Room was okay. Outlet plugs in lamps wore out. Had to use available wall outlets and take turns. There were 4 of us.One of the elevators is a bumpy ride. Tried to avoid using. Called week before and asked if pool was up and running. Grandbabies wanted to swim during stay. Told her dates to confirm reservation for 4 nights She said yes and was heated. Day of check in, pool closed for maintenance. Was told that we could use sister hotel’s pool. Really!!!! Left Hotel last night of reservation instead of next morning. Breakfasts were good though.

1. Mold/mildew on wall by shower.
2. All TV channels had sound except for conservative channels Fox News and Newsmax.
3. On Friday of our stay my wife told the lady housekeeper that the floor mat for the bathroom was filthy and when we returned Friday evening their was a bathmat in a plastic bag hanging on the outside front door lever.
4. Room was not cleaned on Friday.
5. Side exit door does not close and latch even though the placard says it is locked 24/7 for guest security

Shower was not very clean, Jacuzzi was nice, room was roomy. Bed was not good at all mattress was worn out. woke up with body aching both mornings. Lastly they were out of bottle water so I had to leave and go to convenience

Sink wouldn’t drain. AC broken down. Light next to bed had broken switch. Tub had hard time getting hot water. We were too tired from traveling to mess with the issues and the front desk so we went to sleep. I hope the next guest doesn’t pay $150. for the same thing. Also no USB in the room, outdated.

old hotel, smells old, no fresh smell at all. had to change rooms because the first room, bed, was if it were 20 years old. when I sat on the side, it immediately fell to the center. Management did change rooms for me which was acceptable. offered no discount of any kind since I booked room online. breakfast was old and stale.

Best hotel in Paris.

Very nice property, friendly and helpful staff. We travel quite a bit, typically once a month or more. This hotel is definitely one that will go on our list of recommendations. The staff was attentive and helpful with wonderful personalities. Friendly customer service isn't something to take for granted these days, it's becoming as rare as common sense.

So I have stayed here before but this stay was not so good we got to the hotel that night after a long busy day very tired to go to our room that wasnt our room the key card wouldnt work return to the service desk staff gave me a different one it worked walk in and someone else is already in that room upset I was, I returned for a 2 time to find out the day staff had given me the wrong room we finally got a room, breakfast was good just didnt have the pancake machine working last of all they charged me for 2 rooms a 2 nite stay then my original stay at this point Im very upset waiting now and I referred this hotel to others...

Don't waste your money.

It was horrible. Pool closed even though I called ahead before booking to ask. We had to walk the grandsons to a nearby Comfort
Inn so they could swim. The 13th at 9am I reported that I flushed the toilet and the plastic handle broke off and cut my hand and asked for maintenance to fix it so my grandsons didn't get hurt trying to flush as the remaining piece was jagged at 2pm I went back to the desk and asked when it was gonna be fixed. The lady at the desk you could tell had forgotten. She did call maintenance and got it fixed finally. We had to ask for towels because they gave us three for four of us. The maid left hazelnut coffee. Ummm? Instead of regular coffee.
We are night people and to get coffee we went to Comfort Inn to get coffee because they kept a pot on over night. When we arrived there was a smell when we walked in maybe mold? Smell. In the time we were there the carpets needed vacuumed in the halls and no signs of the elevators being cleaned. It was our first and our last stay there.

Booked here bc they had a hot tube but didn’t know until I checked in that it was closed for remodeling and we could go to the Comfort Inn to swim in their pool, as the receptionist said in a way. Did not go to the Comfort Inn. Did check out the pool to see if is was actually getting remodeled, the pool and hot tube was calling my name there was no remodeling going on. The only thing that stopped me from going in is that it was locked.

Reserved a suite for (3) nights, the smell of room upon entrance, bathroom clogged with vomit or food, sofa bed pillows stained, food and belongings from prior guest not cleaned or removed from room. Again room was never cleaned because you would have acknowledged all I have stated. 24hrs for sink to be unclogged and opened burrow doors food as a head of cabbages and a carton of egg shells in the draw along with kid toys.

Our room’s thermostat was broken and the AC could not cool the room (outdoor temps of 100°F ), so we asked to switch rooms. This meant splitting up our group between two floors as we needed the largest rooms, which was a slight inconvenience. Our other room was a bit warm as well, but manageable. In other Holiday Inn Expresses, they usually provide bedding for the sofa bed in the room, but we had to go down to get these from the front desk—another minor inconvenience. The front desk clerk was as helpful as he could be, but was clearly very ill and displayed symptoms of Covid (fever, headache, muscle aches). He did mask up after I mentioned we had immunocompromised family members, but I do not think he was allowed to leave, which is a shame as he was trying his best to do his job but was clearly in pain and could infect others. Because of risk of infection, we did not stay for breakfast, which is usually a nice perk with Holiday Inn Express. Other than that, the hotel was clean and the staff was courteous.

The staff at this hotel are excellent as was the full breakfast Buffett in the mornings. The room maybe could use a little updating, but the beds were very comfortable and had every amenity we needed. Refrigerator, coffee maker, etc. We will stay here again the next time we are in Paris.

Needs better housekeeping

Upon arrival to our room, the sheets looked like they had not been changed and had blood stains on them. While we were out Saturday, the housekeepers never showed up to clean our room or provide new towels and linens. I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and this was the worst experience I’ve had. The guy that works until 11pm however was amazing and did everything he could to help accommodate us.
