This Sheraton is conveniently attached by an interior walkway to the Fashion Mall at Keystone, full of shops and restaurants.
My biggest praise is that I requested, at registration, a quiet room, and was so very pleased with how very peaceful my overnight was. Thank you!

The restaurant was terrible. The carpet was dirty and the table was worn so much that the finish was gone in places. We were one of two customers and the server got our order wrong. The food was bad, and the cook and the server had an argument right in front of us in the dining room.

The room felt like it wasn't thoughly clean everytime a closet or drawer was opened there was food or garbage not picked up by housekeeping. Toiletries were provided but ran out or again housekeeping did not refill shampoo or hair conditioner or body wash soap in tub area. Also my son was taking a shower and tub water never went down almost had a disaster flood because he didnt say anything until he finished.Called front desk and someone showed up within minutes and unclogged it.

The hotel is very centrally located -- connected to a wonderful mall and several excellent restaurants that are within walking distance. Downtown Carmel is also a 10-15 minutes drive away. I stayed in a room with a king size bed and have no complaints. The rooms are very well maintained, with all the necessary amenities and the bathroom is well stocked with toiletries.

The only downside is the staff at the hotel. The checkin and checkout experiences rank among the worst I have experienced --- and I travel quite a bit. My booking had been mistakenly cancelled so it took much effort to address this issue. The front desk staff was hostile and unprofessional.

I appreciated the location a lot, and the hotel rooms are wonderful. However, perhaps on my next visit, I might stay at different, nearby hotel.

The room was clean and I really appreciated that they were able to accommodate my last minute request for 2 queen beds instead of a king. The bathtub paint was peeling pretty badly. It didn't upset me but I thought you may want to replace it for future guests. I was at the FC Tucker training. I stayed in the hotel Tuesday and Wednesday. The hotel employees were wonderful in every interaction. Check in, check out, the people refilling the food, anyone that I came into contact with was polite and attentive. I thought the food was good and I liked the healthy breakfast options.

Our toilet was not clean, there was toothpaste in the sink.
I was told housekeeping would be up. We went to the bar so they could go clean. We came back and it was all still dirty.
We were moved rooms. This one had hair on the bathroom floor.
The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The pool and hot tub looked so inviting.

First they told me there were no King rooms available, I found a few rooms online and booked through a third party. Toilet didn’t flush and I had no hot water to take a shower before my early morning conference. Requested maintenance but they didn’t come - I didn’t have much time to wait but waited about 15 mins. Wasn’t happy with the hotels response.

Air and ventilation system was horrible. We got in late that night at 10 and everything was dark very little lighting in the room. Woke up several times throughout the night with congestion. When then blinds were open and the light came in we could see the amount of dust everywhere. layers of dust in the ductwork and bathroom fan has some much dust covering it that there is no way it is working correctly as it was also very loud at it was needing air to properly work. If that is not cleaned at some point soon that could cause a fair in the vent system!

The parking is to steep, we checked in on Tues for surgery Wed , but decided to an extra night which because I booked from a third party I had to register again which was more. I understand that you charge $50 for extras. But another $50 when we only used Wed night and Thursday morning when leaving, you only gave me $30 back that mean $70 to park from Tuesday night to Thursday morning. To much. And you don’t serve breakfast
