Place was in bad shape, other than the staff were friendly and it was quiet for the night. The place was rough. The entrance door looked like it had been pried open multiple times and barely closed a locked lol, The bathroom was not very clean an the door was busted along with the handle. there was a sketchy access door directly above the bed that Looked unsafe! The rest of the room was very very outdated. In the end we slept and left, you get what you pay for.

Our room was wonderful plenty of room for us and our stuff. They accommodated all of our needs on a busy week. Fresh coffee every morning and our parking was right in front of our room. But most importantly we had room for all of our equipment clothes and all without tripping over it. We had a large party of us convention goers that were able to put our rooms close to each other

The amenities was there, very spacious, guest service was kind. But upon arrival the room smelled of cigarettes and old smoke, the shower nozzle wouldn't stay up to take a shower. The let out couch mattress was stained so bad and was as thin as a graham cracker. If updates happen I would definitely recommend and return.

Staff was very polite and friendly. Area is close too many things. Reason for lower ratings was the motel riom smelled kinda bad. Also one of the tvs did not work in the motel room. Also it said breakfast was included but ibwas told juice and a granola bar was breakfast. That is not a breakfast. Also pool was closed and it was outside. Price was not bad and revied would have being better if not do to the things i mentioned above

The check in was good. The clerk was very helpful with us being unable to climb stairs. Unfortunately the room was very outdated. There were no USB outlets, the tub appeared old and scuffed. The clerk had upgraded us to a better room that had a hot tub but it didn’t appear as though it had been used in a long time. The water was backwards in the faucets. The cold was hot and the hot was cold. The bed was hard as a rock. However, for the price we paid, we got what we paid for. We weren’t expecting luxury.

Ok, we needed a place to sleep for 1 night. This was the only hotel in the area that wasn't $500, so we booked this for $189. Couldn't be that bad, right? Wrong. It was that bad. It's soooo run down & sketchy af. It's old & it looks it. Our room was ick. It had a mildew/old stale cigarette smell that hits you when I opened the door. Opened up the windows & there is no screen. Get to the bathroom & the tub was filthy. Guess we just don't shower, but that's ok. There was no hot water anyway. The bed was so freaking hard & I refused to get under the covers for fear of what I'd be sleeping on. The wifi didn't work, we had one outlet to plug in a phone which was so loose it wouldn't support the weight of a charger. What exactly were we paying for?

This was all bad but the thing that really made me angry was the white envelope on the dresser that had a note written on it from housekeeping. They wanted a tip for \"cleaning\" the room. What?!? I have no problem giving someone a gratuity for a service, but there was no service. If it's your job to clean hotel rooms, then I don't know.... make sure you clean them??

I can't believe I paid almost $200 to stay at this place. Never ever again. I would have forked over the extra 2-3 hundred if I'd known how bad this place was.

Look elsewhere. Trust me.

Spend the extra $50 a night and stay somewhere els

Took the manager 3 tries before we got a room where the door latch worked. Good thing too. The room opens to the outdoors. Not a very safe feeling. Oh, and the TV did not turn on. The bed was stiff and the pillows stunk. It was clean. I'll give it that. Anyway, your wife won't like it.

Due to the cold weather the door was not reading the key cards and we got locked out of our room at 5am. The staff was amazing at coming to the door to try to fix himself but needed to wait until another staff member came in at 9. The carpeting was so dirty that it stained my socks. The room smelled. The windows would not open. The pullout mattress had stains on it. I think the stains were menstrual blood. We stayed two nights so my kids could attend the Taylor Swift concert. We had no housekeeping during that time. It was one of the most disgusting rooms that I’ve ever stayed in.

What happened is the fake report of a espanol francais very large older female expresso hair and eyes ivory hue. I'm afraid She a did stun gun my head put a needle through my mouth to my brain at left mouth side. And cause a condition my coma of clothes odor at the bed. So I lost my deposit that time. We didn’t even stay. Stepped on a cockroach leaving the lobby. Got a bad gut feeling that my kids and my friends kids were not safe. Had friend go in a look at the rooms and could hear all the cockroaches chipping. As well as a review from the day before on bed bugs and how they ended up with scabies. Pool wasn’t even open, stairwells were rusty, trash cans were all full. Just disgusting

My stay was peaceful not alot of traffic on the property late at night. Property was clean. My only complaint was the air conditioning was in the front of the suite and therefore it was a little too warm during parts of the night. Otherwise would have liked to have a separate remote control for the living room but it was not a major problem
