Clean room! Only thing I can share is the blanket on the bed is thin, not like a comforter. Although it didn’t bother me I know others may prefer to be prepared with their own blanket. It was a nice stay!

The room that was assigned to our reservation was infested with live and dead roaches. They were literally everywhere. I have never seen anything like that. We left immediately. I have no idea how housekeeping wasn't aware of this major issue. I got a refund back but my family and I were not able to make reservations near that area so we had to drive back over an hour to find a place to rest since we had checked in late. I find this completely unacceptable. Expedia should be vetting all hotels to ensure patrons are getting a sanitized room. The pictures expedia has are immensely deceiving. Please save your money and time. Stay at your own risk. I was most certainly not going to stay with my baby there. I was highly disappointed!!!

They had the front desk closed like a concession stand. I had to call to let them know I was there to check in. Their system wasn't working to check me in, so the front desk had to make three different calls to get me into my room. I booked a king bed with a pull-out couch, and I was given a queen bed. There was no breakfast, no ice machines. The elevator and second floor smelled like a bowling alley and like someone had just finished smoking.

This hotel is bare minimum. No ice machine throughout the entire building. No coffee maker or machine. The rooms come with stoves and refrigerator but they have no pots pans or utensils. The front desk closed at 10pm. I loss my key and could not get access to my room. I had to sleep in my car until the clerk came in at 5am

Although this was what I consider a \"no-frills\" property, our stay was good. We signed up and paid for unlimited clean towels and paid for enhanced Wi-Fi. There was no maid service for the 12 days we were there as their policy is every 14 days, but we were able to exchange towels and sheets, blankets and bedspread as wanted. The front desk is open limited hours and we had to dump our own trash.

Beware of limited check in hours. We got in later than anticipated due to travels delays and found the front desk closed. There was a sign posted to call a number for assistance, but when dialed it tells you your call cannot be completed.

A random guest told us someone who works at the hotel also lives here, so after an hour of asking anyone walking by if they work here, we found someone who actually did. Except we were rudely greeted and talked down to, made to feel like we were stupid and just “call the number”. I felt belittled during the check in process. She later apologized when finding out the number actually doesn’t work, but too little too late. First impressions matter.

Our room was dirty with stained towels, a maxi pad in the pull our couch, and beer bottle caps.

Thankfully we just needed it for a night but will never return. The plus side is easy and convenient location right off the interstate. It was quiet and the pillows were comfortable.

Overall not terrible JUST know this is more of a weekly/monthly destination for long term “tenants”! Not for casual travelers using extended stays. No utensils, pots/pans, trash bags or dish liquid or even paper towels provided. Totally defeats purpose of an extended stay if you can’t cook or anything on your own. Heavy inspect spray smell permeates the room. But clean and decent enough. Location is excellent so roughed it out because of that during 4 day stay

There was a fire alarm at midnight, after we were evacuated and firemen came , it was just burnt food , no fire . An hour later as we are just about asleep again , management comes pounding on the door next to us and screaming that the occupants had 30 minutes to get out or the cops were being called . Well then it sounded like the occupants were an 80’s rock band trashing the place . Then the cops came . We stay in a hotel to sleep , there was no sleeping in that place !

Very noisy, thin walls. It appears people live there and are disrespectful to other \"guest\" as far as noise, coming and going all hours of the night, gallway conversations, doors slamming. Need to mention, the fire alarm went off at midnight due to someone either neglected to turn off the burner or fell asleep, led a smoke filled hallway, fire department ariived, checked out the situation to deem it safe. Fans where then brought in to clear the smoke. This went on almost 2 hours, now 2am. My alarm is set for 5:30am which only allowed for a 3 hour nap, not enough sleep for a long day ahead. Oh, there is more, NO HOT WATER to take a shower! Upon exiting the building to start my day, someone had puked right outside of the entrance doors. What a greeting to start the day! Enough said!

Somethings to be aware of if you stay here:

1. The pet fee is $50 non-refundable. I've traveled the country with my dog and this is the highest I've ever paid for a pet fee.

2. Check in is at 3pm and the front desk closes at 4pm on weekends! So after 4pm there is no one working in the building!

3. The smell in the hallways is terrible. It smelled like rotten fish.

4. The bathroom has one towel and one wash cloth, and one bar of soap! No hand towels or soap for the shower, the bathroom didn't even have a garbage can. Other than a bar of soap the rooms contain zero personal amenities. Even the pillows were flimsy and smaller than a standard pillow.

3. There are stores and restaurants near by but nothing walking distance. It was surrounded by apartment complexes, and an auto shop.

I travel a lot going to National Parks and am willing to take a chance on some of the cheaper places when all I need is a place to rest before heading back on the road, so I've seen it all and if I were you, I'd pick a different place.

You can do it!

Since this is a fairly new hotel, I was really pulling for it. It's beautiful on the outside. The lobby is only open until 8 pm. The phone was broken to call for someone. When I called a corporate location in my cell, I was told to call back in 30-60 min if no one came to help me check in. It was midnight when I got there. Fortunately, Sunshine did come out to help me in about 15 min. They were wonderful! The service when we left in the morning was excellent, too.

Our room reminded me of a motel 6. Everything was nailed down to keep people from taking it, I liked their room there was a kitchen but the bed needed a good heavy blanket since it was winter. The price was amazing, but I hope they do a few little things to elevate the elevate the experience! I'm pulling for \"this could be amazing\" hotel! You've got great bones, or foundation!

No pots, pans, or utensils in a kitchen suite

My room (306) had the most annoying flickering bathroom light bulb. Someone epileptic could easily be triggered by it.

No room service at any point, yet I had someone knock on my door to tell me that I cannot leave my overflown trash from the basket outside of room. Either I pay $30 fee or walk out into 15 degree weather and toss it out myself.

The floor I was staying on was in the middle of being painted but no signs of improvement on the project so it looked like an abandoned project to me.

Property has not been kept up. Chairs looked like someone’s cat had gotten to em. Not a quiet place at all. First night someone decided it was acceptable to let their small dog bark in the halls all night and doors slamming all through the night. It’s a busy spot for travel workers so expect them not to respect anyone’s space.

I got to the property and immediately checked out. When i arrived at 6:30 pm nobody was at the front desk and it was shut up like a concession stand would be so that shouldve been my first hint. Then when i got to my room the floors were sticky and the pillow covers were once white but now yellow. Some event was going on at the time so to add insult to injury they were charging 120- 130 a night when it was conditions for more like 25 a night.

The hotel room itself is very basic. No box of tissues, no hair dryer, no hand towels. Beds are comfortable. You have coffee 24/7 if you can find cups. Your bed is not made up everyday or garbage emptied. It is a very secure building though.

There are too few luggage carts for what is essentially a residential hotel. People use them for groceries, laundry, and other large items as well as temporary guests who need them for luggage. I had to carry four days' supplies to the 4th floor both checking in and checking out.

After hours staff was helpful with switching rooms for me since the ac didn't work. The front desk clerks were always friendly and welcoming. The rooms was decent. I didn't mind but, cleaning doesn't happen but once a month so you'll need to take your own trash to the dumpster out back and ask for a broom if needed. There are no cleaning supplies so, if you're staying a week or more, you may want to bring an all purpose cleaner, paper towels and dish washing utensils. There are no dishes, pots and pans or silverware provided but you do have a sink, cabinets, microwave, stove top and fridge. Only coffee available in the lobby in the mornings. No free breakfast. It was a decent stay all in all.

Upon arrival around midnight, a girl gets out of the backseat of a very nice car wearing very short cutoff bluejean shorts and fishnet stockings. A young very happy looking man gets out the other side of the backseat and they head inside. Thats just the start. Had to wait for someone to come down to check us in and felt very unsafe with the clientele just hanging out at the entrance. Got in the room and the safety lock was broken and hanging. The floor was very sticky and the mattress was dirty. The sheets and pillowcases appeared to be clean. AC was not on so it was very hot and it had a terrible stench throughout the hallways and rooms. After showering the next morning, I got my towel wet and cleaned the floor dragging towel with my feet. I wish I could post a picture of how dirty the towel was. I left it at the front desk and told them I cleaned their floors for them. I've stayed in many, many hotels with work and this by far was the worst. Got a room at a Holiday Inn Express for the second night and will be asking for my money back for the second night at this dump. Please believe all of the terrible reviews this place gets. I didn't and paid for it.

Tv didn’t work and was told it’s not their problem that they would need to call cable guy for me. In two days cable guy never showed up. Hallways smelled really really horrible almost like pets went washroom and the carpet has never been washed. People above me making crazy loud noises at midnight and 2 am both nights with no help from front desk. Fire alarm went off at 8 am one night and was a false alarm. This is my first review ever, I usually keep to myself but this was my worst stay at a hotel in 10 years so I just have to say something. Location was good and staff tried to help at times but overall not a good place to stay. I will never come back unless big changes are made.

From the outside the property looks nice. The price was good. Staff was inattentive and not even there most of the time. No amenities were provided, you had the option to purchase pots and pans and other things at the front desk. We did not have a shower curtain, and no house keeping unless requested. Bathroom sink was clogged and no one came to fix it. And to top it all off, two men walked into our room without knocking, with their own key card. After that, our key cards did not work anymore and again, no staff on site to fix it.

I liked one employee (Demetrious) he helped me mop the floor in the room when i arrived. I hated everything else about this property. Refused to check me in after hours even though i was with kids and thevpol8cy states 24 hr check in. Marijuana is abundant here and they know about it based on the signs asking people to stop smoking. Ramen noodles stuck to bedroom wall and ceiling. Smells like dog urine and body odor throughout the property. L9bby bathroom l9cked 24 hrs a day. Towels should have been tossed a year ago. No screen on 2nd floor window, door security larmtch broken, absolutely horrible stay. My first bad review ever.

Floor was slimey and dirty, the tub had a very slow drain, the mattress was broken on one side and was very bumpy, painful to sleep on. The blind didn't darken the room, and the toilet didn't flush properly. Basically a dive, very disappointing.

They only do bi-weekly cleans. They have no shampoo or conditioner, no blow dryer.
There is no one to check you in after 5 or 6 in the evening (there is no overnight staff, they leave the place).
There was dog poop in one of the staircases, and the whole hotel stank. The elevator does not seem in good repair. Honestly, I think the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

The second day the maid started knocking on the door very loudly saying I could not put my trash tied up in one of their bags in the hallway them she opened the door I was on the commode I went on line and paid for my room the nite before check out the next morning front desk knocked on the door demanding payment and the hallways smells like drugs are smoking But the price is only $50 a nights but they raised the rate to $80 a night because taxes fall of the end of the month Rude greedy people

First, Expedia transferred me to this website for this hotel even though I had clicked on a different hotel which I did not realize did not come up. Checked in and had a series of discoveries. Design wise, poor, has a curb without a ramp in front of the door requiring a round about way of rolling the luggage cart over to the handicapped parking area, the toilet paper holder is mounted about 10 inches back from where it should be mounted. Discovered that my room door would not latch allowing anybody to simply push on the door to open it, only time it was secure was when it was locked from inside the room. Went to report it to the front desk but it was closed because the hotel was full. Other faults in the room do to lack of proper maintance.

Well, you get what you pay for! When we arrived you had to call a number to have someone come downstairs to check you in. We arrived at the hotel at 8pm so it was like we arrived at the middle of the night. Took the lady about 20 mins to come downstairs. Then as we got of the elevator the floors were awful. Need to be vacuumed. Food crumbs and paper all over hallway.
In rooms trash cans had not been emptied with nasty bloody tissues in both cans. Don’t get me started of the cheap bed. We have up on get the water to ever get hot.
