The room was very nice and clean. Enjoyed all the staff. Very nice breakfast. General Manager of the hotel is one of the finest I’ve ever come across. I definitely strongly recommend this hotel.

The night attendant was extremely pleasant and helpful as she assisted lifting our cart over the door jamb. The room was clean and neat. We had a brief power outage on Friday night, but it lasted only about 5 minutes. The ice maker in the refrigerator was very, very slow, but it did work. Otherwise, the stay was a pleasant one.

The Residence Inn is a very good location for visiting Eagle Creek Park. We love a suite when traveling for the convenience of having a full kitchen, living room area, and desk. The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold items. The hotel is very clean and in a quiet, safe area.

The only reason why I didn’t rate the hotel full 5 stars was because we were at the property for about 8 days and not 1 day was the room cleaned. We had to ask for towels, we gave the wet towels to the maid every few days to get new once. We had to ask for body wash refills and new toilet papers. We even asked when will the rooms be cleaned and was told on 3rd and 5th day. But that didn’t happened. Breakfast was ok. But the bacon didn’t look like real meat. Looked artificial.

We love this hotel and use it every year for our GenCon trip. It's an easy drive from the ICC and Lucas Field and other downtown Indy locations.

Extremely friendly staff! We loved the room- comfortable, spacious, clean. We traveled for athletics, so the kitchenette was nice for light meal prep. Breakfast was decent- variety of food groups to choose from, including grab and go items.

Well, it seems they never finished cleaning my room. The fold out couch was open with the cushion on the floors, the garbage cans under the sink were full, there was a used bar of soap on the bathroom counter, the extra blanket bag was open with the blanket half way out. However, the bed was made and there were what seemed to be new towels in the bathroom. The kitchenette counters were clean although there were used pods in and next to the coffee machine. The people that worked there were all very nice!

Traveled down to Indy for my daughters bowling tournament from northern IL. Location was very good and the staff was amazing. Only complaint I would have is that I would like to see a separate bin in the room for recycling. Other than that no complaints at all!

They over booked, took my money, and sent us to a small and inferior hotel. The other hotel sent to invoice to Residence Inn at a cheaper price and Residence Inn pocketed the difference. Other customers given same treatment. I want a refund.

Our new room #224 looked better but when we pulled out the pullout couch there was trash under the couch. I slept ON the couch and not the pullout. Beautiful room for a great price. Nice and big, too. We never felt crowded. The bed was super comfortable and even the pull out couch was above expectations. On top of that, we had a full kitchen and plenty of space for games and other activities.

There was some brown stuff on a light switch. It looked like feces. I went to the front desk no housekeeping available. The front desk attendant went to her her car and got some Clorox wipes for me to clean it. It did not come off. I think it was hair dye but it still look gross. Also, We ended up with ants in our room.

We stayed for two nights in a Studio Suite. We were in Indianapolis due to a death in the family. The check-in process was very frustrating because for some reason the two nights had been booked separately (an error on Expedia's part) and I was told we would have to come the next day and re-swipe our credit card and get key cards redone as well. I expressed my frustration at that and the clerk got a little snippy with me. Then she asked what brought us to Indianapolis and I said a death. She then responded with what felt like an automatic \"I'm sorry\" which had absolutely no compassion or sympathy behind it. I said, \"Yes, I can tell just how sincere you are.\" She then got even snippier and was downright rude.
The other major issue was that we were without the use of our toilet for 24 hours of our stay because it was clogged and was leaking and running constantly. They had no one there to fix it and we were told they would be there at 7:30 the next evening. They would not even give my husband the plunger so he could at least unclog it himself. So we were stuck using the bathroom in the lobby. This was completely unacceptable! I don't know how you run a hotel with this lack of concern for your guests. I would assume that there is some type of management and/or staffing issue that needs to be addressed at this property to bring their service up to at least a minimal standard of professionalism and service.

For all the money spent the cleaning was not available for room service I could not get enough towels and when my son chips fell we could not even get a broom to clean our own room. Where is my refund?
We checked in and went up to our room, and the room was over 85 degrees inside. We thought it was maybe due to the air not being turned down in the room, so we waited 10 minutes after turning it down all the way to see if it cooled down. I don't think it cooled down at all. I went to get the concierge to come take a look. He tried to call someone about fixing it, but they couldn't come until the next morning, so we ended up having to leave because they didn't have any other rooms available. We asked what we needed to do to get a refund, and he said we would have to go through hotels.com. We called to talk to them, and they called the hotel, and the person who answered said hotels.com would have to call back in the morning when someone who could authorize the refund. We still haven't gotten confirmation on a refund.

Waffle maker, eggs with toppings, sausage, biscuits and gravy, bread varieties, cereal, fresh melon, yogurts, juices. The rooms are very newly renovated. Very modern looking and efficient. Clean, and you can still smell the new carpet and paint. The hallways with the newer rooms are completely redone too! Very pretty! Full kitchen and full size fridge were nice. 15 minutes away from the Childrens Museum. 10 minutes away from lots of restaurants. The pizza place next door was amazing!!
Only things I could say, was that it is in construction. So during the day, you hear sawing and hammering. Getting the baby to take a nap was not easy. So, just something to consider. Also, the pool area needs redone. Its not awful, but it has original everything and it needs work. Other than that, it was perfect!
