Said they overbooked their rooms with a king that I paid for in advance. And it was Valentine’s Day. The wife and I spent 11 hours in the car so didn’t have much choice with the room. The breakfast was probably the worse I’ve ever had. No lie. Will never stay there again. Even if they paid me!?!?

Our 6am flight was canceled and the woman at check out was very kind and did her best to get us into the room ASAP even tho check in was 3pm and let us grab breakfast while we waited. Unfortunately we are flying back out 5am tomorrow and wouldn't have enjoyed the pretty good complimentary food they provide.

The hotel is in need of investment to bring it up to date. Our room had many fixtures that needed replacement, the sink had no stopper and the door to the closet was broken and just left inside the closet. The kitchen has the paper towel sitting on the floor. All in all it was not the best quality.

We’ve stayed here before - it’s close to home and this time we stayed just as a staycation for a wedding. The staff is the best. Larry is so kind and accommodating, and the room is the perfect size for a family of 5. Kids loved the pool. I’m sure we’ll be back!

Stayed here with my toddler for a few nights while visiting family. Emani was especially kind and helpful. The room itself however was unimpressive. The kitchenette was okay and so was the bed and vanity area. However the ceiling fan in the room over the bed was clearly not balanced and rocked precariously back and forth, it made me nervous that it would fall on me and my toddler. I let the front desk know and they said they'd tell maintenance but nothing ever happened. There were also holes in the wall, unfinished or broken tiles with sharp edges in the bathroom that i had to watch to ensure my toddler didn't get cut on them, and mold in the shower. I was hoping to have fun with her in the pool as well but it clearly hasn't been cleaned in ages. At least the breakfast was good, but it doesn't make up for the overall disappointing stay. :/

Indy Hilton Homewood worst ever

Worse experience ever. They never cleaned our room, never brought clean towels, etc. Called the front desk6-8 times, but no one answered the phone. Food (breakfast) was inedible. Coffee and juice were good. Killed a roach on bathroom wall. Check-in and checkout I had to search all over the 1 st floor to find someone to check me in. One day I personally requested clean towel and clean room. The front desk assured me they would make sure it happened( about one PM). Nothing was done when I returned at 6pm. Could not find any person in or around the front desk to talk to. Called the front desk 4 more tomes….. no one ever answered the phone, so I left messages but they were ignored. Finally at 9;50 PM someone arrive at our door with clean towels. Request that the following someone clean our room, make the bed, and take away all the used towels and washcloths. No one showed up. I could go on but what’s the use. Your ratings for this hotel are so exaggerated. I don’t plan to rely Hotels.com help select or reserve lodging.

The elevator smelled foul, and there was a significant amount of food spilled in it that was not cleaned up in the three days I was there. The room was dingy, the bed lumpy. Couldn't wait to leave.

I could not get the air conditioner to go below 76 degrees so it was uncomfortable sleeping.
The elevator smelled like urine (it is a pet hotel).
The breakfast was luke warm at best, but good otherwise. The stay was fine. The only big thing for me was the air conditioning.

Won’t stay here again.

Our room was in need of some serious maintenance. Lock on top of door was broken, closet door was leaning against the wall inside of the closet, shower curtain did not close, blackout curtains did not block light from parking lot, carpet was sticky in areas. Also, we had to get room keys recoded. Pool in horrible condition.

Nice room layout with full kitchen with dishes, dining table, couch, desk, walk-in shower. There is a ceiling fan - nice touch if it wasn’t broken. Room A/C and hot water temp in shower adequate but not great. Would return.

Evacuated mid trip and overcharged

Entire hotel was evacuated for a maintenance emergency. Not even informed of what emergency was. Precious day upon arrival the entire lobby smelled of propane gas- could’ve been related to a gas leak. Offered rooms at other hotels but did not cover costs and rooms did not match rooms that had been previously booked so we had to cancel trip entirely due to other hotels being over priced or sold out.

Room was not available when I arrived. I was not informed beforehand. They wanted to move me to the hotel down the street. Eventually they accommodated me with a room. I'm definitely unhappy with this experience. I was traveling alone with my daughter and did not want to be relocated to an unknown hotel with zero notice, especially when there were clearly rooms available.

I want to start with something positive the breakfast buffet was great it was huge and fully stocked! The rooms were big they were surface cleaned. The room needed deep cleaned. The corners in the bathe were gross, white finger prints on the couch, stains on the chairs. The front desk lady was very friendly. The pool area needs help. The pool looked like it was filled with algae it wasn’t it was just stained but looked really gross .

This is the second time staying and both times have been great. The hotel and rooms are clean and do not have the typical musty hotel smell. And the shower actually has water pressure. Would definitely recommend. And they're pet friendly!

Stayed at this place because it came with high ratings. It should not be highly rated. Pool is a mess, hot tub is empty. Breakfast was decent. I left my therapeutic pillow there with a distinct pillowcase on it from home. Called about it the day I left and somehow no one can find it after 3 days of calling. I let the manager know my displeasure and they seem to not really care and want to do anything about it. Poor service. Disappointed to say the least.

We stayed here for 3 days - for a surgery visit. The front desk was very accommodating and the suite worked very well for our needs. Although it’s a few blocks off the main drag, it was still conveniently located (also right near a Costco). The breakfast had variety and that also made things EZ. We were happy with our stay.

Too loud - even after being moved. Pot smell on every level including non smoking levels. Tried cleaning before 8am - then didn’t bother to check later in the morning. Elevator floor looks like it had usage of twenty years worth of feet for how worn out it was on the carpet. Shower rod was broken.

This hotel is one of those stays that you would hope to find at every hotel but don’t. Aside from being right next to the highway, (noise) the room was clean spacious and comfortable. If you like a soft bed your in for a treat. That’s hard to find. The breakfast was excellent. Compared to all the other hotels and stays I’ve had over the years I actually felt like I got more then what I paid for.

We originally had one room. The keys didnt work because the battery in the door was dead. So then we go to another floor/room. The toilet didnt flush and the light switch in the bathroom did not work. Then we were moved to another room as a free upgrade. One bedroom suite. The shower door would barely budge. My husband had to open it for me. The entire track of the shower door was fikthy and had calcium build up and a dead stink bug. The bedroom t.v. also didnt work!

We paid extra for breakfast. No breakfast or coffee was provided. The breakfast person was a no show was the excuse. The front desk person told me to make coffee in my room except part of the coffee pot was missing. No partial refund was offered by management. Very unprofessional staff and poor experience.

Front desk clerk was nice and ready for us. Our room had a cleaning rag left on the floor, the air in one of our rooms wasn't working very well and the ceiling fan was broken. For the cost of over $300, the rooms should be in better condition. Breakfast was okay. Well stocked. Would have liked bacon instead of sausage at least one of the days but that is preference only.

The receptionist was very helpful & friendly. Unfortunately our room had one bed with a broken frame. We reported it and nobody came to fix it. The room was not cleaned very well and had garbage on the floor when we arrived. The jacuzzi was also broken and the pool had stuff floating in it.

Had a few issues with the hotel:

1. No sheets for baby crib, asked a few times, but unfortunately night staff could not find where house keeping kept the baby linens.

2. Kitchen sink was clogged, garburator was not working. No maintenance staff available to rectify issue in the evening (7PM).

3. Kitchen pots/pans were dirty.

4. Bath room door would not lock properly.

5. Bath room light switch was \"flaky\" and had a bad connection - it can randomly turn off leaving the bathroom pitch black.

Overall rooms were comfortable but approaching the time for a renovation.

Parking was adequate. Breakfast was OK.

The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. The room was nice and clean. But TV channels did not work, had to buy extension cord to use my amazon fire, I could hear the people in the next room talking, pool was so full of chlorine that it burn my eyes and the air smell as I was sniffing a bowl of chlorine.

Quick check in and the rooms are spacious. Beds were pretty comfy, just slightly more firm than hubby and I like. The pillows were awful though and went flat the minute we laid on them. Our shower door was off the track but I notified them at the front desk whe we were checking out. Overall great price for a large room.

Decent hotel needs attention

The hotel met the purpose booked, but could use some attention. The hand written welcome note was a warm personalized touch. The level of staffing was meager, at best and they were all working on over drive. The cleanliness of the room was below par for what I have come to expect. The shower door almost fell on my minor child and the tracks of the shower door had major “guck” oozing that never went away the entire stay with daily housekeeping. At first they offered to change our room but by the next morning that option went away. The housekeeper appeared unwilling to return at a later time for service one day. The breakfast and evening reception hostesses were awesome. The pool, which the kiddos were really looking forward to, was cloudy for the entire stay. The freeway traffic was bothersome to me.
The first impression was aesthetically pleasing however, as the trip progressed I became less and less impressed.

Everything was excellent about the hotel except the food quality. Variety of food was fine, but the the quality was terrible. Overcooked scrambled eggs, I found a HAIR in the hash browns, runny pot of instant oatmeal and muffins and scones that were of convenience mart quality. I expect much greater quality for the Hilton name.

We spent 2 nights here on a short spring break getaway with our 3 children. We stayed in the 2 bedroom king suite which was great! Each room has it's own full bath and tv. Their is a small kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove top, dishwasher and dishes. The sofa pulled out for another bed. It was very comfortable and clean. Perfect for our family. They have a great complimentary breakfast and Mon-Thurs they have a small dinner during social hour. The pool and hot tub were very clean and lots of seating.
