The room was okay. The staff was geat. Except, I left my good winter jacket there after eating their continental breakfast. I didn't realize it until 100s of miles down the road. I called them and they had it but would not ship it back to me. Unfortunate.

Mgr. was accommodating and friendly dealing with an issue with the reservation I thought I had a pet friendly room, but I did not. He allowed us to stay anyway however, upon entering the room, I found dead bugs. The skirt on the one bed was dirty and the top of it had some other kind of gunk on it air conditioner would not adjust and stay on for the Hot conditions in the room. Bed was comfortable linens need updating.

Glad we choice this hotel

The room was clean and roomy. The air conditioner worked great for it being 92 degrees. We needed a room for the night and we took a chance on this hotel and were very happy with our choice. The check-in was very easy and the front desk person was very friendly.

Hotel is right next to the highway. Bottom of the door does not have anything that touches the floor so basically you hear all the noise from the highway as if the door was open all night

We didnt get to the hotel. I465S and ramps were completely shut down going thru Indianapolis, IN. I called Orbitz twice asking to cancel my reservations/or change them to another date. Your customer service person HUNG UP on me. Very very rude!! She would not acknowledge the fact that major construction had completely closed the road.

I am asking AGAIN for a refund of $127.09.
If this is ignored, everyone that uses the internet will know how you like to SCAM older people. Also, i have lawyer who would like to take you on and confront your business ethics.

Your choice - i wouldnt ignore this if i were you.

Stayed here for Indy 500 weekend. I was very impressed with what I got for the price. Considering most hotels were charging $800 for rooms, this was a DEAL. Walkable places to eat, as well as a Walmart right next door. The staff were phenomenal, so nice and the check-in was super easy. In addition, the bed was clean, the room was updated and smelled wonderful

The room was ok. Was dark in there. Except at night when you were sleeping and the light outside of the bathroom and the light was automatic. It would go on every two hours. We would have to get up and turn it off! Then I wound be trying to put my makeup on and it would go off. It was frustrating. Front desk was nice but they only just said I am sorry about that. Breakfast was fair. We stayed there before the Indy 500 race. So it was fine.

The room was very old and in bad shape. The floors were filthy. The bedspreads had huge stains ( 3 foot diameter stains) The linens were old and flimsy. I didn't dare step on the floor without shoes. The tub wasn't clean. I wiped away dirt from the edge. Despite being a non smoking motel, the room smelled heavily of smoke.
Patrons were standing right outside the doors smoking. \"Due to understaffing\" the room was not cleaned during my multi-day stay. I would definitely not recommend this motel. Really nasty place.

The staff was very unfriendly, unprofessional and argumentative over a guess suffering from prostate issues who ask for a public bathroom that is lacking which we understand but he showed no sensitivity to a human being needs whom he told to wait until the room is available yet he took about no exaggeration 25 minutes to complete the checked in. My brother went to the car and use a bucket we had. This staff started screaming and became very abusiive for no reason. Furthermore, the the light in front of the glass of the faucet vanity stoped working and did not come back until next morning! The staff line never answered to rectify that! The counter corners were dirty with some white powdery indicating no one has wiped this recently. There was not an iron for winkle clothes and the staff does not answer the phone at 12 pm on a Sunday morning. We had to go to the event with winkle clothes. Overwhole, the place location and condition is not horrendous but service is totally lacking. The claim of continental breakfast is totally a joke with a loaf of bread that everyone will be digging their hands in that bag, a few rice crispy anda broken coffee machine that barely works!!! No service at all!!!

Bathrooms are disgusting, stay elsehwere.

The photos show remodeled rooms, but the bathrooms were not updated and were just gross. The shower didn't drain well, so you are standing in the gross. The sink clearly hadn't been cleaned from the last visitor. Used q-tip stuck to the crud in the dirty corner of the bathroom. The beds and sheets and pillows were nice enough, so at least we slept ok. Staff was nice, but bathrooms were just disgusting, like you didn't want to be barefoot in the bathroom.

Owners were pleasant. Room was fine. I want expecting the Ritz. A bit noisy with it's location near the highway, but heard nothing from adjoining rooms at all. Beds were on the firm side. Pillows were decent. Breakfast was meh, but, again, I was not expecting the world.

No coffee pot, the blow dryer didnt work, 1 roll of toilet paper, The lock on the door was broke room 120. the bathroom was dirty and did not have baseboard trim. the towels were so old that was like shop towels. the breakfast was embarrassing. did not take any of the to go items as they were pre packaged very small items .

This property is a complete dump. We were given a room that was filthy and smelled like pee. We found clumps of human hair in our ‘clean’ sheets. We complained and they gave us a different room that also had clumps of human hair in the ‘clean’ sheets. This hotel is very worn out. DO NOT waste your money. Worst $125 we’ve ever spent. Breakfast is a joke too.
