Room was clean and in ok condition. Old style heating and A/C which would start out at a low hum and consistently get louder and sound like it was choking the longer it was on. Of course when maintenance came, it was quiet because you literally have to let it run for hours.
Breakfast was ok, no hot foods. Hard boiled eggs could barely be shelled. By the time you got the shell off, you had half an egg - several people simply gave up and threw them out. Yogurt machine was nice.
Overall, it is an ok hotel for short stays when you don't need to be in the room long.

I enjoyed my stay. Neighborhood is very quiet and serene, my room and bathroom was very clean and neat, staff are friendly and I liked that the kept checking in via sms to see if everything was okay. I liked that they have free coffee 24 hrs in the lobby. The only thing I’d say they need to improve on is breakfast; a little more variety would be cute.

The air conditioning unit was old and loud. Basic room, nothing fancy. Noisy halwways even though my room 204 was far from the elevator. TV is limited. Coffee was horrible, never hot and the regular brew was watery. Good customer service as far as the people, especially Sandra. This location is perfect for those on a tight budget, who only want grab and go items to munch on for breakfast, and nothing fancy.

Hotel Manager has no compassion
Could not make the reservation due to a death in the family on the day I was due to arrive at the hotel. Hotel canceled my reservation (understandable), but the hotel got their money back being sold out every night. Now they won’t give my money back due to unforeseen circumstances.

They said that was not what was booked through Expedia, even though I could show them my reservation through Expedia. Not helpful, did not really care, or try to fix the situation.

The front desk staff was nice. The breakfast had limited options. The room was ok, it wasn’t until leaving that we realized that the mattresses were disgusting and stained underneath. If we would have saw the extent of the stains earlier we definitely would have requested a new room. The cleanliness of this hotel needs to be addressed and improved.

I’d like to note that I stayed here for 2 nights and my room was by the ice machine, which was very loud and used constantly so the noise of the ice machine was ongoing all day and night. People were somewhat loud while getting their ice as well, so I could hear their whole conversation.

The staff were incredibly kind throughout the whole stay, and only redeeming quality. However, the room we stayed in was incredibly unclean (maybe even dangerous?). The bottom of the bathroom door was shredded along with the whole of the office chair. Many spots had not been wiped down from the last visitor, including the headboard. The bathroom light switches were also not covered properly, and the fan did not work. Finally, the main light fixture in the room was completely missing.

We stayed for the Indy 500 weekend and it was for the price and availabilty as there is little availability during that weekend. The hotel was fine since we weren’t in the room, but it seemed as the only thing clean about it was the bed, maybe the sheets. The shower was disgusting and needed a deep cleaning. We would’ve looked else where if we hadn’t already wrapped up the $600 to stay for 2 nights.

The room we were assigned wasn't even cleaned! The room we eventually got: 1) The curtains were in tatters; 2) The outside window pane was shattered; 3) The TV wouldn't work properly; 4) There was a dog barking outside our room; 5) The floors and walls are paper thin. You could hear every step above us; 6) The pool was cloudy - I wouldn't let my daughter go swimming.

The front desk and the staff were great. The bed felt kinda gritty and there was a big hair ball in the bathroom on the toilet. The pool was cold and cloudy and very unenjoyable. The bed itself was rather uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel when in the Indianapolis area. For the price we paid per night, i dont feel like it was worth it.

When we entered our room the floor wasn't swept. When we pulled back the cover from the bed the sheets were not changed. There were long hairs in the bed. The pool had way to much chemicals in it. Burnt my grand daughters eye. THE ONLY THING THAT WAS GREAT WAS JAYDEN THE FRONT DESK HELP. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND NICE.

Purchased room based on pictures an reviews and feel we were scammed into a scummy motel not a quality hotel. Very disappointed in Hotels dot com for allowing four stars to be applied to such a crappy place. Furniture worn, stained and general gross. Drawers with food stains and crud, some not broke. Head board pulled off wall as well as chunks of wall finish pitting and missing. Water pressure was good. May have to reevaluate the use of Hotel.com

While yes, there were beds and the room was tidy upon arrival, the walls were absolutely paper thin. Could hear neighbor televisions. Sounded like people were in the hall talking from their rooms. Towels were never replaced in the pool area. There wasn't a clear option to elect to have the room cleaned between nights. No sink except the bathroom. Pull out bed extremely uncomfortable. The continental breakfast was disgusting. Entirely too expensive for the poor quality.

Overall the place wasn’t clean at all. The hallways are covered in food crumbs trash. The rooms had hard floors also could tel they weren’t swept or mopped so I had to sweep and mop it myself. Counters wiped down rags were dark brown. Stains on curtains. We had our kids and I’m a hygiene freak and I was upset with the condition of the place. Felt comfortable after I cleaned it.

This hotel has gone downhill. The toilet was not stable when sitting on it and it backed up every time it was flushed, then completely drained to the point of having no water in it whatsoever. I complained to the front desk and was told they didn't have a plunger and was offered no assistance in the matter. I literally had to pee in the bathtub!!! The tv was stuck on nickelodeon my entire stay. The remote worked but the channel would not change. When i tried the buttons on the tv, I got an error message. The microwave didn't work, there was a dirty towel on the back of the bathroom door and bottle caps and other garbage near the bed. Hotel was in a nice area easily accessible from the Interstate, unfortunately the indoor pool was not available because of a maintenance issue with the heater and circulation pumps. I was really looking forward to a nice swim. I purposely chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool. Room was very nice and clean and spacious.

Friendly staff but had to move rooms because our non-smoking room reaked of cigarettes. The 2nd room was near someone who was cooking forgein food with a terrible smell. Had to use towels to block off the door to keep it out. The sink leaked on the counter and the outlet didnt work. We left asap in the morning, but the breakfast was pretty decent in the am.

Entry to door was hard … first time ever I had to pull up on lever vs down to enter. Desk person chuckled and said “yeah they can be tricky try pulling up instead of down” The laminate floors were so dirty our shoes were sticking as we walked. My grandson spilled water on floor we used hand towel to clean up and was filled with dirt! Curtain shears had stains. The black out drapes … could not tell if they were sun faded or dirty. One side side not have pull stick on it to close and was sticky to touch. Heat was on and blazing hot. The controls you could lower temperature but no change could be felt. We switched to cool for air conditioner and would not kick in. Turned the off the unit to get it to cool down room. Lights in bathroom were very dim and one bulb was out. Shower was luke warm at best when turned all the way to hot. Walls were paper thin. The person above our room must have been a giant. We heard stomping all night! Then to add insult to injury someone pulled fire alarm. Went off quickly but fir trucks still showed up with lights and sirens. Would not recommend or ever stay at a Quality in and suites again!

There is nothing to like. The food service is awful because they did not keeping fill up the hot foods and other stuffs. We wait for at least 20 minutes to get the eggs and sausages. Unfriendly staff. The pool is not clean.

We were only at the property for a short time. If we could improve our stay, it would be longer pool hours (we returned at 10 pm and would have used the pool but it closed at 10), and we had noisy neighbors at 5 am. But the property itself was fine and we had a good night's sleep otherwise.

This hotel is very old. Refrigerator froze everything, pull out couch had old linens and crumbs in it. Behind it were empty bottles and cans and some kind of pill. an outlet stopped working so they ran a heavy duty extension cord across the room. I have a child in a wheelchair not the most safe thing to do. Manager is very nice offered us compensation but instead of giving us a credit he charged us another $468 that sat pening in my account for 4 days. the door keys never worked had to be reset everytime we came back from somewhere. the list goes on and on

Our room was very dirty especially the bathroom. There was a tooth flosser on the ground and the shower curtain had what looked like blood on it. The staff was friendly and the facility itself wasn’t in bad shape, it was just dirty.
