The air conditioning would not turn on. We couldn’t get the unit functioning. It definitely could’ve been more clean all throughout the building and the rooms. The positive was the price ! Elevator is out of order and no rooms on the first floor were available. Overall condition was dirty and neglected. My wife had surgery on her foot so we neefed an accessible room. We immediately canceled but the Manager would only approve a 50% refund. Avoid this Motel 6.

Room was clean. Staff didn’t understand English very well and I didn’t understand him. No fridge in room, little bottles of shampoo or lotion. Oh and stuck in elevator for about 20 minutes pressing emergency buttons and NOTHING! Thankfully was able to call someone and send them down to desk to get assistance to get us out. Oh I also didn’t get my deposit back!

Room was okay, but noise in rooms above was awful. It was obviously a child running back and forth and jumping making loud noises for hours. Neither of us was able to sleep. My husband is hard of hearing and it still bothered him. I prepaid for the room but then was also required to provide payment for $60 room security fee. Ridiculous.

Room was decent no real problems. Location convenient. Late night check in was conducted remotely using a check-in machine similar to an ATM with a hotel employee on the video screen. This in my opinion, felt a bit odd as I did not see a single employee on site leaving me to question. Of the motel appliances inside the room had a very loud buzz power outage in the morning was not addressed in anyway communicated to the guests.

Was told I had to make a 60 dollar deposit after paying for the room online. Which nothing about a deposit was mentioned until after I had paid and didn’t have enough for the deposit, which I will add was more than the room itself, when I called to cancel the reservation I was told I would not get a refund so I had to call my father for help with the money. Now that I have checked out I reuested from three different employees to give me a receipt of my stay and a receipt for the deposit and have been told no that I can not receive that or the will tell me I have to speak to a manager who never seems to be available today or yesterday. I wil personally never stay at this hotel again here or anywhere else! I’m still trying to get an email or speak with a manager for the confirmation that they released my deposit so I can actually get my bank to release it now and not a month from now.

On Tuesday morning (12/09/25), I Ieft the room early due to a meeting that I needed to attend at the office. I received a call from Management around 10:45AM to informed me that I needed to come and get my things out of the room. I informed Management that my Company had made a reservation for a second stay he told me that he did not see the reservation. I told him that that I had already been at the hotel for 3 days and that I was not going anywhere because I was staying and additional day. I received two additional calls from Motel 6 to come and remove my items from the room. I wasn't like the hotel needed that room as they had plenty of availability on that day.
On Tuesday night (12/09/25) I was still in room #120 and Management decided to have a guest in the adjoining room who had two dogs. The dogs barked every time they heard someone pass the room with the two dogs and every move that I made in my room, not matter if it was to go the restroom the dogs barked. It was awful and I DO NOT know why Management would put someone in an adjoining room with a DOG.
Since I left the hotel this morning I was VERY stress and hurt by the treatment I received from Management.

If you're looking for a no frills place to stay with your pet, they are perfect. Theres no extras (shampoo, blow dryer, etc) so just plan ahead. The only thing i didnt like was there was no one at the desk. Theres a computer kiosk with a camera & a screen where you talk to an actual person who is elsewhere. He was very nice but it felt very impersonal.

The room was very clean, to include the bathroom. The bathroom fixtures had been recently replaced. The bed and the linens were very comfortable. The room had some minor cosmetic issues on the walls that five minutes of touch-up painting would resolve. The parking lot is very well-lit at night. The negative I have is the check-in, check-out process which is completed via a computer kiosk, versus a 'live' person standing across from me. This creates a sensation that perhaps it is not safe for a live person to perform such functions. The staff was very nice and friendly. And the room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Only thing that we didnt like was that it smelled like marijuana when we walked in and then in our room it smelled like marijuana. We liked the hotel other than the marijuana smell. We would have probably went somewhere else but it was a nonrefundable room.
