Asked to move rooms, and was able to luckily, next room was nicer but the carpet was worn out/ tore up by door. And the ppl next door were very loud and partying all night til about 5am. Overall noisy and worn down didn’t feel like a Marriott affiliation to be honest

We stayed there for a big event and we paid a ton. But this is a Courtyard hotel and I would say that it doesn't jive with the brand. The person at the front desk was pretty open about preferring us not interrupting his day. The elevator is old, small and begging for mercy. Rooms not great. Hallways are gloomy.

When my wife and I arrived our television and refrigerator was not working at all! This was a problem for about two hours! Also the microwave was down the hall by the ice machine which was a huge inconvenience! To top it off, the next morning I politely spoke (with a good morning) to the front desk person who turned out to be the assistant general manager (Iziah Heath) who turned out to be extremely RUDE!! He also told me that we couldn't get an late check out even though we had issues with our room. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!!

I had people across the hall who were making noise all night. The hotel itself was fine, but the other guests made it worse. On my way out the staff also attended to charge me an additional fee. When I asked “what are you charging me for?” they responded with “I’m not sure you just gotta put your card in.” That is just wild! In conclusion, I had a below average experience due to noisy neighbors and what felt like an attempt to charge me for nothing. Facility itself was fine, price was reasonable, but I didn’t sleep very well and kept being woken up.

Rooms were nice, closet space is TERRIBLE! Can’t close closet doors without hitting hangers with clothes on them??????In first room, entire closet clothes rack fell completely down with just five hangers of pants and shirts. No maintenance available, so we had to repack and move to another room and then unpack again? In second room several items were loose, like towel rack, shower head, and deadbolt latch? Looks like a rushed incomplete job on renovation?? Don’t think I stay there again? Wasn’t horrible, but too many little issues that should have already been addressed!

The hotel was slightly dated but not in a way that deterred the trip. It wss very clean, comfortable, and the staff was incredible. After dinner we came back to the lobby bar to converse with our friends. The environment was perfect. Didn't feel like a \"bar\" but more like the charming family room environment. Everyone was friendly. Its not close to much aside from a Mexican restaurant, but delivery services are available.

Unfortunately I am very unsatisfied and I am not a person to complain at all. The room had a very distinct odor to it. I literally had to clean the bathtub before my mother could take a shower and the sheets were stained with something! It was completely filthy. Not happy at all and won’t stay there again.

It was a quick tripped planned to the Childrens Museum, which is only 10 mins away, great location right off highway. Quick and easy check in, very clean check in area with friendly service. Room was clean and up to date granddaughter was super excited! Of course, we visited the pool area which was clean and organized. Only thing was I wish it had a hot tub.

Hotel was fine. However, we had prepaid and the afternoon of our stay the hotel called saying they had overbooked. They tried pushing us off to a \"sister\" hotel. It was not as nice, and the person trying to tell us that we had to stay elsewhere was very rude. She said that she had already cancelled our stay and there was nothing I could do about it. I told her that I had prepaid and would be checking in, then hung up. Once we arrived, I was able to get the room. But wow, what a hassle and terrible customer service.

You could only fit four people in there And they only had one elevator, so there was a lot of waiting for an elevator.. Booked for a quick overnight stay, but unfortunately did not get any sleep. Walls were paper thin and room was directly beside the elevator -- with children and a booked hotel, we were awaken at every hour of the night, could hear the elevator every time it dinged and arrived.
