There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom in my room. The hallways had a musty smell. I asked if I can check out a day early and was told i have to give a 24 hr notice. I wasnt supposed to check out until Monday March 9th. I asked on Sunday morning at 8 am if I can checkout a day early with a refund and I was told I should have told them Saturday the 7th.

Room appeared to be clean and pretty much was clean - however the couch was somewhat dirty - gross white stain spots. Ceiling in the bathroom above shower needs attention. Hall door at east end did not open with key card late last night. Breakfast staff seamed more concerned about closing than providing food to their guests.. you were pretty packed this Saturday 3-8-26 and guests were still arriving @ 9:45am and buffet was looking pitiful. If you’re only going to serve breakfast until 9:45 than you should specify that. The little food that there did look good. Other than that - check in and checkout was outstanding. Location of the facility was perfect

Let me start off by saying stay away!! This building is SO outdated! It takes you back to the 70’s. The carpet is all stained, the elevators take forever, the bathroom has fluorescent lights, the electrical sockets look like they’re about to fall off. It is absolutely awful!!

The toilet in our room kept breaking (would not flush) and my husband fixed it three times. The bed was decent for me, but my husband said it was very uncomfortable and it caused him to be awake most of the night and wake up with back pain.

The biggest reason for the low rating is because we were with 5 other couples for the weekend. One of the couples was turned away (we all had booked 2 months ago) because they said they overbooked. This is unacceptable. Period. We were all in the lobby because we had ordered pizza for our large group. After they were sent across the street to another hotel, we witnessed 4 other people come in and get checked into their room. This is just ridiculous. We will never stay there again.

They told me they had no reservation for me and sent me across the parking lot to a sister hotel. I’m guessing the residence in to which I was not wanting to stay there. This hotel Is located in a business park which on the weekends makes it easy to park and is quite. There isn’t any restaurants that we saw close by so you have to drive. We would stay here again.

My room smelled so bad this time that I actually sat out in my truck most of the night in my robe and they didn't even have my room available which I reserved over two months ago so me and my daughter ended up having to go into a room with a king bed that smelled like somebody stinky armpits and dirty feet.. but other than that I never have a bad issue when I'm here.. My only recommendation is that when you have couches in the room once in awhile you carpet clean those couches because my couch had my room stolen like somebody's sweaty stinky dirty feet and armpits it's a good thing that I brought my own air freshener.

We came back after a full day of basketball to water everywhere in our bathroom with no explained reason, the toilet ran and ran, it was a rough stay.

We stayed in this hotel several years ago, but it has not been kept up that well. Common areas’ cleanliness was average and our bathtub was yellowing and had residue build up or rust around the drain. Sink area was very small and had no shelving to hold toiletries. We were there for just one night, so that was fine, but I wouldn’t want to stay for multiple nights.

The bathroom sink was very slow at draining and the tv remote was gone. The staff brought a new remote, but could not connect it to the tv. Every time the ac came on, I was cold and when it went off, I was hot. So I woke up many times during the night, hot and cold!
