The room was terrible! The sink wouldn’t drain, the curtains wouldn’t close. Dogs barking at all times of the day. Customers smoking pot in the elevator! Vacuum cleaner running for hours in the morning at 8am. We begged for a new room on the ground floor but not available. Both of us are disabled and the other person has cancer and an appointment at the hospital. I would not recommend this place to anyone! NO EXAGGERATION!

I saw 2 cockroach’s come from under the mini fridge, the light was off when I first entered, my toilet seat was very loose so when sitting it would move from side to side, walls had food splatter and scruff marks visible, floor was not swept and the shower was dirty from soap scum and hair. Overall the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had and that’s unfortunate.

Property smelled of dog pee and cigarettes. The room was dirty. There were blood stains on the towel holder above the toilet. Trash and debris in the gaps in the floor where the vinyl hardwood didn’t meet the wall. The bathroom fan was hanging off the ceiling. I could go on but these are the first gross things I can think of. The positive is the staff is friendly.

Extremely disappointed. Rusty screw sticking out of door (I removed it). Shower curtain rod broken. Hairs on the pillow and sheets that were not mine! Room smelled like cigarettes. I would not recommend this facility to anybody

Not only was this one of the most disgusting hotels. I've ever been to it was one of the most disgusting places.I've ever been to. I am in between the move so did not want to spend a whole lot of money but I did not think that I would be Sting somewhere with boogers on the wall. It's a dump. There is a Winnebago in the parking lot with 2 people that live there. Full-time, so they are living in the hotel parking lot. But don't have to pay, it smells horrible from the minute that you walk in. I stayed there for 2 nights. I never once saw a manager or any cleaning staff. I brought my towels down at night. I'm thinking I could get a new set of towels. And she told me, I would have to wait until housekeeping, got there in the morning but I was checking out in the morning. I literally could see the towels right Behind her. I will never go again and I will know I did my best to tell anyone.I know not to go there.

No smoke detector was off wall door was coming off hinges u can see n the hallway comforter was dirty blanket was smelly on other bed. Put request in twice or maybe 3
X and maintenance man had an emergency and I never seen a maintenance man was there for over a week. Hallway smelly from ppls dogs and how some ppl live. Most staff was decent. When washer or dryer was running I can feel in my room like what’s going on! Whew! They tried to make it smell n look good I can give them that! Bathroom mirror dirty with kids handprints. No back to remote!!!

Fantastic Staff and a Surprise View, Steps from Fun!
The team here are friendly and hardworking people. Incredibly smart, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive!
I was pleasantly surprised by a lovely view from my room. Plus, you can't beat the location – the famous Mucky Duck Bar, a great spot for sports and a lively atmosphere, is just a 2-minute walk away. A great stay with excellent service and convenient perks! Great Value

When we checked in we were told that the elevator was broken and our rooms were on the third floor. There were people hanging out in the parking lot doing god knows what. There was an old broken down house trailer in the parking lots that someone was living in. When I went to the room the toilet seat was loose and almost falling off. The heater/ AC made a humming noise all night even after I turned it off. You could hear the kids in the next room jumping on the beds. The bath towel were yellowish looking like they had not been laundered properly. And on and on. I almost ask for a refund but it was late and I was very tired so I just went to sleep and got out of there as soon as I woke. Needless to say who ever owns this property has totally neglected it.

A little hope that customer service is still alive

You know stay that a lot of Motel 6s and this one is a little different than the others and I'll tell you what makes it different is the staff. The staff there is amazing. Every time I go there they remember who I am remember my service animal they just make me have a little hope that customer service isn't totally dead. A lot of Motel 6s just because they're a little on the inexpensive side a lot of the people running the front desk treat everybody that walks through the door like some transient. You'll never feel like that here you walk through that door and they make you feel like you just walked into the Hilton. About as expected for price, weed smell aside.

Needed an economical bare-bones room for the weekend. This met that criteria. Room was clean and staff was great when we saw them. Two problems though. The first, it was very noisy with loud guests up and down all night, slamming doors and talking loudly. Thin walls and lots of outside noise from parking lot. Secondly and the biggest problem in my opinion, the overpowering smell of weed through the floor and elevator. You get a contact high just walking down the hall and riding the elevator. It was bad, no clue how staff didnt notice it. As long as you stayed in your room it wasnt too bad but everything reeked a little more each time you opened the door to come and go.

Location was great, very close to lots of dining and easy access to all the major highways. The room was clean, but in poor repair. The toilet was unstable due to missing bolts. And I had to take the top off the tank to make it stop running every time I flushed. The walls were quite thin, so I could hear conversations and dogs barking from other rooms. The staff was very nice, but my door key had to be reprogrammed multiple times.

Staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Location is convenient. The facility itself is in poor condition. My bed was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress was worn out with a huge dip that caused me to roll toward the side of the bed. It was hard on my back. The room was consistently humid and smelled of mildew. The room looked clean on the surface, but I sanitized all the surfaces myself to be sure. The shower curtain didn't fit the shower, so it was a fight to keep it closed while showering so the floor didn't get soaked. The shower curtain bar had been repaired, but no one bothered to fix the paint, leaving it with an uncared for appearance. The toilet stool seat and lid were broken and loose. Worst of all, there were lots of dogs (including big dogs) in the hotel that barked incessantly, especially late at night. It was difficult to sleep or even watch TV from all the noise. There were always strange folks hanging around outside in the parking lot.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful and considerate towards my familys needs and wants. Hotel is bare absolute minimum. As basic as it gets. Could up the accommodations for the price it costs. Maybe put blow dryers in rooms or offer breakfast. Have a seating area in the lobby. Lots of peoples with dogs. Never been to a hotel with this many dogs before ever. Second floor smelled really bad. I couldnt even discribe the smell. Nice area with nice restaurants surrounding front of hotel. Its a 2-3 for me.

Good enough for the price!

The actual room was clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly!
The location is easily accessed from the highway and in a good area with restaurants and stores.
There seemed to always be an odd smell in the lobby and hallways. Lots of people were staying there for an extended period of time, almost like an apartment building.
For the price I would stay there again, but would probably not bring my young children.

our room was very clean and smelled wonderful. I inquired what they use to spray that made it so fresh. I was told each house keeper uses their own freshener and the front desk had no idea what was used for ours. The front desk managers were very friendly and courteous. Even though we checked in early they got our room ready in a very short time period. I will use this motel again

Definitely get what you (don’t) pay for. Room was simple and pretty clean but the hallway and common areas stunk! Bed wasn’t too comfortable. Other guests were loud well into the night. Only stayed here to save some $ on a one night stay for kids soccer game.

This is an apartment building

They need to decide if they're a hotel or an apartment building. There are so many people living there they don't respect those coming in for a day or two. Child screamed all night. Father screamed at him all night. dog barking running in the hall. Those who live there congregate late at night out front and their voices carry. Music playing late at night. Never again

I was fasley accused of an incident that happened 3 ,yrs,ago at another hotel. I was apolgized to by the corp who fasley accused me. Mistaken identity.
I was denied my stay. I had to make reservation at another hotel.
I had the hotel managers yell at me like i was a child over the incident which tbey knew nothing about. I was so upset and embarrassed in front of others who witness this manager. Her husband had to force her to the bk room. Childess of her action.

The people running the facility were great and very nice to deal with. This is a pet friendly facility, which I am okay with. However, it is very hard to get past the overpowering smell of cat urine in the hallways. It was almost to the point that I felt I needed to hold my breath when I left the room, until I got outside. Would not stay here again.

I booked the room, when I called to check on my reservation the girl was very helpful, my reservation didn’t go through, I re submitted it , things were good.
When I arrived the same clerk checked me in she remembered me from the call the night before. I went to the room the floor had crumbs on it I over looked it. There was only one towel and I needed more than 2 pillows it was a king room. I went to the desk and she ask how things were I said fine. I ask for 2 more towels she said a king room only gets one towel but she had some stained ones she could give me. And I ask for a couple more pillows which she gave me. I went back to my room to get a shower before going out. There was very little water pressure, I couldn’t rinse my hair, with the domestic disturbance in the hallway I called to make a reservation at a nearby comfort inn. I got dressed and went to that hotel to finish my shower. I did tell her I was leaving and why. Soap in hair , I had to go. I hope this review helps bring this property up to par

Was in great location, staff was friendly. did not have coffee maker, or blow dryer in room, but had micro and fridge. The pillows were terrible, old and flat but bed wasn't bad. Ask for back side not entrance side. No black out curtains and room was too bright at night. If you want a budget, dog friendly hotel this will be a good choice.

So there no way in hell the should b charging this m7ch for a night. They dont have clean rooms or bathrooms. There no vending machine that work no water foutains. So there basically asking the gyest to die of thrist i asked the manager they said to walk to the other motel to get bottled water n to stop complaining.

The lady that checked us in, Bea, was super phenomenal. She made us feel welcome and at ease. The room was good, and the bed was comfortable. The room was at the top end of places that we have stayed at for the price. I would recommend it again. Hats off to Bea, she is truly an asset for this hotel.
