man auch mal eine Stunde warten.

Seri resort på Gili meno ligger fantastisk ud til vandet med infinitypool og flot hovedbygning i kolonistil. Vi boede i en bungalow på stranden.
Personalet og lokalbefolkningen er venlige og hjælpsomme og det er en særlig stemning på øen.
Vi benyttede os af guided snorkeltur en helt fantastisk oplevelse hvor vi svømmede med skildpadder så skibsvrag og koralrev med smukke fisk.
Også yoga prøvede jeg.
Der kan bookes mange aktiviteter fra hotellets lobby.
Eneste negative må være at det trænger til en renovering. Det er noget slidt og eksempelvis var vores aircondition i bungalowen umulig at regulere og larmede vildt.
