We were put in a room accross from frequent users that had a party that was loud, yelling, screaming. Had to call front desk twice. Then outside door opening and slamming at 3:00 am and 5:30 am. Horrible night. Looked like mold growing ceiling above shower. Shady people present.

People with their doors open, hanging out of windows, trash everywhere - very dirty. Did not feel safe staying there with my 16 year old daughter. It was very humid, and the whole place smelled like old food. The pillows on the bed were greyish and looked dirty. We didn't even set our bags down, we went right out the side door and booked another hotel.

Mud everywhere in the hallways. Stained towels, pillowcases smelled terrible and were not clean. The property is being managed with a goal of hiring as little help as possible and the cost cutting makes this place an unclean, terrible place to stay. Might as well sleep in your car.

Upon arrival, I waited an extended period because there was no staff member at the front desk. The room had a noticeable cigarette smell, the towels were stained (including one with what looked like a red, blood-like stain), and the mini fridge was damaged. Additionally, the microwave had not been cleaned.

The clerks office looked like a pig stie, The stairs and hallway were full of mud! The bed was on a pedestal. I checked back out less than 15 minutes after I checked in!

Should be checked by the local health department for unsanitary conditions. There was dried animal feces in our room.

Upon arrival the bedding was dirty and the room had an odor. We found the reason for the bad smell when packing the next morning. If I can post a picture here I will.

Management offered $8.00 off our stay for the animal feces.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Expedia gave me a full refund for the horrible conditions.

Hotel was for the most part clean looking, but the smell when you first walked in was not pleasant. And the towels looked far from clean. Staff was nice at check in. TV remote was taped together with paper holding the batteries and wouldn't control the tv. Cleaning people was extremely noisy very early slamming door after door as well, along with the 6am dog fight. Other than that ok I guess

When we checked in (for a 1 night stay) the woman at the desk told us we owed $300+ for a 3 night stay! Luckily I had the booking info on my phone. Then she said I had booked for only 1 person and I showed her where the confirmation said 2 people. (I had just booked the reservation an hour earlier on line.) She then said it was fine and we ultimately got charged for just the 1 night.

The evening staff is amazing I didn’t catch the young ladies name but she is by far the best part of my stay.

I checked in things seemed ok then I got to my FIRST room yea I had to be moved. The outlet for the desk didn’t work unless you unplugged the tv bottom plug had no power when i tried to plug in my laptop. The tv didn’t work.

Room 2 was better. The tv worked but the ac looked like it seen better years and go figure the lamp was busted. The room was clean if you didnt turn on lights. Stains on the mattress what could possibly be blood on the walls. Screens torn up with notices saying it’s $50 to replace well why do the screens have big wholes in it?!

Bed and sheets were itchy, though I couldn't find signs of bugs or anything.

Left the room to use the vending machine and had to get the staff to open my door again.

Rooms were spartan but serviceable, but I saw a decent amount of damage to furniture and fixtures.

You sort of know what you're getting into with a motel this cheap, but I wish I had paid a little more and gone with one of the other places next door, if only because I might've slept better.

the receptionist was very helpful but the property had bed bugs and they were noticeable contacted the owner who was very rude obnoxious because we asked for our money back he didn’t threaten to call the police on us because we had gotten upset for not being able to get none of our money back he was very nasty to his employee even hung up in her face i would never visit this place again

When i 1st opened the door and looked in, i was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, large and roomy. Loved the fact that it had wood floors. However, when i pulled the blankets back, tbere was body hair between the sheets. Upon checking the other bed, i found it to be in the same condition. I went down and got clean sheets from the front desk. They did offer to move me, but at that point i was skeptical about there cleaning routine. And felt more conformable knowing without a doubt that i had clean sheets. The tub literally had mud in it and onthe side of it. I was to exhaused to switch motels or at that piint i would have. Also, i did not bring a blow dryer, because what motel dont have one, right. Wrong, this motel dont have one. Nor do they have an ink pen in the room, had to go get one out of the car. No, shamp3, conditioner, tissues, nothing. And in all honesty, i would be fine with that in exchange for the affordable price (which it was). However,make that information transparent in you services. So that we can pack accordingly.
And dont get me wrong, the building itself appeared clean. But when your simplying staying somewhere to get a nights sleep and take a shower.....you want clean sheets and a clean shower.
Btw, the beds are the worat beds i have ever slept in. My 12 yr old granddaughter was actually the 1st ine to complain about how bad the beds were, and kids normally wouldnt say a word about a bed.
The staff was nice, i will say that.

Just for a night's sleep... disappointed

The room was very limited. No hair dryer, only one towel (our reservation was for 2 adults 1 child), No soap, no breakfast. Tue room was \"cleaned\" but not clean. The beds had burns on the blankets, the walls were very dirty, the floor didnt look mopped, the fridge had a broken piece inside exposing wires, the bathroom was extremely small. There was no insulation in the walls, you can hear everything in the other rooms on the floor especially the playing kids! Also when we got back to our room the second night hands full, tired from a long day we had to go down and have them fix both door cards neither worked! For the price we paid, we could have booked elsewhere for the same price had more towels, cleaner room, quieter stay and breakfast in the morning. I wouldnt reccomend for more than just a nights sleep! And even then who knows who will be loud!

Odd odorless stains on top sheet near pillow...since they were oderless and only on the window side of the bed, I wasn't overly worried. Nice pillows! One toilet seat bolt was loose. Otherwise, a good place to stay.

The hotel did not have an adequate numbers of towels, no shampoo, no conditioner, and no hair dryer. There were hairs in the sink, on the sheets, and on the pillowcases. Also, the room was very damp, and the air conditioner running did not help lower the humidity very much.

If you need a cheap place to sleep and shower this place is fine. But you kinda get what you pay for. TV did get any signal. Back of remote has red tape holding the batteries in place. Tape on nightstand is holding together trim that is coming off.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was fairly clean but smelled horribly like smoke and sweat. Like the kind of smell when someone sleeps on a couch for months and it doesn’t get washed. Bedding has stains and towels also did not smell fresh. I shudder to think if that smell was due to towels not actually being washed…can’t say for sure but it did not seem fresh.
