Staff were so incredibly kind and helpful, and checked in multiple times to make sure my stay was going well.

Not sure why this Hampton location seems to be much better than all the other Hamptons Ive stayed in, but I recommend studying this one and replicating this elsewhere. I dont sray at Hamptons so.much because the Marriot is usually better, usually has better wifi as well.

Great stay!!

I stayed for 2 nights and didn't have a problem at anytime. I had breakfast there both mornings and it was hot and pleasing as well. The room was clean and just as described online. I wish the bed had been a tad bit softer but I slept well either way. I didn't get a chance to try the pool or the hot tub but that wasn't due to anyone's doing but my own. I enjoyed my stay very much and will definitely be returning soon!

Clean and specious rooms. The lobby had breakfast with a variety of items (hot & cold). Brown fuel bags to-go with a fruit, bagel & water. Pizza and bear at the end of the day. Courteous and helpful staff.

2)Amenities were not available. Swimming pool and Hot Tub. Which were selling points for myself and my two sisters. These two items should have been marked as \"Closed for Season\". No discounts were provided!! I will not use this hotel in the future as well as telling my family and friends.

The hotel is located in a safe area, close to restaurants. The breakfast, which is included, is good.
The room was clean, only complaint is that one of the days of the stay they did not clean the room probably because that day we left the hotel around 12:30 PM, but I would still expect to have the room cleaned.

Location wasn’t bad and there were restaurants and shopping nearby. Staff were nice at check in and check out. Room was not that great and the bed was horrible. Our feet stuck to the floor and we found a “stain” on the mattress when we pulled the sheets off the bed. Would not recommend.

Overall it was good.It seemed that the front desk staff was only 1 person as there was no one tere when we checked out.Facility was clean. My only concern was there is only 1 elevator for a 3 story hotel? If it breaks down , then 2nd and 3rd floor guests would have to use the stairs. That would be tough if they have mobility or other health issues.

Enjoyed the room. Had clean smell and conveniently located. Especially, liked the convenience of refreshments in the lobby. Did not particularly like the breakfast but it was passable.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn in Paris, Texas. The hotel is nice, clean and well designed. Breakfast was really good. Try the malted vanilla waffles with butter chopped pecans and syrup. YUM! Best of all was the service. Each and every member of the staff they we encountered seemed to want to be there and assure their guests were happy. That is so hard to find nowadays. I hope these folks are appreciated and rewarded for their great attitude and hard work. PS - One point off for flat pillows. Was provided with additional pillows so was able to pile em up! Thanks

Immaculate and comfortable

The hotel was immaculate and fresh, service at the front desk was excellent. We loved having a large, comfortable sofa with chaise in the room. An excellent shower with great water pressure -- IYKYK. We would definitely stay here again.
