After having a nightmare experience from a different hotel stay prior to this, it was an amazing stay. Apon arrival Brandon could tell I was disholved and stressed, yet he took the time to listen to my previous experience, make us feel very welcomed, and even gave us complementary breakfast. Overall out experience was much better the pool was warm and clean. Our room was spacious and clean. Unlike other hotels there's an option to leave the fan running all night which really helps with being able to get a good night's rest. Area was nice looking and had restaurants super close. Didn't hear noise from the interstate near by .

Everything a hotel should be: clean, comfortable bed, nice room, blinds that cut all light so you can sleep any time you need to, very friendly staff, nice breakfast with good food including hand-cooked options like fresh omelettes. And the lobby is a very nice place to just hang out. Some good restaurants nearby. Very quiet, but near the freeway. Recommend!

I only stayed for one night so didn't have any interactions with staff besides checking in, which was fine. The carpet in the room was dated and looked dirty but I'm not that picky. My only real issue was finding a cricket in the bathroom I had to kill. But the bed was fine. The air conditioning worked and there weren't any gross smells. I'd stay again if I needed to.

Our room was spotless! The bed was very comfortable and the furniture was stylish. Clean bathroom with a huge walk-in shower. Amazing workout room that was also spotless. Dumbbells in all sizes and several machines including a Pelaton. Great breakfast, either continental, buffet or make to order. Nice little store including most forgotten items. Wonderful stay!

Clean bed, dirty shower, very loud

Hall noise was extremely bad. There were sports teams with loud parents slamming doors and talking in the halls until after midnight.

The shower had thick soap grime on all the fixtures. It was very unpleasant to even touch them to take a shower.

The bed was comfortable and room seemed, otherwise, clean. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Building stinks

Walking in was fine but as soon as you left the lobby the entire building stunk of marijuana. The elevators and hallways were unbearable the 3 days we stayed with that smell. Room had stains on countertops and the hallway smell carried in. Staff was very friendly but not helpful when it came to the building odors since they stayed in the lobby unaffected.

This is a \"franchisee-owned\" property, not directly owned/operated by Hilton. Tberefore, its up to the franchisee to meet Hilton standards, which they almost never do. This one at the intersection of I-465 at W. 71st St., is conveniently located for motorist out of towners. Be warned that the breakfast may NOT be included, but it's probably a good thing since everything except some of the fruit is all processed and not very healthy; I recommend going elsewhere for a decent breakfast.

I reserved a accessible king room with roll in shower. I paid $9 to protect my reservation...we got a regular king room. It is not a roll in shower. It is at the end of the hall on the second floor which was hard for my husband. Otherwise this is an excellent hotel.

There was a birthday party in the conference room and it was super loud. I had to call multiple times and go down to the lobby and ask them to tell them again, AFTER 11pm, to quiet the music. It felt like we were in the club in our room. We had to wake up early for a basketball tournament and were kept up way later than we wanted to be. Receptionist was not very friendly about it and made me feel like I was the problem, not the party.

Everything was good except for one thing I found. One of the pillows had a small stain that appeared to be blood. I was too exhausted from my drive from New York to complain about a pillow so I set it aside. Otherwise the beds were comfortable and so were the pillows. The room was huge bigger than I had expected and the restroom was nice also. Like I said it was just that one pillow to grossed me out.

Friendly Staff

I arrived before check-in and was pleased to find out that my room was ready. I loved my room. The staff at the front desk is very friendly. Each time I walked past the front desk, someone spoke to me. I wish hotels offered actual hand soap instead of a facial soap. If I am in the Indianapolis area again, I would stay here.

Deceptive Charges and Disgusting Room

The room was listed at $132 right up to the point when I booked it. I guess I should have looked at my email receipt more closely, but I assumed it would be the same as what I thought I booked. I ended up being charged $230 for one night.

The room was disgusting. Molding coming off the wall and dirty carpet. Hair and bugs in the bathtub. Stains on the sheets. They moved me to another room, but it was not much better. It adjoined another room and the couple next door was screaming and fighting until 1:30 AM. The front desk guy was really nice and he knocked on their door. I give him 5 stars. Everything else was pretty bad, and I'd avoid this place.

When I arrived in my room, the sofa bed had food crumbs folded into unchanged sheets. The main bed sheets had dry boy fluids stuck to them. The staff made excuses and did not see it as q big deal. The girl who they sent to clean the room was very nice.

When I book the hotel I paid for a whirlpool room which was extra. We get to the room and no whirlpool in room called down to the desk she said we don’t have those anymore I said well I got charged for that and I look at the price and it was extra for that. Getting to the room we got hit by cigarette smoke which is a smoke free hotel. The shower was nasty with moldy caulking. The floor we were on was the “first” to get remodeled. Then you flush the toilet all the water comes out on the floor. Then coffee grounds all over the counter and garbage on the floor. All the doors to the outside were open and emergency lights hanging from the ceiling. This hotel should shut down for the remodel or redo the remodel again.

The hotel is under construction which is fine but they put us directly under the room being renovated. They worked on it all weekend. It was loud. We called ahead and asked about the pool and hot tub. We were assured it worked. It didn’t. The hot tub only had cold water. We attempted two times. It had lukewarm at best. If you turned on the jets, it poured out cold water. We gave up. A postive note- The staff were friendly.

No bang for the buck!

During check in I asked for a top floor end room farthest away from elevator / vending. I was told the hotel was about at capacity, nothing open on top floor. I accepted a fourth floor room only to find it had a room connecting door, and I could already hear noise from the next room. I went back down to front desk and asked if I could have the original room offered, (room 227). The room was stuffy, the wall thermostat was inoperable, no lights. The unit control worked. Later, when taking a shower, I noted the inside shower door handle was missing, just the end pieces remained.

Fire alarm

No one was at the check in desk for over 10 mins when we first got there. Once she showed up she was super sweet tho.
The 2 biggest disappointments that made the stay not so good was the fire alarm went off 3 different times betweem 8:30am and 9am.
And the restaurant stops serving breakfast at 9am.

The room itself was clean. The water pressure in the shower was below average. Stayed on the 3rd floor and there was a \"bad smell\" which I believe came from wet carpet. The front desk associates were friendly. The white gentleman (I didn't get his name) who works with the \"complementary breakfast\" was rude. He made me and girlfriend feel very unwelcome, did not bring my OJ or bacon, and the eggs were terrible. We travel quite a bit and the service at breakfast was definitely the worst experience Ive had.
